Objective: To identify the type of family bond of the elderly living in long-term care institutions. Method: This is a literature review through research in digital databases such as the Virtual Health Library (VHL), LILACS, MEDLINE, SCIELO, based on standardized and available descriptors, in studies published in the last 5 years. Results: After the analysis, 12 articles were included in the review, which discuss the institutionalization of the elderly and their feelings. Conclusion: Many family ties may have been broken in the past and not necessarily in old age, leading to the institutionalization of the elderly. But if these bonds are strengthened, they can provide the elderly a life with dignity and with guaranteed rights.

Resumen
The health provided to indigenous peoples cannot be restricted to technological resources only, it must be linked to their traditional culture so that it is possible to obtain better results in terms of health-disease at the local level. The objective of this work is, through the review of the recent literature, to understand more clearly how the indigenous peoples have access to health services and how is the attention given to them. Method: The analysis performed was obtained through online surveys in national journals. This is an integrative review of the literature using the electronic databases Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO) and Scientific and Technical Literature of Latin America and the Caribbean (LILACS), where the time cut for the inclusion of 2015 publications was established to 2019. 7 scientific articles were selected. Results: Through the selection of articles, a huge disregard for indigenous health was observed, as they submitted to unpleasant situations, of very poor quality, often, and the lack of humanization in caring for them, as well as the traditional way how health care is carried out fails to meet the demand of indigenous peoples. Conclusion: It was concluded that indigenous health, despite the evolution over time, still needs to be improved in several aspects and to have more attention, so that, in this way, they can give them what should in fact be guaranteed.

Resumen
The association between type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM2) and the presence of depression has been presented in the literature by several authors, the apparent symptoms related to hyperglycemia, such as excessive tiredness and weakness may have positive points for the onset of depressive symptoms, as well as responsibility for treatment, dietary restrictions and adverse effects in the use of antidepressant drugs. Among those that stand out as risk factors commonly associated with the development of depressive symptoms in patients with diabetes are: age, obesity, as well as the increase in the amount of drugs in use, such as antidepressants. Thus, this study is a systematic review, and seeks to better understand the relationship between diabetes mellitus and depression and the possible implications of the use of antidepressants on metabolic changes, specifically, glycemic level. Through the analyzed articles, it can be considered that there is a relationship between diabetes mellitus and an increase in clinical depressive symptoms. This relationship covers both metabolic control and adaptive aspects, such as socioeconomic factors, non-acceptance of the disease, low educational level, lifestyle, family history. Antidepressants of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) class have been shown to have a positive effect on the treatment of depression in patients with DM2. The most studied antidepressants in this class were Sertraline and Fluoxetine and they were effective in treating depression and improving glycemic control.

Introduction: The use of medicinal plants is the result of human interaction with the environment in which they live. Therefore, the discovery of medicinal plants with potent therapeutics was a primitive, continuous event and acquired through experiences from contact with the available flora. As time passed, plants and vegetables began to be better known and classified, which resulted in different cultivation techniques and therapeutic and pharmacological use. This knowledge of phytotherapy can now be observed in communities from different parts of the world, having in common the experiences passed from the oldest to the youngest1,2.Objective: This study aims to investigate the proven therapeutic effects, through scientific findings , by Chenopodium ambrosioides L. Methodology: A bibliographic review was carried out, using the Scielo and Google Scholar databases, using the descriptors “diabetes mellitus”, “depression” and “antidepressants”, for articles published between 2010 and 2020. Result: Through the analyzed studies, it can be stated that, it is important to know and understand about the therapeutic properties of medicinal plants, so that there are more detailed studies, and that can provide an efficacy in the treatment of patients and to avoid drug interactions. Conclusion:Therefore, Chenopodium ambrosioides L., can be considered a vegetable plant with proven therapeutic effects and of great importance to the population.

Resumen
Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome, more commonly known as AIDS, is the most advanced stage of infection with the acquired immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Couples called serodiscordance are partners who have different HIV serologies, only one being seropositive. Couples express the desire for pregnancy, but many do not seek health care, as they feel ashamed or afraid. The objective of this work is to understand, through the review of recent literature, a little more about the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and the implications for the possibility of serodiscordant couples having children, using appropriate therapy. Scientific articles were searched in databases and virtual libraries, and after applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria in their entirety, 16 articles were selected for full evaluation, 9 in Scielo, 4 in LILACS and 3 in BDENF. The lack of knowledge of HIV carriers causes several doubts, whether individual or even when they are in relationships, with this, health care has a fundamental role at the time of discovery and health professionals must act as care facilitators, acting in a welcoming and integral way with each individual, identifying the related factors that lead to non-adherence to medication in order to outline new health strategies.

Objectives: To investigate the role of the nursing professional in assisting patients suffering from Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI). Methodology: The integrative literature review was adopted as the methodology in this study. A search was performed at the Virtual Health Library (VHL), with LILACS (Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences) and BDENF (Nursing Database) being chosen as the database. Results: Twelve articles were selected, out of a total of 95, found for the research. The importance of the performance of the nursing team with AMI patients from diagnosis to discharge was shown. After confirmation of AMI, the nurse continues to assist the patient. You must prepare a care plan, meeting all your needs, paying attention to the oxygenation and ventilation, circulation and perfusion offered, giving attention to pain control, offering biopsychosocial and spiritual security. Conclusion: It was verified how essential the nurse's performance is in the care provided to patients suffering from AMI, from diagnosis to post-discharge.

Resumen
The present work aims at social awareness regarding the adequate consumption of medicines, guiding its objective in the history of the pharmaceutical industry, which points to the need for research that leads to the production of a viable resource to treat existing diseases and new diseases that appear during the evolution of humanity. The text presents itself as a source of instruction for the proper use of medications, taking into account the properties of each formula, paying attention to its evolution and its purpose. Knowledge of the stages of the medication production process is important for understanding the function of each medication and thus promoting greater awareness of needs and risks. The history of medicines reveals the methodology used by researchers, whether through beliefs, intuition or science, the pharmaceutical industry has undergone many changes, and with its development the monetary power has become more exalting, which has promoted a vision of pharmacy equal to trade , hampering universal access to medicines and promoting misuse based on purchasing power. Many challenges are encountered in order to have an equal distribution and to really meet the needs. In this sense, this research is based on awareness of the proper use of medicines.

Resumen
Introduction: Postpartum depression is considered a public health problem with high prevalence and very underdiagnosed. Methods: In this context, the present research has the general objective of identifying the risk factors of postpartum depression through a literature review integrative. The articles were searched in the Scientific Electronic Library Online Scielo databases and in the LILACS Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences database. The selected articles were chosen according to the following criteria: to be available in full, to answer the research question, to have a publication date of the last 5 years. After a complete reading of the works, 08 remained for analysis. Results: The analysis of the results showed that the most cited risk factors for postpartum depression in the literature of the last 5 (five) years were: lack of family or partner support, unplanned pregnancy, family or personal history of psychiatric illness and low education and being younger. Conclusion: The research concludes that social and emotional factors have more influence on the prevalence of postpartum depression than economic factors. There is a need for further studies on the clinical aspects of postpartum depression.
