Resumen
Gran part del desenvolupament i l’expansió de la indústria forestal es deu a la contrareforma agrària duta a terme en el període dictatorial en què, a través del Decret Llei 701, es retornen terres a l’oligarquia i s’atorguen recursos estatals a empreses forestals. A partir d’aquest moment, l’Estat ha realitzat tot un seguit d’accions per protegir el patrimoni d’algunes famílies propietàries d’hisendes a Wallmapu. Aquestes estratègies de protecció han estat acompanyades de diverses formes de violència que s’han comès en aquests territoris i han afectat la vida quotidiana dels seus habitants. Així doncs, el present text revisa com es materialitzen aquestes formes de violència i posa de manifest la seva recurrència i gravetat. Amb aquest objectiu, s’hi distingeixen tres formes principals de violència: (1) física, (2) ecològica i (3) simbòlica. Aquest capítol pretén discutir sobre com es practiquen les estratègies repressives de l’Estat i sobre els actors que prenen part en aquestes lògiques, com ara les empreses.

Resumen
Aquest article presenta i analitza els fets més rellevants que, en el marc més ampli de conflicte entre l’Estat de Xile i el poble maputxe, van tenir lloc al llarg del 2018 a l’arena institucional xilena. Per fer tal cosa, es descriuen els processos i les fites d’actuació, les disputes pel poder i la influència, en el context dels diferents canals institucionals. L’any va estar ple de fets significatius que expressen esforços d’acostament, tensions i conflictes. L’article analitza aquests fets des d’una perspectiva diacrònica que pretén determinar si els fets destacats de 2018 corresponen a dinàmiques noves o si, al contrari, representen una continuïtat amb allò que històricament ha caracteritzat la participació i la política institucional maputxes. Aquesta mirada permet posar en perspectiva els diferents eixos de participació convencional en què se centra l’article. El treball fa palès que els esdeveniments de l’any 2018 expressen problemes de llarga durada que continuen sense estar resolts i requereixen un tractament urgent per evitar fets tràgics com els que analitza aquest Anuari.

Resumen
S’hi descriuen diferents experiències de recuperació territorial a partir de resistències al model de producció forestal de monocultiu, en comunitats maputxes lafquentxes a Tirua, al litoral sud de la regió del Bio-Bio, Xile. El valor que cobren les resistències ve determinat perquè, en el període comprès entre 1997 i 2014, la proporció de superfície comunal coberta per plantacions forestals es va incrementar del 33% al 45,4%. A través del treball desenvolupat en el terreny durant els últims quatre anys, ha estat possible rescatar històries de resistències en diferents comunitats, com ara la comunitat Kellgko, a la localitat de San Ramón; la comunitat Lorenzo Quintrileo, a la localitat de Quidico; la comunitat Milla Raye, a la localitat de Las Misiones, i per últim, la comunitat Alto Primer Agua

Resumen
Este artículo tiene como fin realizar un primer avance en el estudio del mensaje iconográfico del ciclo pictórico plasmado en las pinturas que decoran el ábside, la cúpula y la bóveda de la iglesia de Il Gesù en Roma (1568-1584), iglesia madre de la Compañía de Jesús fundada por Ignacio de Loyola en 1540. Tras la realización de un estudio del contexto socio-histórico, se puede verificar el establecimiento de un repertorio iconográfico de carácter dogmático y proselitista en pro del catolicismo, que surge con la Reforma Católica y es impulsado por el espíritu combativo y profundamente militante de los jesuitas.

Resumen
Sometimes, family scenes can become into sinister scenes. Situations that could be as homey or comfortable, can suddenly turn into nightmares that, again and again, come to hit our minds, and even to martyr them. Maurizio Cattelan, in Bidibidobidiboo (1996), seems to be trying to get closer to hidden areas of his most intimate memories, or his deepest or most intense experiences. Death, anguish, uneasiness... are among many others, some ideas that come into our minds when we contemplate his work. Anyway, there is no doubt that the author, with this work, gets to perfection that we wonder about it, and it ́s not easy that we can mark the thin line that separates the shocking from the sinister.

Coinciding with the centenary of the birth of Luis Ortega Bru, San Roque (Cadiz, 1916-1982), we will be able to know and go in depth the heterogeneous work of this mentor artist to the spanish arts of the second half of the last century, both in its sculptural variants and pictorial, as in religious or secular subjects.

From the studies of the visual culture we proceed to the analysis of the video clips Unsustainable and Isolated System produced by the english rock band Muse for his sixth studio album The 2nd Law (2012). In addition, these two audiovisual productions are briefly contextualized both with the group's work as a whole and with the political, social, economic and technological moments with which they relate.

Resumen
Although the title of the article seems to allude to the opposition between the two artists, the analysis of their lives and work shows that, even though their figures are largely opposed, they also possess characteristics that unite them. However, given the limits of the present work, we are only going to dwell on three issues: their firm, their relationship with women and family portraits. It doesn´t seem to be appropriate to deal with the question in the light of the importance which the social position or their eastern or western origin possess in the artistic production of one or the other, by an issue in which all the studious of Filónov 's work agree: his work is so utterly extraordinary and original that it finds itself on the margins not only of the western vanguards, but of the Russian ones. He is a unique artist, who created a unique style, "analytical art", and a school of his own and, therefore, unparalleled with no other.

Resumen
Artist Nestor Basterretxea plays an important role within Basque Country Art History. Together with Oteiza and Chillida, he approached a new art, creating a new and breakthrough generation of Basque vanguards, achieving relevance in Basque culture. Basterretxea has been mostly recognized by his sculpture, but his artistic action went beyond, although not each of his facets have been studying in the same way. So, this time, we will try to analyze one of those gaps that remain to be completed, that is, the pieces of a collage created in his last year being alive. For this, we will take as a source of information the interviews that the artist granted in recent years, along with the existing bibliography of his work. This way we will be able to understand why is the use of collage and the repetition of the circle shape that will appear in them.

Resumen
The present document analyses the image of Conchita Wurst, winner of the Song Festival Eurovision 2014. Through this televised contest, the performer become very popular, mostly due to the visual impact caused by her provocative image to European spectators. Its novelty lies on his contemporary androgenic treatment, composed with the traditional Western images, which include a bearded woman and Jesus Christ iconography.
