Changes involved in the incorporation of digital technologies into higher education demands educational innovations addressed towards the schooling of future professionals, who will perform in a competitive working environment that demands competences such as critical thinking, empathy and communication. This article exhibits the results of the research about the use of an educational tool focused on digital storytelling where university students assessed the competences that they were able to develop with it. Results from this  first phase of a Design Based Research, derive from a categorization process carried out with the information generated from various instruments (questionnaire applied to 48 students from three different groups, field log and observations conducted in the classroom), during two academic terms (June – July and August to December, 2018). Results ratify the didactic potential of digital storytelling reported by different authors. In the conclusions the lines of actions are pointed out to consolidate this tool to develop critical thinking, empathy, and communication. Areas of opportunity were identified in the educational intervention, among them: provide structure to the story, request a detailed script, and propose other uses for digital storytelling

For this reason, this work sought to generate newspaces within education for the incorporation of popular culture, along withthis, the investigation of identity processes within the Zipaquireñomunicipality (Cundinamarca-Colombia), which after its executionmanaged to find central points in the Zipaquirá of before and the Zipaquiráof now. In this way, guiding both the investigative and pedagogical processfrom the IAP methodology and towards the popular, it was sought to linkPopular Education with modern discourse, seeking the integration ofpolitics (understood from the rescue of memory and the formation of theculture) with education, creating in it a horizontal axis of mainstreamingof higher education and basic education. to link reflective consciousnessfrom there, with spaces for the construction of knowledge experienced andinvestigated by students and the community, in the constant and dialogicalsearch for emancipatory values of the local, the latent, the everyday fromtheir own identity.Key words: social memory, dialogue, social participation, educaciónintercultural, popular culture, educommunication

The papers revised were obtained from databases between 2015-2020, the result of this research ended in a document that categorizes and classifies the information related with the keywords established. Findings showed that Baddeley and Hicth’s multicomponential theory is the most transcendent, however it was not found clear and verifiable   information. Besides, the educational field has given the importance of Working Memory in learning, knowing that this process can be affected by stress, or low curricular adaptation to students with special educational needs.

In the current globalized world where the quality of education must be guaranteed, teacher evaluation is a fundamental factor; the student survey for teacher evaluation is the most frequent. In effect, teacher evaluation has been limited to the traditional student survey that generates some discomfort among teachers since many times these evaluation instruments do not count on their participation nor are they elaborated under a criterion of qualifying skills, abilities and qualities. This research seeks a different evaluation alternative through a playful approach, confirming if the perspective of said evaluation changes on the part of those involved: students, teachers and directors of the institution through collaborative work, built under the focus and Socio-critical paradigm, which seeks in those involved the initiative for the transformation of current realities as experiential, thus becoming a strategy to strengthen the training process of evaluation in teachers.

In this article I analize on how the conditions of pre-existing structural socio-educational inequality in rural and indigenous childhoods in Mexico should be taken into account in public educational policy, now that a tele-education model is proposed. A literature review is made on the educational conditions of childhood in Mexico, and the effects that a pandemic brings with it. This text recognizes the multidiversity of childhoods, whom they consider as protagonists and social actors within this socio-educational process. It also analyzes how confinement, rupture of routine and the implementation of a distance educational model can be ineffective in childhood who pre-existing conditions are adverse. Information from emerging literature on the issue of the Covid-19 pandemic is discussed, and it concludes with challenges for formal tele-education.

The influence of technology on education is notorious today. The implementation of teaching techniques with the help of computer tools is something commonly used to facilitate the teaching of integrals, numerical methods, mathematical procedures, etc. In order to confirm the above, this review article seeks to review the scientific literature, in databases of scientific knowledge, in order to identify review articles, scientific articles, books and book chapters related to teaching of integrals using numerical methods through the use of ICT published from 2015 to the present. Initially a query was made according to the keywords and search criteria mentioned above. After the consultation, the results were filtered taking into account the objectives of each document, the results obtained and the relationship with the topic described.

The aim of this study was to identify, compare and analyze the various manifestations of gender violence suffered by students from the UP (Public University), UPA (Private Associative University) and UPS (Private University University), in order to contribute to understand the problem and contribute to the generation of solutions in the area of gender violence against women. This study is positioned from the constructivist qualitative paradigm, being an ex-post-facto investigation, as it cannot manipulate the variables under study, only being able to observe them in order to identify and specify their causes. In reference to the methodology used, it is totally descriptive. The applied method of accessing the reality under study is that of the survey as an instrument, with closed questions. The study concludes that there is gender violence (psychological, sexual and physical) in the three universities studied, through sexist behaviors and harassment through the same colleagues as staff from the same university campus.

In the current society, there are rapid and constant dynamics around the diversity of gender, race, religion, and culture. Although speech is about inclusive education, significant inclusive progress has been made concerning some minority groups around the world; in some countries such as Colombia, the perspective is not the same. This study was carried out in a private higher education institution located in Cundinamarca, Colombia, to learn about the student's and teacher perceptions regarding sexual diversity inclusion inside the classroom. The population of interest is the LGTBIQ community (Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transsexuals, Intersexes, and Queer). The research responds to a descriptive qualitative study based on semi-structured interview applied to two students and two professors (with informed consent). For the descriptive analysis was used the software Atlas Ti V. 8.0, from which the following deductive categories were obtained: discrimination, diversity, invisibility, and finally a result, an inductive category: institutionality. The interviewee's perception is that Colombian society is based on institutional paradigms, religious doctrine, and a heterosexual approach. Finally, while the teachers feel that they are addressing the issue and there is not rejection towards the LGBTIQ community, the students express that they feel discriminated against, that they are seen as "weirdo" and that it takes time to fit into the classroom.

Art is conceived as an indispensable tool in the educational processes of children in their first years of life, it is important to highlight that their schooling occurs at younger ages and the appropriate development of the child is seen in gaming by introducing him/her to routines and rigid areas, which in many cases do not allow promoting his/her physical and emotional development, which as consequence, it might bring future implications for his/her personality. Art plays a fundamental role if it is worked hand by hand with education, since more consistent and creative processes are obtained. Artistic expressions are taken as the first communicative manifestation of boys and girls, creating an open dialogue way with their environment, moreover giving way to exploration, manipulation of objects and textures, the manifestation of their emotions and awareness of processes in a pleasant space. For this dissertation, the qualitative research modality with an action-participation approach is taken into account, taking as a population the students of the grade building a kindergarten in Zipaquirá, where the observation and analysis of the attitudes which can be taken from the various activities proposed in the classroom based on the data collection instruments taken. One of these are the workshops, in which an artistic development process is carried out to obtain creative products, which are analyzed through observation, showing the impact that these activities create in early childhood and in cognitive processes.
