Resumen
Highly Cited Papers offer an outlook on those papers that have attracted great historical interest by a research community and that could also be considered the basis of the research field. In 2014 a new approach was recognised to identify these highly cited articles called H-Classics. It is based on the H-index and is sensitive to both the characteristics of the corresponding research discipline and its evolution. The objective of this study is to identify and analyze the H-Classics of articles published by researchers from Andalusian public universities, within the Economics category of the Journal Citation Reports. The methodology used is the bibliometric analysis through the H-Classics technique with which the main performance indicators are extracted. This analysis provides results that give us a useful insight into the development of this field of research, revealing those scientific actors who have made the greatest contribution to its development: authors, journals, related areas of knowledge, countries, Andalusian universities, national and foreign universities. The article is concluded with its limitations and the main findings found.

Resumen
The actions of companies, as economic agents integrated into a community, influence the well-being of society. That is why, in addition to carrying out its productive activity, it must be socially responsible. It has been shown that the actions of Corporate Social Responsibility (hereinafter CSR) are essential in building the reputation of companies. In the last decades, we have seen an increase in the interest of the scientific and professional community to determine the influence of CSR and Reputation in different areas of the company. This research shows the main researchers, magazines and articles on these matters. Thus, Web of Science has been used as the main source of information to download the citations reports, and we have performed an analysis of the trend of scientific production, citations, magazines, authorships and lines of research. Among the main conclusions, it stands out that the topic CSR and Reputation is of growing interest and still in a phase of expansion. There are specialized magazines on CSR and Reputation, but most of them use only sources from English speaking countries (UK and USA) and published in English. European and especially Spanish authors (University of Cantabria and Salamanca) occupy a position of relevance in the matter. The main lines of research indicate that sincere CSR is a key element in building Reputation; likewise, it attracts and retains talent. Finally, the importance of marketing actions aimed at informing stakeholders about CSR is highlighted.

Resumen
The aim of this paper is to analyse how to assess the environmental impact of companies from a social accounting perspective. The theoretical study contributes to the literature on social and environmental accounting and provides practical guidance on how to account for the environmental impact of organizations. After reflecting on whether the environment can be considered a stakeholder and how to approach the analysis of the environmental value created or destroyed, the study is limited to the case of greenhouse gas emissions, main source of climate change, and therefore one of the great environmental challenges faced by our society. Specifically, it analyses the quantification and valuation of greenhouse gas emissions through different models available to assign a monetary value, from market prices to mitigation costs or social costs. The study concludes that monetary valuation of the environmental impact can be integrated into social accounting, as long as the entire value chain and societal costs (or benefits) are considered. Accounting for the environmental value of companies can help transform conventional economic-financial accounting and improve the internal decision making of companies in accordance with principles of ethics and sustainability.

Resumen
Co-authorship in research publications is a clear example of scientific collaboration. Its study over time makes it possible to know the response of researchers to the evaluation criteria that public institutions establish to assess their performance. With this intention, the aim of this study has been to analyze the signature habits of Spanish researchers in Economic and Business Sciences in journals indexed in the Social Science Citation Index. Specifically, it is assessed how academic readers interpret the number and order of authors and designation of “corresponding author” in assigning credit and accountability for scientific research. Important changes over time and significant differences amongst the Economics and Business Sciences field that may be of interest mainly to those responsible for designing the promotion and accreditation systems have been observed. This would allow them to have a more accurate view of the real situation and of the adaptive process than they trigger off the scientific community.

Resumen
With the rise of new technologies and means of collaboration, we are entering a new phase in the scientific field in which academics are seeking to take advantage of the benefits that international collaboration offers. One such advantage is the increased impact, measured in the number of citations, of those works carried out jointly by more than one country. This paper aims to demonstrate that this is also the case in the field of business studies carried out in Spain. To this end, we have measured the average number of citations and the h-index of all articles published in this field by Spanish authors at different levels of collaboration: local (the authors belong to the same affiliation), national (the authors belong to more than one affiliation, all from Spain) and international (at least one of the authors is from a foreign country). The results show that the highest average number of citations and the highest h-index is obtained at the international collaboration level. In addition, a comparison of the different Spanish universities was made, showing that there are differences between them with respect to the degree of international collaboration. This study is intended to be the basis for agents interested in improving scientific policies in this field in Spain to obtain a global vision of the state of international collaboration and to be able to go further into the future to improve their policies.

Resumen
Despite the interest in International Human Resource Management (IHRM) in recent years, several issues still need to be addressed to provide clarity and conceptual understanding. This article aims to offer a systematic review of the literature on IHRM, highlighting the main themes and trends observed in this field. The study offers a critical evaluation, deepening the comprehension of IHRM, and identifying the most promising future lines of research. A scientific mapping analysis based on co-word networks of the literature was developed, using the SciMAT bibliometric tool. Three steps were followed: first, research themes were detected; second, the research themes and thematic networks were visualised; and third, the contributions made by the research topics were measured by performance analysis. One thousand seven hundred and seven published documents between 1974 and 2020 were retrieved from the Web of Science. In the last period (2015-2020) the driving themes are cross-cultural adjustment, multinationals, global careers and cross-cultural management. Job satisfaction is a specialised issue, while China is a transversal issue. Global talent management, women in the international context and diversity are emerging themes. This analysis will help inform researchers, professionals and public administrations about the importance of IHRM.

Resumen
Integrated marketing communications (IMC) are a core part of business success in the 21st century, but are facing exceptional challenges, some of which predate the devastation wrought by the COVID-19 pandemic. The various stages of IMC offer rich potential to enhance marketing techniques, harness the power of data analytics and build brand success. However, while most firms would claim to be deploying IMC, many are offering little more than sales-orientated mass marketing, having failed to move beyond the most basic form of its operation (Stage 1). Amid shrinking economies and slashed marketing budgets, even the minority of firms that has moved into Stage 2 (targeted marketing exchanges), Stage 3 (the application of information technology), Stage 4 (information-led communication planning), or even the putative Stage 5 (fully integrated marketing) now risk reverting to Stage 1. It is therefore critically important to develop an advanced understanding of IMC and its potential. Equally significant is the need to address the global trend towards focusing on attracting customers while neglecting post-purchase experience. A twin approach of successfully harnessing all the stages of IMC while also paying full attention to customer retention will maximise the chances of building brand success in the current challenging climate.

Resumen
Formative assessment is a necessary component not just in face-to-face classes, but also in the Virtual Learning Environment. More than expected, research exploratory regarding formative assessment specifically to improve English learning and teaching is necessary to be carried out. On the other hand, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused unprecedented educational changes in teaching and learning, and it has affected students' attitudes toward learning. This study reports the results of action research through quantitative instruments, pre-posttests, and pre-post surveys involving 25 Ecuadorian learners. This article addressed two research questions: 1. To what extent will learners improve their English skills after experiencing formative assessment through Symbaloo Learning Paths? 2. What are students' perspectives about experiencing formative assessment through the Symbaloo application to improve English skills? Findings have shown a significant improvement in learners’ English skills, with a large effect size of d = 4.081229 and p .000 < 0.05. Also, the students’ attitude toward learning changed positively. It is concluded that formative assessment through Symbaloo learning paths has the potential to enhance learner’s performance and influences their motivation positively. Therefore, it is recommended the conduction of more studies about the implementation of learning paths through Symbaloo to facilitate formative assessment for EFL learners. These findings have implications for future studies with a focus on teaching.
