Resumen
Objective. To evaluate the degree of incomplete revascularization in patients with multiarterial coronary artery disease who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) or coronary artery bypass surgery (CABG) using the Syntax revascularization index (SRI) and its relationship to major cardiovascular events during follow-up. Materials and Methods. Observational, retrospective study with 4-year follow-up of patients with multiarterial coronary artery disease who underwent surgical or percutaneous coronary revascularization, in whom the baseline Syntax score (SSb) and the residualSyntax score (SSr) were calculated. The Syntax Revascularization Index (SRI) was determined withthe following formula: SRI = (1- [SSr/SSb]) x 100, and major cardiovascular events at 4-year follow-up were compared. Results. Two hundred patients (100 in each group) were evaluated. Mean SSr in group 1 was 83.2%, and in group 2, 79.0% (p=0.88). Mean complete revascularization was 41% in the first group and 35% in the second. A cutoff point of ≤90% of IRS had the best accuracy for predicting major cardiovascular events (area under the curve of 0.60; 95% CI: 0.49-0.71, p<0.05). In multivariate analysis IRS was an independent predictor of major cardiovascular events (HR 2.6; 95%CI: 1.32-3.22, p= 0.043). Conclusions. The Syntax Revascularization Index may be useful for measuring the degree of revascularization in patients with multiarterial coronary artery disease treated percutaneously or surgically. An SRI ≥90% may be an acceptable target for revascularization.

Resumen
Objective. To describe the quality of life in patients with idiopathic ventricular arrhythmias treated at the Instituto Nacional Cardiovascular INCOR in Lima -Peru. Materials and methods. Analytical and cross-sectional study of patients with idiopathic ventricular arrhythmias treated by 3D ablation or antiarrhythmic therapy between July 2017 and December 2019 to whom the SF-36 health questionnaire was applied to assess quality of life related to health. Results. Fifty-two patients with idiopathic ventricular arrhythmias were included (34 underwent 3D ablation, and 18 underwent antiarrhythmic therapy only). The percentage of recurrence (14.7% vs. 50%, p=0.01) and adverse effects (0% vs. 22.2%, p=0.011) were lower in the 3D ablation group compared to the antiarrhythmic group. The mean standardized scores obtained from the Spanish version of the Health Survey SF-36v2, applied to the 3D ablation and antiarrhythmic groups were 85.1 vs 68.4 (p<0.001), respectively. Were found statistically significant differences in 6 of the eight components that evaluate health-related quality of life: physical function (96.0 vs. 76.0, p<0.001), physical role (93.4 vs. 61.1, p<0.001), general health (74.5 vs. 47.4, p<0.001), vitality (69.9 vs 54.7, p=0.008), emotional role (92.2 vs. 77.8, p=0.006) and mental health (73.8 vs. 60, p<0.001). Conclusions. Patients with idiopathic ventricular arrhythmias who underwent 3D ablation have a higher mean standardized score for health-related quality of life.

Resumen
Objective: To analyze the change in morbidity care in the year of the beginning of the pandemic (2020) compared to the pre-pandemic year (2019). Material and Methods: Quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental - documentary design. Sample: first level health care facilities in the province of Ica. Non-probabilistic sampling. Technique: documentary analysis of official documents from health facilities. Morbidity care was analyzed considering the ICD-10 classification in one health facility and in the other the months of care and in both cases in the different stages of life considered by MINSA. Inferential analysis: 95% confidence interval, the confidence interval for the difference of proportions and for the measure of association; chi-square, the estimate of the p value (<0.05). Results: The most important decrease, considering ICD-10, occurred in chapter VII (eye diseases and annexes) with - 81.46 % in relation to the pre-pandemic year. In relation to months, the decrease exceeds values of 80.0 % in the period from April to June 2020. Likewise, the greatest decreases correspond to the life stage: child and adolescent: average values above than 68.0 %. Conclusions: Morbidity care in primary health care facilities in 2020 (beginning of the pandemic), had an average decrease of 63.0% compared to 2019 (pre-pandemic year). The most affected life stages were children and adolescents. Children - 68.95 %, adolescents - 68.58 %. The trend of decrease started in the month of March 2020 and this was maintained throughout the year.
KEY WORDS: Pre-pandemic, covid -19, morbidities, first level of care.

Material and Methods: The research is descriptive, with a non-experimental and transversal design. Population: students enrolled in the 2022 - II cycle of the Professional School of Pharmacy and Biochemistry. Sample: 230 students. Results: The sociodemographic relationship with the stress symptoms found is predominantly female, the predominant age is over 24 years. The frequency of consumption of antidepressants is once a month consumed in 6.5%. In terms of prescription by a physician, antidepressants were found with 3.9% and benzodiazepines with 4.5%. The consumption of antidepressants was 10.3% and benzodiazepines 8.4%. The symptoms of stress and use of psychotropic drugs as a result of COVID 19, the level of mild stress was found according to the Baremos test. And finally, for the dimensions of physical symptoms, pathological symptoms and compartmental symptoms, 2.18, 2.02 and 1.76 were found, corresponding to the level of mild stress. Conclusion: Symptoms of mild stress and psychotropic use were found as a consequence of COVID 19 due to the confinement of university students in a private university. Huancayo. Franklin Roosevelt.

Resumen
Objective: To determine the levels of psychological distress according to the severity of the COVID-19 infection in the students of the Universidad Privada de Huancayo Franklin Roosevelt, 2022. Material and methods: Basic study of comparative design. For comparisons between the severity of COVID-19 infection and the presence of psychological distress, the Kruskal Wallis H test was used. Results: Regarding the age of the students, 56.5% are in the range of 18 to 25 years, 32.1% from 26 to 35 years, 9.8% from 36 to 45 years and only 1.5% are older. 45 years old, depending on gender, female 75.9% and male 24.1%. Severity due to COVID-19 showed a mild level with 60.3%, moderate with 39.1% and only 0.5% as severe. In the level of psychological distress, 15.3% presented the low level, moderate 33%, high 29.4% and very high 22.3%. Conclusions: It was determined that there are differences in the level of psychological distress between the students who presented mild, moderate and severe severity of the COVID-19 infection (X2=17.7, p < 0.05). Likewise, regarding the sex and age of the students, the levels of psychological distress presented significant differences for each of the values of the variables under study; (X2= 20.575; p=0) and (X2=13.047) respectively.

Resumen
Objective: to determine the preferences of the patients in terms of age, sex and clothing of the dentists of two educational entities, public and private. Material and Methods: Basic descriptive cross-sectional study, for which the survey methodology was used by virtual means to a sample of 165 students from 8 to 25 years old divided into 3 groups, from 8 to 11 years, from 12 to 17 years and from 18 to 25 years of both sexes, photographs of 4 dental models were used: 2 women, one between 25 to 30 years old, another from 40 to 50 years old and two men of the same ages with 3 different uniforms, the processing of the data was through tables of frequencies and percentages. Results: The main outcome was the preference for a young female professional, wearing a pediatric dental jacket. Conclusions: It should be noted that the choice of the young professional was very marked in relation to the other three professionals; being 72.1% for the chosen one and the other professionals do not even reach 10% preference. It is also necessary to mention that the white apron that classically identifies the health professional was in second place of choice.
