There is also an introductory text that aims to briefly present the group, the piece and its creation process. O Pe®dido is the result of a rich collaborative process, where dramaturgy and staging were created concomitantly, from a theoretical-practical investigation on the Brazilian circus-theater.

Resumen
The present manuscript is part of the still unpublished ongoing PhD research developed in the Post-Graduation Program in Education of the Federal University of Ceará, which performs an investigation along with the translation to the Portuguese of the seminal work De la Création Chorégraphique de Michel Bernard (2001). The text comprehends the critical Introduction of the thesis and proposes considerations in the search of entangle the philosophical and pedagogical practices in dance from the philosophical thinking. It has been investigated conceptual bonds that aim to collaborate for a comprehension of the techniques in dace which are immanent to the sensory-perceptual processes of the bodily experience. The experimentation presented here relate central notions of the author’s work – dancing corporeality, orchesality and the author’s fictioning theory of sensation- as a fertile ground to rethink the teaching of the technical knowledge in dance, making them as one of the imbricate aspects of the poetics of the dance. To think technique as poetics has been our goal.

Resumen
Contemporary circus, drawing on traditional practices, apparatuses, and a number of their spectacular conventions, emphasises the performance of exceptional human acrobatic feats, ingenuity, or spectacular, often counter-intuitive inventiveness. The contemporary is not necessarily of the avant-garde, but defining the contours and ethos of circus’s contemporaneity help explore its manifestations of the avant-garde. There are examples on the edges, where circus and dance, burlesque, performance art, non-acting and political engagement coexist. Most of the avant-garde practices are featured at international festivals. They are not outside of the norms, they actually set them. This chapter explores the intersection and, at times, complicated cohabitation between conception of the contemporary and of the avant-garde in current circus practice and reception. It first defines and contextualises contemporaneity in today’s circus, then proposes a dialectics of contemporary circus and concludes with enactments of the avant-garde and how they relate to our current understanding of circus.

Resumen
This paper presents a clown woman's experience of life in the hospital as a result of her journey on the street, her time at the university, and today as a researcher and teacher in a hospital. Based on the reports - called bobological reports - a reflection was made on the transforming power of clowning as a tool of subversion, whatever the performance environment. The first bobological report is based on the first visit to the hospital, a “clean face” visit (without acting as a clown), and the last two reports are after almost a year of acting.

Resumen
With an ethnographic support a performative writing, this article argued about the fire juggling show Wiking: a sound battle. Was realize a descriptive analysis of the scene, complemented with Laban's factors movement, articulated with a reflexive critical analysis based on Alessandro Fontana’s theories. The study highlighted that fire juggling has peculiarities called "limit variables", which influence the practice of the technique, and revealed that the junction between the circus disciplines used, the actions performed and the context of the presentation involves the e death, in both register: the imaginary and on the symbolic.

Resumen
Report of research experience carried out at the Summer Seminar Writing (about/on/with/at/the) Contemporary Circus, at Concordia University, Montreal-CA. The experience consisted of submitting a circus performer with good command of her modality, but without street circus experience, to three forays into a public space. After each foray, the artist had the collaboration of an experienced street artist to readjust her presentation. Without intending to offer an instruction manual or determine ways of acting, we seek to develop reflections that can articulate theory with practice, bringing some articulations of the praxis of the street circus.

Resumen
Perception is a conceptual object or idea built by a series of preferences or special characteristics, so getting and comparing insights is challenging. Consequently, the objective of this research was to describe and compare the perception that a group of professors and academic administrators of a university in Mexico have about what a good Higher Education teacher is. For this, a qualitative methodology was used, collecting information through interviews with six teachers and six academic administrators. Among the main results, it was found that the participant's perception of a good teacher is based on qualities such as: being updated, disciplined, ethical, committed, leader, flexible, motivating, with an adequate image, mastering what he teaches, excellent planner, and who has a vocation for teaching. Concluding that there are more similarities than differences in the perceptions of both groups of participants.

Resumen
This article reviews the scientific literature that addresses the access, use, and appropriation of digital technologies among indigenous youth in higher education. This exploration includes articles published in peer-reviewed and indexed journals, papers, theses, and book chapters in digital repositories. The review consisted of a content analysis that characterized the theoretical frameworks and methodological orientations and identified the contributions and trends of the most relevant research published in the last ten years in Mexico, Colombia, and Bolivia. The analysis found that indigenous university youth connect to the internet via smartphones and engage in academic, entertainment, and leisure activities. Most indigenous university students lack infrastructure, connectivity, and technological skills, and implement various strategies to overcome the adverse conditions of technological access.

Resumen
Inclusion in education is a concept that has become a media topic in Honduras, given that it is part of the constant discourse issued by the governmental entities that manage the educational system at different levels. However, its meaning is unknown by most of the population, and there is a lack of clarity for decision making. The objective of this article is to make a brief analysis of what educational inclusion means in Honduras. The paper is divided into three sections. First, an approach to the attempts to establish inclusion in the country is presented. Secondly, it describes the details concerning the knowledge of this term. Finally, the obstacles and challenges involved in achieving this aspect in the Honduran context are proposed.

Resumen
Curriculum design for postgraduate training in Biotechnology is a complex issue involving the variety of academic training. Dominican universities, with some exceptions, do not have the training of biotechnologists in their academic offer. Postgraduate training depends on factors, such as I) the existence of a critical mass of Masters and PhDs, II) the availability of infrastructure for the development of biotechnological research, and III) adequate funding for these purposes, where students can be inserted for the development of experimental activities of their theses. This paper presents some factors that should be considered in the design of a postgraduate training program in Biotechnology in the Dominican Republic, based on the experiences of other countries and the results that have been achieved in the development of scientific research in this field for the period 2005-2020.
