The objective of the present investigation was to analyze the influence of the conception of oldisms in the dignified life of the Andean rural elderly. In response to social cognitions identified in young people, especially the rejection of old age. Once the problem was raised, the line of research related to social exclusion and integration was determined. Based on symbolic interactionism. The research was exploratory, descriptive and correlational, supported by the mixed method. The qualitative approach focused on the life histories of a non-probabilistic sample of 12 older adults. Quantitatively, a 21-item survey was developed, applied to 40 children of the sample of older adults. Noting that most of the children have a negative conception of old age, understood as old age; manifested in prejudices, stereotypes and discrimination towards the age group. The present research work, based on the administrative area of the Fiscal Educational Unit "May 21 of the Portoviejo canton, with the theme: "administrative process and its impact on the institutional strengthening of the fiscal educational unit May 21”, with information obtained was known the administrative process that takes place in its different areas and in turn the performance in the functions of the staff that works in the educational establishment, Through the objective it was possible to analyze the administrative process and its impact on the Institutional strengthening of the Unit Fiscal Education “21 de Mayo” of the Portoviejo Canton. It was determined that the administrative process in the Fiscal Educational Unit "May 21" which allowed to obtain sufficient, competent and relevant information, identifying the deficiencies in this area. The methodology used in the research is with a mixed quantitative and qualitative approach of a descriptive type, field research, as well as the deductive, analytical and statistical analysis methods, surveys and interviews were carried out in person, observation, in addition to the tour of the facilities of the institution, through this investigative work, weaknesses within the institution are evident in the educational administrative processes to issue a report with the respective conclusions and recommendations, proposing solutions to the problems detected in the institution and can have continuous improvement As a final result A scientific article on the administrative audit of the administrative process was carried out as a strategic guideline for the institutional strengthening of the fiscal educational unit "May 21” of the Portoviejo Canton, which promotes the scientific dissemination of the relationship of research results. The role of the librarian arises every day with the advance of the new requirements of society, where his profile must be composed of fundamentals of the pedagogical area, since by means of this professional skill he can contribute to the full reading development of society.  The aim of the present research is to understand what skills a professional librarian should have in order to be able to carry out the promotion of reading in an operative way. In order to carry out this step, a qualitative, descriptive and hermeneutic phenological methodology is applied under the criteria of scientific rigor. This analysis is perceived through the discernments of the professionals who belong to this area and who, by means of authorization, could be interviewed. The main findings indicate that the formulation of a curriculum with the promotion approach is the first element that should be part of the professional graduate profile, and that it should integrate subjects such as pedagogy, design and strategic planning with approaches to reading plans, and that it should be based as part of the pre-professional practices. It is necessary that the current library science professional conceives the development of reading as part of the transversal and social approaches, and that it should be taken as a curricular objective in schools, colleges and universities. The study projects to search for gamified tools that can be used by teachers in their classes and thus transform the traditional evaluation, so that it is attractive to the student and they develop skills in their learning stage, the objective of the research was to determine the impact of gamification as an evaluation strategy using digital technological tools. The applied methodology is a quasi-experimental program; We worked with an experimental group and a control group. The designed instrument consists of 20 multiple-choice questions, extracted from the PISA model tests for the fourth year of the Educational Unit "CEBLAG. A gamified intervention proposal is established as an alternative through five sessions focused mainly on the experimental group, with planned activities and technological resources, the results of the pre and post-test evaluation were submitted to the Student's T test of independent samples, which shows a significance of the before with reference to the after of 0.033 less than 0.05, affirming the idea to defend. It is concluded that these new ways of evaluating and learning through gamified modalities and resources open up new spaces to investigate different options on how to evaluate knowledge for future generations. This article was aimed at offering orientations to professors for the development of self-assessment focused on the result of learning from 2 stages: planning and executing. The theory related to self-assessment, communicative competence and developing learning were taken as principles from a functional communicative perspective, based on the study of the structures of meaning. Methods such as analytical-synthetic, historical-logical and techniques like the interview and observation were used, which allowed an holistic approach of the object of study, centered upon determining the inadequacies of professors to guide the process of self-assessment as another alternative of assessment, favoring the students’ interest in learning a language from self-regulation. The result consisted in the preparation of a guide for the orientation of self-assessment of the students, composed of 2 stages, a first one called planning which includes intellectual, emotional and social aspects of the students, and the other one is executing, which has tasks that allow the student to self-regulate consciously. The conclusions generalize the actions of each of the stages in this guide. Keywords: Self-assessment, Communicative competence, Developing learning.

This study is aimed to explore the influence of the Research Quality Assurance Policy in the academic production of the Ecuadorian Universities located in the province of Manabí. A sample of documents published on journals indexed in SCOPUS was used to characterize their research production using scientometric indicators (number of items, distribution of citations and h-index). Results show that scientific production has increased since the policy implementation, but 47% of the papers produced in the universities of Manabí have received zero citations during the selected period. One of the top-ranked universities in the country was included in the study to establish a comparison, and only 15% of their papers have not been cited. The government relies on the evaluation outcomes to determine university budget allocation, increasing inequalities among Ecuador's Higher Education institutions. This paper presents part of a doctoral research whose investigation focus is the creation process of the theatre play "Por Ti Não Importa Matar ou Morrer", a free adaptation of the work "Vem Buscar-me Que Ainda Sou Teu", by the author Carlos Alberto Soffredini, from the performance codes of French melodrama and the elements of circus arts, performed in the Theater Course at the Federal University of Uberlândia in 2015. For the analysis of this process, acting references of Brazilian circus-theater were used, considering the trajectory of Circo-Teatro Guaraciaba. This article contextualizes the ways in which the theater became part of circuses in Brazil in order to support the understanding of artistic and pedagogical experiences and to establish a dialogue between the history of 19th century French melodrama and the 20th century Brazilian circus-theater, evidenced through reflections about the learning ways of the old guard circus performers and young actresses and actors from universities.

Among the vast circus production in Brazil in the 19th century, the performance of clowns and, therefore, comicity had a strong presence in the shows. In this sense, this article aims to analyze part of the performance of the clown Augusto Rodrigues Duarte, accessing the multiplicity of his presentations and the mixture of expressions and techniques that he mobilized in his artistic achievements in the diverse and complex scenario of circus comedy of the period. To this end, a survey and cross-referencing of different sources was carried out, mainly 19th century newspapers that were consulted in the Hemeroteca Digital of the National Library (RJ). Thus, this study is dedicated to the professional production of Augusto R. Duarte, an artist little known by the bibliography, and to disseminate and expand the understanding of the production of comicity in the 19th century and its artists, in addition to clowns of the time already contemplated with various studies and publications.

This article proposes to reflect on the importance of research sources in performing arts, mainly on circus arts, and, from then on, present and analyze the use of literary sources in representations about circus. For this, it takes a look at the work Chapadão do Bugre, by Mário Palmério, a writer from Minas Gerais, who, in a vast work, portrays life in the corners of Minas Gerais. In his narrative, the author knew how to thematize the arrival of the circus, in a distant town, and thus, through a literary representation, approach themes debated in research on circus history.

The article proposes a classification of groups of clowns according to their locations. It is the result of the theoretical and methodological research sustained in different training actions at the National Clown School of Cuba, from the need to strengthen the teaching-learning of this scenic specialty in the different academies in which it is currently taught. The proposal are fundamentally based on the history of the clown with critical references in the Cuban experience.
