Resumen
This research studies the relationship between private education and socio-economic school segregation in Latin America. To do so, we conduct a special mining of the TERCE, OREALC/UNESCO database with a double estimation of the Gorard segregation index and the Isolation index. The study sample is composed of 119,967 students from 5,733 schools in 15 Latin American countries. The results indicate that there is a strong relationship between the weight of private education and the socio-economic school segregation of a country, so that the more students are enrolled in private schools, the greater the segregation there is and that in all countries the private schools concentrate the higher socioeconomic students, while public students welcome the most vulnerable students. With this, it is evident that a policy of promoting private education leads to more inequitable educational systems.

Resumen
This document presents information on music as a strategy for teaching Lusophone adjectives for learners of Portuguese as a second language. This study was carried out in the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil. The sample is integrated by 80 Spanish-speaking learners, students of Portuguese as a second language, aged between 6 and 17 years old. The research by its nature is exploratory and its objective was to identify the functionality of music as a pedagogical tool in the acquisition of a second language. As an instrument for data collection was used an estimation scale. The activities were developed during the first quarter of 2020, with the purpose of identifying the relevance of music as a didactic strategy in the teaching and learning process. The results obtained reaffirm the utilitarian character of artistic tools in language teaching, at the same time that confirm the effectiveness of music in the domain of lusophone adjectives.

Resumen
Creativity as well as multiple intelligences are characteristics of human beings, which, depending on the context, are manifested to a greater or lesser extent, hence the importance of knowing if the university promotes the construct of creativity and if the students have chosen what they are passionate about. For this research we resorted to specific bibliographic sources, based on Gardner's Theory, test and questionnaire designed to establish levels of creativity and multiple intelligences prevalent in young adults, the first, Creativity test based on the Torrence Test (1960) by Tony Ramos de la Torre and the second Multiple Intelligences Detection Questionnaire by Walter McKenzie (1999), which allowed us to establish that students of the Marine Biology career have an average level of creativity with an average of 6.27 and the intelligence that they have developed the most is the naturalist, with an average of 8.12 over 10, which corroborates why the students are inclined towards this career.

Resumen
This article discusses the representation of sociocultural diversity, particularly at the Shuar indigenous nationality of the Amazon, in the Abya-Yala ethnographic museum, and its strategies that impact the elaboration of senses. In addition, it recognizes the institution's constitution process, identifies its teaching-learning practices and suggests educational strategies framed in critical theory. For this reason, it uses ethnography and speech analysis. The study focuses on non-formal education and its contributions in knowledge building. Unveils the multidimensionality of Salesian missions, such as colonizing agents, evangelizers and educators. Meanwhile, emphasizes his research and dissemination role with his museal representation framed in multiculturalism. The conclusions show the limitations and potentialities of connecting the museum with a comprehensive formation that positions interculturality as an ethical, sociopolitical and existential project.

Resumen
This article is a case study that describes how the school culture of the old technical college for boys Sucre can obstruct the coeducation process implemented in the Institution in the last decade. For this, it is discussed about technical-industrial education and technical knowledge through the social theory of Male Domination by Pierre Bourdieu. For this, the coeducational process in technical-industrial education is analyzed from the concept of coeducation in the Ecuadorian context as a principle of inclusion for women in non-traditional educational spaces, and that of school culture and its artifacts as reproductive elements of culture of the educational community. The data obtained is analyzed with the three levels of organizational culture by Edgar Schein, which allows to detail in depth the cultural artifacts used by the community to show their resistance to the changes contemplated by coeducation.
