O IFPB utiliza os processos administrativos como ferramenta de gestão do ensino. A partir do ano de 2020 a instituição vem passando por uma modificação administrativa através da inserção dos processos eletrônicos. O objetivo deste trabalho foi realizar uma descrição e análise quantitativa da tramitação de processos administrativos no âmbito do IFPB na busca de encontrar possíveis gargalos na tramitação dos processos da área de ensino e analisar o impacto da inserção dos processos eletrônicos. A metodologia caracterizou-se, quanto ao tipo como pesquisa descritiva, com abordagem quali-quantitativa e corte transversal. Sendo realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica, um levantamento documental e uma análise quantitativa dos dados dos processos. A inclusão dos processos eletrônicos na instituição aumentou a efetividade de finalização de processos. É notória a transição entre o volume de processos físicos para um maior número de processos eletrônicos, e que para continuar avançando neste sentido, a liberação da abertura de processos eletrônicos por alunos menores de idade é um passo importante. Foram identificados alguns processos que possuem tempo de finalização elevado. Enquanto limitações do estudo, apontamos a impossibilidade de elencar, de fato, quais os fatores levam a lentidão na tramitação de alguns tipos de processos.

Este trabalho teve como objetivo apresentar como se dá o uso da publicidade e propaganda nas feiras livres da cidade de Mari-PB, identificando as estratégias de publicidade e propaganda utilizadas e os benefícios do uso desses recursos para os feirantes e o comercio local, e conhecendo como os feirantes mensuram a relação de gastos e lucros com o seu uso nas feiras livres. Para tanto, foram realizadas entrevistas com os feirantes no espaço das duas feiras municipais, observando, ouvindo e gravando as respostas dos feirantes e destacando as formas de publicidade e propaganda que se sucedem nesse local. Foram entrevistados 10 feirantes no total. Como resultados, observou-se que nas feiras livres do município o uso da voz é predominante, mas outros meios também são utilizados para atrair fregueses. De forma geral, os feirantes percebem a importância da publicidade e propaganda para aumento das vendas em um ambiente com muita concorrência, embora não considerem que tenham gastos com isso ou não consigam mensurar com precisão a relação entre gastos e lucratividade com publicidade e propaganda.

One of the most important challenges facing society today is to increase life expectancy and its quality in the population, as well as mitigate the effects of aging, mainly through natural means. The investigation is carried out in the Círculo de Abuelos: La Flor de Güines of the Mártires de Quemado Sports Complex in the La Puya Popular Council, Quemado de Güines municipality, in Villa Clara. The objective is to characterize the clinical and physical condition of elderly women with osteoporosis, from the Círculo de Abuelos: La Flor de Güines, from the municipality of Quemado de Güines, in Villa Clara. We worked with a population of 15 older adults from the Círculo La Flor de Güines, carriers of the osteoporosis disease. The study used theoretical and empirical research methods such as: analytical synthetic, inductive deductive; documentary analysis, survey, measurement; and descriptive statistics to obtain positions, measures of central tendency: the mean. The main results are framed in the ratification of clinical characteristics of advanced osteopenia and osteoporosis in 100% of the adults; together with a physical condition where the indicators of muscular strength, flexibility and aerobic resistance are the most affected by the disease. It is concluded that the clinical characteristics found in the population condition the improvement of muscle strength in the upper limbs; low back flexibility and aerobic resistance in the place of the older adults studied.

A sedentary lifestyle constitutes a challenge in the current technological context, which is why it is considered today one of the main risk factors for highly prevalent diseases. Sedentary behaviors are materialized expressions of this phenomenon that in young people have become a universal problem. The present investigation was implemented at the Jesús Montané Oropesa University of the Isla de la Juventud, Cuba with the objective of assessing the effect of the implementation of a proposal of traditional dances aimed at increasing physical activity in university students with sedentary behaviors, to which as part of the theoretical and empirical methods were used. As a result of this work, the sedentary behaviors present in the students were identified, based on the activities carried out in their daily routine, family history of chronic non-communicable diseases, as well as their BMI, in addition to a proposal of traditional dances aimed at increasing physical activity in them. The development of the experimental phase with the dances achieved a significant reduction in body weight as well as a significant increase in the percentage of students who recognized the importance of physical activity for their health and sedentary behaviors identified in the initial diagnosis were reduced.

At the beginning of the 21st century, society is in a new stage as a consequence of the scientific development of the last century; the demands demanded by this new moment, where knowledge and information are the motor of scientific and technological advances, in which all these processes have their mark. A significant value have the contributions of the different authors studied on the topic that is addressed. But how does this phenomenon impact the substantive processes of sport? From the current sports trends, what challenges are perceived for the management of sports organizations in Cuba, from the perspective of science and technology ? The foregoing makes it easier to define the objective of: identifying the main challenges of the management of sports organizations in Cuba, from the perspective of science and technology for a consequent reflection on the matter. In achieving this lie the concerns of the authors of the article. The result provided is a first approximation that must continue with certain reflections at levels of depth and concretion such that they allow directing management actions to undertake the identified challenges. For this reason, in the final considerations, it is noted that these are not the only ones, since the very dynamics of science and technology in function of the sports organizational processes, demands a constant and systematic study based on the accelerated changes of the environment, of which infers that what has been discussed is not yet conclusive.

The treatment of Physical Education and athletics has been affected in emergency situations due to different causes that can be health or environmental. Recently, the COVID-19 pandemic caused changes that affected this process. The objective is to determine activities to stimulate the approach of athletics in emergency situations due to different causes at the primary level of Physical Education. For its development, different methods were used such as analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, document analysis, survey and user criteria, all of which allowed abstractions, comparisons, generalization and systematization of the content of what was studied with what is based. theoretically the topic that is presented, which allowed activities to stimulate the treatment of Athletics in emergency situations as the main result. The conclusions reached that the activities that are determined guide the students and the family how how to deal with athletics at home, guarantee continuity to the contents of the program and test the creativity of the teacher and the participants.

The individualization of the technical preparation of athletes, the search for the particularities of the movements that are optimal specifically for each athlete, depends to a large extent on the assessment of the kinematic characteristics of the movements. For this reason, this research aims to analyze the biomechanical variations of the rhythm in the 400m c/v race. To this end, the behavior of rhythm in the 400m hurdles race was studied in an athlete from the first category of the "Pedro Marrero" Provincial Athletics Academy, Theoretical (inductive, deductive, simulation) and empirical (observation, measurement) methods, documentary analysis, videography, and posture schemes in line with the stated objective, as well as the corresponding biomechanical techniques, were used in the investigation. The results obtained contribute efficiently to the technical improvement of the physical-sports action investigated.

The practice of soccer helps the development of basic motor skills of boys and girls, it also encourages discipline in the early stages, children develop a series of ideal conditions to train mobility. From the age of five, most children are ready to take their first steps in football: they adapt better to movements and tend to have better coordination. Gross motor skills tell us that this factor is the first to make its appearance in the child's development, from the moment he begins to hold his head, sit without support, jump, climb stairs, etc.; are other achievements of gross motor skills that over the years, you will acquire and learn. Therefore, soccer activities at an early age help mostly in the development of portal gross motor skills, a serious reason that at the educational level new alternatives are taken into account to adequately develop the learning of boys and girls. The objective of this review was to determine how the practice of soccer and the development of gross motor skills in children are associated, thus managing to arouse the interest of boys and girls in practicing soccer. The PRISMA methodology was used. As results, it was obtained that the practice of soccer is decisive in the development of gross motor skills and in the sensitive stages of children.

The research group, Optimal sports physical performance, belonging to the Sports Theory and Practice Department, of the Faculty of Physical Culture of the Universidad de Oriente, in the interest of achieving improvements in the results and preparation of athletes, knowing the diagnosis of the technological demands and improvement of the Provincial Sports Directorate of Santiago de Cuba, developed this research, with the objective of validating the proposal of a decision-making procedure, as a theoretical methodological basis in the solution of insufficiencies of managers, coaches sports and athletes in the base link. The main results are related to the foundation of the procedure, its validation and its possible benefits, through the achievement of continuous improvements, supported by the training of decision-making in tactical preparation for athletes, the training of managers and coaches, as well as professors of the Faculty.
