Resumen
This article was nourished and forged from work within a provincial ministry devoted to the accompaniment of women in situations of violence, in an area dedicated to crisis and emergency care.
Starting from this daily practice, we seek to build and identify ways of professional intervention, to return to the practice in a renewed and strengthened way. To this end, we position ourselves on the basis of the Praxiological Paradigm (Breilh, 2003) and Feminist Epistemology (Maffía, n.d.).
In order to approach the proposed objective, we take two axes: the Affective Turn (López, 2012) that invites to think those dynamics that go through the body, irreducible to the discourse; and on the other hand, to put the body as a way of thinking our profession and our daily life. Putting the body, to be able to reflect and approach other possible and necessary professional approaches.
We intend to transmit that for our professional practice, the word continues to have a fundamental role, since it impregnates with meaning the facts that occur in the body, but unfinished, when it is not incarnated. This process is completed and is only possible when it is done in conjunction with one another, in this particular case, the co-workers.

Resumen
This article presents the DUTY OF BEING, socially and culturally reproduced, that exerts pressure on the daily behaviour of women and men, which is established in a naturalised way and constitutes one of the pillars of the ideological system of the patriarchy, making inequality and in its most serious consequence, violence, present. From here, I propose to expose, from a feminist perspective, the contribution of diverse concepts that are necessary to know, to reflect and to debate for a real understanding of the proposed subject.
At present, it is urgent its problematization from all the disciplines, but mainly from the intervention of the Social Work, where it is in constant relation with an "other". Being reflective and reactionary on gender issues is significant in order to achieve greater equity, and to oppose with arguments any act of discrimination in the face of diversity.

Resumen
In this article, I intend to make a reflexion about professional intervention in the field of violence(s), taking into account my experience as a professional in the area of Constatación, in the Ministry of Women of the Province of Córdoba. This experience is built on a professional exercise where institutional, disciplinary, territorial and activist senses and practices, dialogue and are put in tension. Professional intervention in checking violence, involves mainly: diagnosing violence situations and risk measuremenI am interested in contributing to a situated and feminist point of view about (and from) interventions in the violence field, starting from different questions that dared me. Which are the meanings that we dispute in the representations and interventions we develop? Which ones do we resist? How do we knit feminist activism within the State´s gears?

Resumen
A better understanding of the relational antecedents of innovation in family firms is central to explaining their long-term success and survival. Our study proposes an original model that shows that the internal social capital of non-family members does not always foster innovation directly as existing theory suggests, but through their organizational commitment. These results differ across the different dimensions of organizational commitment. Therefore, our study challenges existing thinking on commitment studies by offering theoretical grounding and empirical evidence that neglected dimensions of commitment have a crucial intermediate role in the relationship between internal social capital and innovation in family firms.

Resumen
This paper examines the various contributions of scientific research in the field of dynamic capabilities in the field of family businesses, using a bibliometric approach during the period 2009-2019. The volume of scientific publications found in the Web of Science (WOS) database was equal to 56 articles. The application of bibliometric methods and techniques has allowed to reflect the evolution of the level of publications, active institutions, methodologies employed and main research topics discussed. Taking into account the results obtained, future lines of research are proposed that allow progress in the consolidation of the study of dynamic capacities in the field of family businesses as a scientific discipline

Resumen
Finding the internationalization triggers of family-managed firms is not easy because family-managed firms are regarded as being very different to begin with (e.g. Bloom et al., 2011).In investigating the role of family management, we apply a Spanish sample of 805 family-managed firms to investigate the impact of abandoning such management on export propensity. Through a Logit model, we find that such abandon is associated with a fall in export propensity, findings we relate back to managerial theories of the firm. This finding is related to specific features of family managed firms that favour export activity such as a greater flexibility and altruism. The conclusions of this work have a number of relevant implications.

Resumen
Based on the agency theory, this paper analyzes whether family firms pay more dividends compared to no-family firms and identifies whether the board composition affects the dividend policy. Brazil and Chile have established mandatory dividends, retain lower cash holdings, pay higher dividends compared with other markets in the region. The sample of study is composed by 853 observations from 49 Brazilian and 32 Chilean top publicly listed firms in terms of market capitalization over the 11-year period from 2004 to 2014. Using an unbalanced panel data, results indicate that family controlled firms distribute more dividends and board composition namely; board size and the proportion of women on the board have a significant and positive impact on the dividend policy of the firm. By contrast, COB-CEO duality has a negative effect. Thus, dividend policy constitutes an effective corporate governance mechanism in mitigating the family’ expropriation of minority shareholders’ wealth.
