Resumen
This research analyzes the territorialization of the indigenous communities' struggle for development in the municipality of Ayutla de los Libres, Guerrero- Mexico, as the starting and destination of a process of political change that aims to reverse the conditions of social marginalization prevailing in the municipality, particularly in its indigenous communities. Through a case study design, supported by fieldwork, the monitoring of socio-digital networks, the collection of open official data and the geolocation of results, it was found that this territorialization involved the deployment of two interrelated processes of spatial affirmation, mediated by the arrival of the Concejo Comunitario de Gobierno to the municipal government of Ayutla: the shaping of a culturally delimited territory through the politicization of ethnicity and the production of space, which allowed the indigenous communities' struggle for development to achieve effective territorialization through the construction of public works at the municipal level. Therefore, the territorialization of the struggle for development must be understood in terms of a multifaceted course in which a political-cultural dimension and a political-material dimension were interwoven at different scales and temporalities.

Resumen
Abstract:
This paper seeks to establish the dynamics of the territorial conflict in the localities of Huillinco and Rucañanco between 1979 and 2014, based on the analysis of four interest groups, Mapuche community members, small and medium landowners, and forestry companies, crossing the variables of ethnic identity and reproduction of production conditions. We found that each of these groups organized to increase their access to land tenure, pressured by forestry expansion. As a strategy, the Mapuche community Juana Millahual articulated a process of re-ethnification and territorial recovery that collectivized property and work. This project of the community changed the social relations of production with other groups in the localities, to the point of prefiguring an alternative development model to forestry.

Resumen
In contemporary Brazil, a geopolitics of dispossession is underway in the territorialization of agro- business, of which the greatest victims are the indigenous peoples. The objective of this paper is to analyze the territories and territorialities of r-existence of indigenous peoples and traditional communities in the light of territorial conflicts in the struggle for land, water and forest. Faced with the attacks of the genocidal policies of the Brazilian State and the context of the pandemic, indigenous peoples have carried out their struggles through mobilizations, marches and r-existence. In the struggle against the pandemic, urban and climate crisis, it is important to consider territories and territorialities that fight for and by indigenous peoples, guided by the principles of environmental justice, which focus on the protection of the environment, the body-territory of the Earth, and which effectively aim to reduce inequality, poverty, oppression, violence and environmental racism.

Resumen
This paper makes a critical analysis of the term counter-power in Luis Villoro's political philosophy. The concretion of this term implements a theoretical perspective for the interpretation of social phenomena whose subjects are the native peoples and their ethical-political praxis. From this horizon, it is possible to propose a look at the sociocultural and political reality of native peoples. In the first part, the meaning of counter-power in the philosophy of Luis Villoro is reconstructed. In the second part, the derivations of counter-power are compared with those of John Holloway's term anti-power, testing the scope of both conceptions. Finally, the examination of counter-power in contrast with the ethical-political conceptions of the Mayan communities of Mexico is recovered, where the proposal of a political analysis of the native peoples is articulated. The method used is discourse analysis, from the political philosophy as a framework of understanding.

Resumen
This research analyzes scientific articles and doctoral theses on communication that take vulnerable groups as an object of study, with the aim of determining how research on this topic has evolved and to confirm whether it is an emerging object of study in research on communication ethics in Spain. We resorted to the location and content analysis of 51 doctoral theses defended between 2007 and 2018 and 35 scientific articles derived from R&D projects and published in the same period. The results obtained expose the dominant epistemological trends in research on vulnerable agents in terms of phases, objectives, objects, collectives, and themes addressed. As a result, this study confirms vulnerable agents as an "emerging" object within the area of communication but warns of a null route of this thematic in the work agenda of research on communication ethics.
