Resumen
This research paper analyzes Substance and Behavioral Addictions in the city of Loja, with the objective of identifying the most frequent type of substance and behavioral addictions and their possible causes. It is a descriptive cross-sectional study, with an ecosystem approach. The sample was not probabilistic, with a population of 300 people and key informants: neighborhood leaders, institutional representatives, parents and residents of neighborhoods of the canton of Loja, predisposed to collaborate in the investigation. For the information collection, a survey divided into two parts was used: the first one refers to the socio-demographic information of the participants, the second identifies substances of higher consumption, more frequent behavioral addictions and possible causes of addictions. This work clearly states that the most common substance addiction is alcohol 68%; the most frequent behavioral addiction is on the internet 47%; and, being one of its possible causes, the lack of family communication 57%. Based on the results obtained, this work will enable the immediate intervention of the state and educational institutions of the country to carry out prevention processes, intervention and treatment of addictions.

Resumen
Between 1871 and 1872, the cartoonist Paul Hadol published in the satirical weekly Le Charivari, eleven loaded portraits forming a series entitled La Mythologie politique. This article first places the series against the backdrop of the pre-existing tradition of iconographic parody of antiquity that began in England at the end of the 18th century, before being adopted in France during the July Monarchy. We then question the biographical criteria for the selection of the caricatured celebrities, and the potential thematic coherence of the series based on the typology of mythological filters – the cycle of Troy, the Olympian deities, heroes, monsters. Finally, the more specifically semiotic analysis of the caricatures highlights the resumption of the process associating big-head and versified legend with the two series of the Charivaric Pantheon (1838-1841 and 1866-1867), the dimension of political rebus, and the game of artistic, literary and even musical quotes. The conclusion shows that the scope of the series can be considered from a political and artistic point of view, but also intellectually in relation to the time which it concerns.

Resumen
Under the reign of King Louis-Philippe, 1830-1848, France was severely visited by a number of epidemics, namely, influenza, which were regularly reported in the press. Although the effects of such epidemics were methodically undervalued, the flu was frequently caricatured as offering analogies with the political, social and cultural life of the time. It was often endowed with the characteristics of a rational being, she-devil, woman of distinction or termagant of a wife! In 1858, Cham will even call it “the lioness of the day”. The flu will be found congenial with such social assemblies as carnivals or balls, which it either disrupted or embellished. The present paper deals with the satirical purport of the flu, whether underrated or exaggerated, showing at the same time how it became typified as a “mal à la mode” akin to Physiologies, a widely-discussed topic at that time.

Resumen
The present paper focuses on some representations of male Oriental dancers who dance dressed as women. It tries to answer the question whether those representations form a caricature of the Oriental woman or if it is another, perverse, Oriental dream. The first part of the paper presents the Oriental male dancer and shows how he was perceived in the Middle East and in Europe. The second part discusses the critics of male dancers’ behaviour in the travelogues by Jean Potocki and Vivant Denon. The three following sections analyse three examples of descriptions dating from the 1840-1850 by Gérard de Nerval, Gustave Flaubert and Théophile Gautier. It turns out that, with time, the caricature becomes less obvious and the descriptions are more and more aesthetic. One can no longer only mock and condemn the male dancers, a new perverse dream seems to be born.

Resumen
There are numerous caricatures of male concierges or doormen in the nineteenth-century texts and drawings. They constitute a very modern phenomenon, as new building layouts of the time, or new buildings in general, almost always included a lodge. Their role of controlling the whereabouts of people getting in and out of the building was subject to the contradictory pressures from landlords and tenants alike. We will try to demonstrate how the doormen and concierges belonged to the in-between places in the nineteenth-century French caricature, with their social position stretched between their landlords and tenants, a function that allowed them to combine servility and an excessive show of strength, and resulted in their depictions ranging from animals to gods.

Resumen
Caricatured at times by his contemporaries, Flaubert provokes extreme reactions. In his Correspondence, he dares to present a plethora of caricatures which suit his moods and his opinions, excelling in hyperbole and emphasis. A word of his own summed it up: « hénaurrrme ». Besides, his most memorable characters are caricatures: Emma – of love, Bouvard and Pécuchet – of stupidity, Félicité of Un cœur simple – of kindness. In Flaubert’s factory, the incarnation is intrinsically linked to deformation, itself degraded into a parody. Because the caricature in Flaubert is part of a nihilistic thought: the novelist participates in a general deconstruction of bourgeois society by an obviously political caricature even if the writer refrains from using the work as a platform, in the name of “autotelism” of art. Basically, it is Flaubert’s modernity that justifies his taste and the use of caricature.

El objetivo final de nuestro estudio es determinar si existe alguna correlación entre la variedad de intenciones expresadas en las cartas y la aparición de estructuras sintácticas específicas Causal clauses in personal correspondence inCórdoba del Tucumán over the 16th & 17th centuriesAbstractThe expression of cause in Spanish allows for various constructions, some of the most relevant being subordinate sentences introduced by a conjunction, prepositional phrases made up of a preposition whose object can be a noun phrase, an adjective or an infinitive sentence, gerundial constructions and certain discourse connectors which, originally functioning as inferential or consecutive connectors that introduce an already-expressed content then acquires causality value. Our object of interest in the present work is to analyze the expression of causality in a corpus of fifty letters written during colonial times by men and women who lived in the City of Córdoba during the 16th and 17th centuries, the original versions of which are on file in the Historical Archive of the Province of Córdoba (Argentine Republic). We carry out the analysis from a historic-comparative perspective, taking as reference the 16th-17th centuries and present time. To that end, we propose a syntactic and semantic-pragmatic classification and we analyze the schemes identified in the corpus in light of this discussion. We place special emphasis on the various syntactic constructions where the expression of cause is shown and on the links used, identifying the values adopted in each case, the verb mood that they introduce, the type of cause being expressed and the position of the causal expression in the sentence. The ultimate aim of our study is to determine whether there exists a correlation among the intentions expressed in the letters and the use of specific syntactic structures, and the appearance of the type of causal structures. Keywords: syntax, cause, correspondence, Córdoba del Tucumán

Abstract The present work aims at making a critical reflection upon the text of Act No. 27.453 of the Argentine Republic, called “Dominial Regularization Regime for Socio-urban Integration”, passed on 10/10/2018. The contributions of the development of the homo oeconomicus concept by Wendy Brown are considered. According to this concept, people change from citizens or political actors into individual entrepreneurs, including contradictory roles characteristic of social and popular organizations. The present work also takes into considerations all the contributions made by William Davis, which refer to the different Neoliberalism stages, incorporating the punitive sense of the present neoliberalism stage, also named late neoliberalism by Daniel Garcia Delgado. Finally, different contributions and analyses made by David Harvey are taken into account, which make reference to the processes of dismantling and fragmentation of the collective forms of land and housing ownership, and the intervention of the real-estate markets in these processes. Keywords: housing, market, res nullius.
