Resumen
The post-pandemic represents, in many aspects, a period in which a closer relationship with the use of electronic devices is evident; However, the digital divide continues to exist for some sectors of society; The objective was to make known, through specific indicators, the magnitude of the digital divide in an educational community in the "new normal"; The methodology was mixed, through the implementation of structured surveys (quantitative) and their analysis in conjunction with the group of teachers (qualitative); The results indicate an increase in devices and connectivity lines, lack of continuity in the use of digital applications in the transition to face-to-face modality and new behaviors against the use of devices, such as the increase in the consumption of content from social networks and in some cases, a routine that implies too much time in front of screens, With which it can be determined that many of the digital inequalities are related more to the inappropriate use of devices, than to the difficulty of accessing or the availability of time.

Resumen
The objective of the article was to describe how teachers' socio-emotional skills influence the promotion of collaborative learning environments. The approach adopted in this study was qualitative and descriptive in nature. The methods used were analytical and deductive, utilizing both interview and observation techniques along with their respective instruments. The sample selected for the study was intentional and non-probabilistic, specifically composed of educators from the middle level of general basic education. The results indicate that educators recognize the need to implement strategies and procedures to enhance socio-emotional skills, highlighting practices such as empathy, establishing a clear vision of goals, fostering positive relationships that promote growth, developing effective verbal and non-verbal communication, and values such as collaboration, responsibility, and emotion regulation within and outside the classroom. It was concluded that educational institutions contribute to the development of individual capacities and healthy socio-affective environments for both teachers and students. When educators effectively employ these skills and collaborative learning, students show increased attention, interest in learning, greater responsibility, and commitment to their academic performance. Conversely, when these skills are not properly utilized, there is demotivation, lack of focus, disinterest, and monotony in the classroom.

Resumen
Introduction: critical thinking has become a fundamental notion of educational policies and discourses, to such an extent that its presence is unquestionable. However, its conception is multifaceted along with its training and evaluation practices. Objective: to analyze various conceptions of critical thinking in primary and secondary education, in order to determine its characteristics, its primordial features and the ways in which it is understood and formed. Methodology: a systematic review was carried out, considering 60 investigations published worldwide between 2017 and 2022, in the Scopus and Dimensions databases, using eligibility criteria whose central search category was critical thinking in relation to primary and secondary education. Results: an education based on critical thinking has a positive impact on school interactions and on student training processes; In addition, the possibility of integrating the conceptions of critical thinking can favor educational processes. Conclusion: the heterogeneous conceptions of critical thinking in primary and secondary education can contribute to its understanding and training and evaluation practices, when thought in situated terms. Training in critical thinking is cardinal today, especially because of its importance in education for the twenty-first century and its possibility to develop both ways of thinking and autonomous, critical and ethical behaviors.

Resumen
In today's society, educating and providing attention to student diversity is presented as a great challenge. The objective of this article was to analyze how the Universal Learning Design (DUA) affects attention to diversity. The methodology used was based on a qualitative-quantitative approach, with a descriptive and exploratory investigation, the methods used were analysis and synthesis to delve into the object of study using survey and interview techniques. The results denote that, those teachers have adequate perceptions to apply the principles of the UDL, also indicate that the lack of training in inclusive tools becomes a great limitation; On the other hand, the experts state that changes are required in terms of planning and methodologies, actions necessary for the application of the DUA. It is concluded that teachers use the three principles of the DUA: representation, motivation, action and expression; being these relevant to achieve significant learning and transform education, as well as in the construction of innovative strategies for the achievement of objectives, which allow the development of motivation, sense of responsibility and autonomy. They also agree that there is a need for training in communication systems such as Braille and sign language, as well as access to computer and electronic materials with their respective support software for attention to diversity.

Resumen
Entrepreneurs are those who revolutionize the world with their ideas. This paper explores the importance of developing entrepreneurial skills in high school students from an Ecuadorian city to stimulate business ideas with an innovative approach. The methodology was based on a descriptive qualitative-quantitative approach. The analytical method was used, through the survey and interview techniques. The population consisted of 360 students with a probabilistic sample of 202 students from the "Paquisha" and "Emilio Bowen Roggiero" Educational Units and 2 area directors of the Entrepreneurship and Management subject. The results show that in the subject under study, teachers use as a traditional teaching method such as lectures and group work for the development of the business plan, motivated by an educational infrastructure with limitations for the use of digital tools in favor of the innovative entrepreneurship. It is concluded that the implemented methods do not stimulate the development of leadership, teamwork and problem-solving skills in the participating student population.

Resumen
The development of artificial intelligence applications is raising alarms in the educational and professional community. Its potential to paraphrase or write texts make it very tempting to commit dishonest actions. Being a relatively current topic, there are no works that investigate the frequency and uses that students give to these tools in the educational field. The objective of this work was to explore the frequency and perceptions of use of this type of software in high school students of an educational institution. The research was non-experimental and of an exploratory-descriptive nature. The sample consisted of 83 high school students. The survey was used as techniques and the questionnaire as instruments. The results show that more than 62.9% of the students have used these tools to paraphrase and 4.8% to write complete essays, during the course. Most of them positively perceive their use, depending on different factors, but especially their lack of knowledge of what plagiarism is, as well as their poor academic writing skills. More in-depth studies are required to investigate the real frequency of this problem and how to prevent or detect it.

Resumen
The objective of this study was to know the perception of harassment and sexual harassment of the students of a public university in Huancavelica, Peru. The study corresponds to a basic investigation with a non-experimental design and of a descriptive nature. The population was made up of 3603 students of 19 professional careers enrolled in the year 2021, from which a probabilistic sample was extracted. The instrument "Relations that violate the rights of people" by Bardales and Ortiz (2012) adapted to the Huancavelican reality was used. It was identified that 28% of university students have suffered harassment or sexual harassment, mostly women, mostly they have suffered demands for sexual relations and offensive comments, the aggression has been received by strangers and in public spaces. It was also found that the analyzed university complies by providing prior information on the actions to be taken in the face of this type of behavior, however, in careers related to engineering there is greater patriarchal thinking. These results, products of the study at this university, constitute a cut-off point in the broad study of gender violence in the Peruvian university system, a study in particular, and a setting on the academic stage of the university reality.
