The behavioral changes in the acquisition of basic services have had an impact on the consumption levels of each locality in the city of Machala, even though the characteristics of the inhabitants are different due to the quality of life, have influenced the social, family and rent. For this reason, the objective of the research is to determine the demand for electrical service in the homes of the Jambelí Parish, city of Machala. To meet the objective, it was necessary to establish the location and type of application instrument that influenced the variation of the electric power consumption. The methodology was exploratory, descriptive and correlational in scope, the corresponding research instrument was applied to a survey type sheet addressed to families in the sector, the data were processed using econometric modeling. The main results demonstrated that the applied model is successful and the variants have an impact on the demand for said basic service. The general conclusions established that the level of income, age, number of members per household, number of electrical appliances, season and type of dwelling (building) were key factors for the increase in electricity consumption, affecting the economic capacity of households. , as well as the need for public policies to maintain responsible consumption.

Education is key in the training and education of people, a situation that implies a positive action on someone who is called a student and is executed by someone who is known as a teacher, it deserves to have a trained staff, since their To act will depend on the training and suitable formation of its students, in such a way that their work will be reflected in suitable subjects to face the different challenges that society imposes, in the area where they have been trained. Based on this, the objective of this article is to analyze the technological tools adjusted to the teaching and learning process. It starts from a reality, where it has been evident the increase in the use of technology in the educational field, becoming an instrument of great value for the teaching-learning process, so there is no doubt in the need to update the teacher in the management of such technological advances, used worldwide. It is concluded that when elements such as video conferences, teleconferences, emails, videotex, educational software among others are present, these must be integrated into the educational system, to be a source of student performance optimization and achievement, which makes it imperative that The teacher incorporates adjusted technological tools to the teaching and learning process of the subject or subject that corresponds.

The objective of the article was to present the results of a diagnosis, which allowed to evaluate the conception of work for the development of the pedagogical professional identity, in the process of initial training of the students of the degree in Education Marxism Leninism and History in the Holguin University. The methodology used combined the qualitative and quantitative research approaches. It was achieved as a result, to corroborate the existence of inadequacies that affect the identification of students with the profession and career and, thereby, demonstrate the need to improve the preparation of future teachers, so that they achieve an active participation in the transformation of society, from the assumption of the social meaning of its mission.

ROLE OF THE EDUCATION IN THE PREVENTION OF FEMALE CRIMINALITY   Abstract To reflect on the causes that drive the commission of crimes, is to be located in a wide spectrum of factors, however, it has been determined that within those factors the socioeconomic level of those who incur in criminal actions is counted, which in turn It directly links with education, culture, family, society, psychology, and the economy of the individual. Within this criminal field, female crime, even though it has been progressively increasing, is an issue that seems not to have the importance it deserves. In fact, a variety of studies are carried out around the male criminal theme, but as for the female one, it does not seem to arouse the same interest. Hence, this article addresses this important issue of female crime from the role that education must play for its prevention. It is based on the premise of the School as a factor of protection in transgressive behaviors and as an auxiliary element of education that must be taught in the family for training in values.

This academic article arises from the need to know with objective figures the rates of scientific writing that takes place in Ecuador with respect to other  countries such as: Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Mexico and Spain. The importance of this survey lies in reflecting on this topic, based on a review of international publication databases such as: SCOPUS, Scielo and SJR. The methodology used is inductive - deductive and supported by a bibliographic investigation using the quantitative observation method. There is previous research on the subject, however, most have not considered a quantitative comparisonof the Ecuadorian publication with other nations. In addition, the relationship between scientific production and public policies has been avoided. In order to solve the neglect of this issue, were considered the regulations given by lead agencies of education quality such as National Secretariat of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (SENESCYT) and Council for Quality Assurance of Higher Education (CACES). These organizations base their work under laws as Organic Law of Intercultural Education (LOEI) and Organic Law Reform of Organic Law of Higher Education (LOES). This allowed to obtain results that show a low scientific production in Ecuador, which, despite its increase in recent years, has not been representative in relation to other countries. For this reason, the present investigation implies the consideration of laws and quantitative data to overcome the low index of Ecuador concerning the academic writing.

The present experimental study, conducted on leveling students belonging to the university field, shows the results obtained from the implementation of Cooperative Learning (CA) and its assessment through the CLAS measurement instrument. The seven dimensions of the instrument allowed students to assess the use of the AC and made it known that the implementation of the AC had an acceptance of 93.46%, with the Tutoring carried out by the teacher during the application of the AC being the most important dimension, which denotes the value of teacher participation in cooperative learning. From this initiative, possibilities are opened to implement constructive and participatory methodologies in the classroom for the benefit of the learning processes taking as protagonists both the students and the teachers.

Foresight as a strategic discipline for the construction of multiple futures is a compass that, from the present, allows us to proactively illuminate the design of sustainable multisectoral public policies. As a strategic tool, it has gained unusual relevance in the Latin American region and flourishing in the country. Given its relevance and possibilities of intervention in complex environments and various fields, it is a challenge to venture into it from a transdisciplinary perspective. Therefore, understanding it in a critical key anchored in the study of the territorial implies revaluing its validity in governance management, recovering the role of the actors and their capacity for advocacy as an ethical commitment in the design of multiple scenarios that allow dreams of fairer, more equitableand inclusive societies, through permanent transformation processes. The present work is a theoretical-critical reflection on territorial prospective and its possibilities in a transdisciplinary epistemic framework. The findings show the need to resize the instrumental perspective of territorial prospective, incorporating it as a key guideline for strategic management in a volatile and uncertain world, where actors acquire social responsibility and face the transformation and strategic search for sustainable development. The proposal for experts and academics to mainstream territorial critical prospective as a tool for socialtransformation and strengthening prospective culture is concluded.

The Sustainable Development Goals have been considered as strategic axes for modern planning processes for territories with a long-time horizon. Within this framework, the Latin American experiences with the best results in terms of systemic territorial evolution have taken place in cities in Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Venezuela due to the successful implementation of prospective studies to support the development of their planning with a sustainable approach. In Ecuador, the city of Santo Domingo stands out for its large number of inhabitants, its prominent economic structure and the capacity for inter-provincial coordination that strengthens commercial and cooperation relations. Therefore, the local authorities consider it pertinent to draw up a Development and Land Use Plan with a long-term vision that is based on anticipatory methods to specify the direction of the efforts required in the empowerment of the city based on the SDGs. Based on the aforementioned, the objective of this research is to define the scenarios with the highest relative probability of occurrence for Santo Domingo as a sustainable territory in the year 2040. For this purpose, the scenario method proposed by the French School of Prospecting is used, which has the endorsement of UNESCO. As a main result, it was evident that the trend scenario coincides with the positive or bet, while the negative presents a null probability of occurrence. Therefore, it is inferred that it is possible to achieve sustainability in the territory with the fulfillment of the 6 future challenges identified.

The recovery of heritage buildings is conceptualized under a vision of sustainability, by (re) using structures that occupy a privileged space of the city, which contain knowledge inherited from the past and foster a sense of belonging in the citizenship. One of the problems faced by these structures is the lack of maintenance due to the costs involved in their intervention, which is why the Municipality of Quito promotes an incentive policy for the improvement of habitability conditions in this type of property. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the efficiency of this public policy in the territory, using open source GIS tools and the city’s spatial data infrastructure. The results indicated that the incentives concentrate their actions in the central area of the city, leaving urban and rural parishes as unattended spaces. It is concluded that the use of geographic information systems technology, has the advantage of granting ease and flexibility in data specialization,and allow correlating variables such as population density with conservation states of buildings to obtain information that helps to decision-makers to evaluate the efficiency in the application of public policy and discern possible failures in its application.

This article analyzes the discrimination present in the messages of the local television, to the Venezuelan citizens who live in the Latacunga canton and how it affects them in their daily life. A non-experimental, descriptive and correlational design was used, from a qualitative approach and the applications of techniques such as structures observation which started from daily monitoring to the Reporteros en Acción program, from TV Color Canal 36, during the first semester of 2019, in addition to conducting a focus group with nine Venezuelan citizens who do not have a formal job. The results obtained show that the information disseminated is discriminatory, with standardizing, reductionist journalistic coverage practices and that it naturalizes a negative image of these people, which generates rejection among the local population and facilitates the conditions for abuses of various kinds. The study concludes that the migrant population expresses the need for intercultural recognition and integration in conditions of equity, based on an adequate visibility of their cultural and ethical features, which is not possible if the media do not change their practices of information coverage.
