The main objective was to determine neuropsychological maturation and its relationship with anthropometric measurements in children in the eastern part of Azogues Canton. A non-experimental design of descriptive-correlational type and cross section with a quantitative approach was proposed. The sample consisted of 184 children (Female f=87 and Male f=97), predominantly between 36 and 41 months old (f=51; % 27.7). The sociodemographic survey, anthropometric measurements and the Child Neuropsychological Maturity Questionnaire - CUMANIN were administered. The sex that predominates the male with 52.7%, prevailing the age of 24 to 33 months, 44% of the minors studied presented a normal nutritional state, 24.5% chronic malnutrition, 3.8% acute, 4.3% severe, 16.3 risk of low height, 3.8% risk of underweight, 3.3% risk of overweight with predominance of the male sex. Child neuropsychological maturity is positively associated with anthropometric measurements (p<.05).

During the academic process of the first semester business administration students, it has been possible to show multiple shortcomings in the notions of their basic training, one of them the concept of fraction. The Basic Sciences unit of the Zipaquirá Regional Center of UNIMINUTO has designed, implemented and analyzed a teaching proposal based on the theory of Ron Ritchhart, Mark Church and Karin Morrison, based on the so-called "Thought Routines". The proposal seeks to contribute to the understanding of the notion of fraction using fractal geometry as the central axis, from an exploratory-experimental investigative process. The post-test results are favorable and dependent on the initial diagnosis, as corroborated by a paired samples comparison test and a T-student distribution of the dispersion points related to the answers given by the students in both tests. In addition, the results obtained in the final test demonstrate an effectiveness in the assertiveness of the students, which indicates a positive development in the understanding of the topic covered.

The COVID-19 pandemic brought out challenges in the teaching and learning process of higher education, considering that in the last years are been generated new proposals of pedagogical models, where the student is the center of learning. This work presents the applicability of the learning strategy based on projects to comprehend the concept of one-dimensional flow in the subject of soil mechanics by means of creating physical models of falling head permeability with the available materials by the student, and these allow collecting data. This research had a sample of 58 models created by students in the individual way following a methodological sequence. The project lasted one month, and it was assessed using an evaluation rubric that considered seven criteria that involve all process developed. The results showed that 84.5% of students demonstrated total comprehension of the one-dimensional flow concept, the calculation of permeability coefficient, the importance of the materials to use and the versatility for designing adaptable models to remote sites and with low budget, but 15.5% of students had difficulties connecting the theory with the process of designing a model. The students recognized that this strategy made easier the learning and researching process, develop ingenuity and, it is a real example of application theory beyond the classroom.

The present investigation analyzes the application of the combined learning (B-learning) as a new pedagogical model in the university education of Ecuador. A non-experimental descriptive study was carried out on 80 students and 5 teachers of the eighth semester, a career in Multimedia Systems, faculty of Philosophy, University of Guayaquil, about the application of B-learning in academic activities. The result: 88.4% satisfaction level of the use of this model, 93% consider it a tool that allows to reinforce classroom activities. 92% think it saves time mobilization. 98.4% of teachers agree that their application contributes to improving the assimilation of content in students. Conclusion: The application of B-learning has a high level of acceptance among the university community, it has managed to improve communication in the classroom, the academic performance of students, it must be included in the curriculum of the career.

In the development of this article, a reflection of ethical and moral education is made through a historical trajectory that brings together several aspects that support the direction and make sense of these categories aimed at social action. as a strategy of great importance in academic processes. For this, a review is made of the ethics chair and its teaching-learning strategy in basic and secondary education or even university in Colombia in relation to cases of the principles that identify it applied at the international level. However, to implement as an educational strategy it is necessary to understand the pedagogical use of the elements that the different types of this thought contain.In addition, it delves into factors such as the accompaniment of the learner, which acts as a mediator between teaching and learning so that not only remain in the flat transmission of values ​​but to act in different contexts both sociocultural, as in political and economic processes, Finally, a reflection on the subject is proposed, highlighting the need, the advantages and the understanding of ethics and the moral. The above, focused on the analysis of the proper use of this educational chair and suggestions on how to implement it in the classroom.

The educational dynamics of Primary Education is undoubtedly one of the important social commitments that should configure opportune spaces in the inspiration of professionals who will serve the country in future times; hence, the work carried out in it is of great relevance and importance, therefore, this documentary study aimed to characterize the managerial management action in the primary education centers of the city of Cumaná, Venezuela, which allowed find some guidelines to set up a commitment agenda to improve the pedagogical and administrative functions of principals in schools.

The determination of the human being for the development of his own activities and the activities in which he develops then we find the evaluation and evaluations carried out by third parties, which leads us to the reason for choosing the indicator of being satisfied for the validation of a level of quality or of the process of which we people commit ourselves in the processes. The quality and the levels of satisfaction are linked to being within the administrative, teaching and student structures. The students are the internal and primary users of the university, the labor market being the second user and final consumer of the product to be evaluated, which is education, and like any product, it can be manifested with a quality line, given that in the process we validate the hypothesis taking advantage of the satisfaction or not of basic needs from a perspective like Maslow's.

Girls and boys presented as free subjects, contributing to their education and development and thus, in their context; are the basis for reflecting on the reality within which it is pertinent to identify the multiple possibilities of participation with which and that at times are limited, unknown, aspects that become the problem of this article, for the purpose of presenting strategies carried out from the place of practice: Mobile classroom, which is carried out in some communities of the municipality of Soacha, to generate a socio-educational proposal that increases the levels of child participation and thus the training of the political subject. The research was carried out using the qualitative method, for which observation guides, surveys and interviews were established which allowed the analysis of data on child participation from the feelings of adults, parents, teachers in training, girls and boys. Based on the results obtained, the position is strengthened that, since some theoretical reviews, is exalted about the participation of children, which is not relevant to the adult population, after this aspect, the work in search of it to promote the formation of the political subject becomes more fundamental.

Los cambios estructurales en materia política en el Ecuador en los últimos 10 años, han provocado que las condiciones en la que opera la economía se encuentren en modificación constante, esto ha obligado a que, las Asociaciones Sociales replanteen un modelo productivo diferente a los esquemas tradicionales, para adaptarse a las nuevas tendencias de organización social. Frente a esta situación, el presente trabajo tiene como principal objetivo, Promover el desarrollo de una gestión moderna mediante un modelo de asociatividad para el sector pesquero artesanal de los puertos ubicados en la Comuna Chanduy, Santa Rosa y La Caleta en la Provincia de Santa Elena de la República del Ecuador. Unos de los factores que tiene mayor influencia en las Asociaciones es la globalización económica, lo obliga a las empresas a aplicar estrategias con el único fin de lograr una mayor eficiencia.. La metodología de investigación se caracteriza por utilizar un enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo, mediante la aplicación de método deductivo y analítico, lo que permite medir las percepciones y expectativas de los involucrados para la recopilación de información específica para el desarrollo de nuestro objeto de estudio. Finalmente, este trabajo investigativo permitió llegar a los siguientes criterios como son; la escasez de asociaciones y su organización, y se pudo determinar que las estrategias del modelo son importantes para las asociaciones ya que esto permite asegurar la sostenibilidad de los recursos manteniendo activa la pesca artesanal de una manera eficiente que logre el crecimiento económico de este importante sector de la Región.

Resumen: La formación profesional del Ingeniero Agropecuario de la Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil-Ecuador, ha transcurrido por diferentes etapas, lo que ha significado que se hayan requerido transformaciones sucesivas a efectos de insertar nuevos modelos para el desarrollo de competencias en el estudiantado y profesorado. El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar en el estudiantado del primer ciclo de estudios de la carrera de AGROPECUARIA de la FETD-UCSG la valoración que le asigna a las competencias docentes de cultura colaborativa y liderazgo para propiciar la innovación educativa en el aula universitaria. El estudio de enfoque mixto (cualitativo- cuantitativo) de corte transeccional analítico y descriptivo con diseño no experimental. Entre los resultados se puede indicar que los estudiantes definen la importancia de contar con un docente que les sirva de modelo de referencia y acompañamiento en el fomento de la cultura colaborativa y el liderazgo en el aula, lo que les permita la asimilación de habilidades blandas que los potencian para el desempeño profesional. Se evidencia la necesidad de un trabajo armónico entre todos los actores del proceso académico de alta calidad que prepare a los estudiantes para las demandas sociales y laborales del mundo contemporáneo. Es necesario continuar trabajando al interior del colectivo académico de la carrera de Agropecuaria a fin de que se hagan transversales las competencias, en especial una cultura colaborativa que prepare al futuro profesional para enfrentar la diversidad en su desempeño profesional como un líder referente en el contexto del sector agropecuario moderno.
