Resumen
Dear Editor,The original article published in your magazine, titled service design for innovation in small andmedium businesses from the author Carvalho (2019) concludes that small companies can innovatetheir services without incurring large costs and demanding a large amount of time, the mostimportant is involved to the users strongly. To complement this research, the study carried out bySánchez, Cervantes, y Peralta (2016) mentions that in order to carry out and efficient managementof the innovation in the small companies, it is necessary to encourage and take advantage of theinnovative skills and abilities of collaborators, involving them during the strategic planning andmotivating them to participate with their ideas in the innovation process. For which, it’s necessaryto create a favorable working environment and formal procedures for the reception and evaluationof the creative ideas that may be presented by the workers. This position is reinforced by the studycarried out by Pertuz, Boscan, Straccia, y Pérez (2016), who recommend developing the capabilitiesof collaborators through the formation of multidisciplinary teams within the organization.

Resumen
The objective is to generate a marketing proposal that encourages the export of colored native cottonblankets made by CITE SIPAN artisans to the German market. The hypothetical-deductive method wasused and the results indicated that the artisans of the CITE-SIPAN expect to be able to export theirproducts but require follow-up due to the lack of knowledge of the tools necessary for export, whilemarket research indicates that according to the In charge of retail in the city of Hamburg, Peruviannative cotton blankets will have acceptance and may be distributed if the minimum requirements aremet. It was determined that the marketing proposal must meet the requirements of the German marketin the area of promotion and distribution if it encourages artisans to export blankets made of colorednative cotton.

Resumen
Develop an insertion plan for black maca cookies to the canadian market. The investigation done was not experimental. To develop this paperwork we rely on past investigations made. The development of an export plan allows the easy insertion of cookies made of back maca. Canada is a convenience market because the consumers have preference for organic products. The international fairs are fundamental tools because it allows the meet between the exporter and importer.

The objective is to complete temporary records of shallow water tables in a depressed sector belonging to the Azul river basin (province of Buenos Aires), within the framework of a groundwater mathematical modelling. The completed records make up the upstream boundary condition of the fluxes in the domain. Different time series were considered to correlate them with the water table levels: a) accumulated precipitation anomalies, b) gravimetric anomalies (GRACE satellite mission) and c) accumulated hydrological anomalies (difference between precipitation and potential evapotranspiration). From the six wells selected for the analysis and for the period where the series have completed records (Oct 2014-Apr 2016) it can be deduced that the precipitation anomalies (a) present the lowest correlation coefficients r and it was discarded as analog series. The monthly gravimetric anomalies (b), Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment (GRACE) joint mission of NASA and the German Aerospace Center (DLR) showed good correlations, with values of r ranged between 0.624 and 0.798, although the series support has been discontinued since 2017. The accumulated hydrological anomalies, which were calculated on a daily scale and lagged with respect to the water levels by a weekly lag to improve the regressions, presented very good correlations, with rranged between 0.861 and 0.894, and were selected as an analog completion series. Considering the better availability of climatic data compared to satellite data and good results achieved, the use of this methodology is recommended in sectors with shallow groundwater levels where the evaporation process can be considered an important hydrological component.

Resumen
The San Roque reservoir is 11 km from the city of Carlos Paz and 40 km from the city of Córdoba and one of the functions is to provide water to much of the city and its surroundings. Because it receives a high contribution of nutrients mainly from anthropic activity, it constitutes a favorable ecosystem for the development of algal communities. The general objective of the work was to evaluate the trophic status of the reservoir through eutrophication indices and biological indicators. Seasonal samplings were carried out from February 2014 to February 2016, at the closure wall of the reservoir and the mouth of the tributaries. Physical and chemical parameters were measured and nutrients were determined. The taxonomic identification of the species was carried out, the phytoplankton biomass was calculated using the biovolume and chlorophyll a, and the trophic status index was estimated. A total of 204 Taxa were determined. The dominant component of phytoplankton was the dinoflagellate Ceratium furcoides and as a subdominant the Aulacoseira granulata diatom. According to the trophic status index, we located the San Roque reservoir in a eutrophic state, undesirable conditions in an environment used to provide drinking water.

Resumen
In the last 10 years, in Las Turbias stream basin placed in the south center of Santa Fe province, more frequent floods have been ocurried despite to lower precipitated amounts. As a consequence, there are prolonged overflows and floodings, and to a lesser degree erosive processes on the river banks. These effects of the natural threat are aggravated by individual and unplanned actions, execution of road works, channels and defense embankments as well as technological changes in agricultural production, which permanently modify the runoff dynamics. To this situation are added the concerns and uncertainties of the producers about flows transfer from other basins. In this work, the CAPRA GIS modular software was implemented to represent flood areas generated by different probabilistic frequency scenarios. The simulation was performed with the ERN- Inundación module in the upper section of the Las Turbias stream basin for design hyetograms of different recurrences. The maps obtained are support decision-makers so that together with the basin organizations they adequately manage the corresponding structural and non-structural measures.
