Resumen
IADÊ was a school founded in 1959 by the association of an Italian teacher of History of Art, named Ítalo Bianchi, and by a Portuguese teacher named Álvaro Landerset. The main concept of the institution was to build a new paradigm in the education system. Its forefront school curriculum encompassed areas such as design, architecture and visual arts. At that time, the requirement to be admitted at the two years long Decor course was the middle school degree. Its curriculum was built on theoretical classes to develop the ability of aesthetical judgment and to stimulate creativity. The practical classes developed the abilities specific for each area offering creativity experiences that supported the technical classes, providing solid elements to perform the work in a professional level.

Resumen
The question that guides this article is based on the principle that art and design, as producers of contemporary languages, have an active and determining role in the society where they operate, as one of the main edifiers of culture. This paper presents a brief reflection on theoretical questions about languagein virtual spaces and some of the results already achieved with the realization of an interdisciplinary research project that presents questions about Designand its relations with Technology and other related areas. It is sub-divided into three research projects that complement each other. The first entitled “Design *Technology: Contemporary design in digital environments”, the second “Seminar Collection / Means of Expression” and the last “Interactive digital book for deafand hearing children”. This study focuses on the intersection of art, design, technology and the creative process of narrative.

Resumen
E-learning is a modality that currently lacks technological subsidies so that it can promote the necessary exchanges and interactions. In this sense, there are the graphical interfaces that act as a door between users and the digital world, such interfaces have been gaining prominence in contemporary mobile technologies due to the use of smartphones also in the educational context. Thus, in this study, through an investigative research, E-learning scenario is analyzed and the performance of designers in the making and improvement of the Graphic Interfaces, as well as the possibilities that this new context of mobile technology presents for the design practices of design .

Resumen
This paper offers a reflection on the theme of “Contemporary Design Phenomenology”. It presents the challenges for the design in the open field, fuzzy and diffuse, where he demonstrates that the constant changes in scenarios and the fluidity of boundaries between art and design have created a fragile and uncertain terrain for design teaching in the 21st century.

This research has been oriented to the study of the teaching-learningprocess of graphics. Knowledge raised in the training of studentsof the Bachelor of Graphic Design at the De La Salle University. The historical-cultural approach constituted a theoreticalpracticalapproach, from which an investigative experimentalprocess was established. The study population was composedof 22 third semester students enrolled in the subject of GraphicsDesign, a subject that is part of the Graphic Design degree. Inaddition, samples of the mental tools are incorporated as evidence. That is, the presentation of a systematic record of exercises thatthe students carried out during the 2017-2018 academic year.Practices proposed in order to understand the concepts of design. Some of the results are presented in the present study.

The Deaf Culture was invisible in America from modernity, because, as a result of the homogeneous vision that the West had of the new continent, this culture was placed outside space-time. Faced with this reality, the need to build rationality emerged from the differentiated stories and from the socio-historical reality itself. In view of this logic, this work focuses on reviewing the evolution of visions on deafness, the conceptual aspects related to the Deaf Culture, as well as its challenges in the Venezuelan context, from the socio-anthropological approach of the deafness, with special reference to the Venezuelan Sign Language (VSL), as a cohesive element of the Deaf Culture in the country. The work, of a theoretical-descriptive nature, is based on the literature review As a final consideration, it is highlighted that from the socio-anthropological approach, the Deaf population organized and used strategies to cultivate their identity and keep their language alive, Venezuelan Sign Language (VSL),
