El presente artículo, realiza un abordaje del tema vinculación hecho y deber social trabajo con el principio protector, bajo el enfoque jurídico por ser reglas que impone el Estado para normar los vínculos legales entre trabajadores y empleadores producto de una relación laboral, es decir, que viene a regular las actividades que realizan las personas que intervienen en un lugar y en un tiempo donde se ejecuta la actividad laboral. El trabajo consta de un principio denominado protector que es el eje medular del Derecho Laboral y su esencia radica en salvaguardar el decoro y la dignidad del laborante en su situación de individuo. Su quebrantamiento objetivo se ha manifestado en muchos casos, lo que indica una percepción contradictoria a lo que corresponde ese principio cuando es vulnerado por ser no solo una garantía a nivel constitucional sino también internacional que está reconocida a todo trabajador. Su fundamento es el de una visión social que protege sus dos aspectos básicos como son al trabajador y al trabajo cuyo resguardo es la honrada, estable y permanente labor para garantizar la satisfacción de sus necesidades.Palabras cave:Deber, Hecho, Social, Trabajo, Vinculación, Principio Protector. ABSTRACT This article, deals with the issue of linking fact and social duty work with the protective principle, under the legal approach for being rules imposed by the State to regulate the legal ties between workers and employers product of an employment relationship, that is to say to regulate the activities carried out by the people involved in a place and at a time where the work activity is executed. The work consists of a principle called protector that is the core axis of Labor Law and its essence lies in safeguarding the decorum and dignity of the worker in his or her individual situation. Its objective breakdown has manifested itself in many cases, which indicates a contradictory perception of what this principle corresponds to when it is violated because it is not only a guarantee at the constitutional level but also an international one that is recognized for every worker. Its foundation is that of a social vision that protects its two basic aspects such as the worker and the work whose protection is the honest, stable and permanent work to guarantee the satisfaction of their needs.Keywords: Should, Done, Social, Job, Linking, Protective Principle.

Este trabajo fue desarrollado a través de un diseño experimental de tipo comparativo, utilizando dos grupos uno experimental y otro de control, teniendo como unidades experimentales a los estudiantes del segundo Semestre de la carrera de Ingeniería Acuícola de la Universidad Técnica de Machala, de los periodos académicos D1 y D2 del año lectivo 2017-2018, al grupo experimental se le dicto la asignatura utilizando el método constructivista por considerar los diferentes estilos de aprendizaje de los estudiantes complementándolo con la prácticas de laboratorio computacional matemático, con los resultados fue posible contrastar la hipótesis de que la enseñanza del cálculo diferencial, practicada de forma sistemática y complementada con herramientas de computacionales, es capaz de promover aprendizaje significativo en sus estudiantes.Palabras clave: Método constructivista, Laboratorio computacional matemático, diseño experimental. ABSTRACTThis study was developed through a comparative experimental design, using two groups, the first one the experimental group and the second one the control group, having as experimental units the students of the second semester of the career “Ingenieria Acuícola” of the Universidad Technical de Machala of the academic periods D1 and D2 of the school year 2017-2018. The course was taught to the experimental group using the “constructivist method” considering the different learning styles of the students and complementing it with the mathematical computational laboratory practices. With the results it was possible to contrast the hypothesis that the teaching of differential calculus, practiced systematically and complemented with computational tools is able to promote significant learning to its students.Keywords: Constructivist method, mathematical computational laboratory, experimental design.

En el presente proyecto, identificaremos la realidad del acoso callejero, como un problema social que debe ser transformado, teniendo en cuenta que no hay normas que regulan este delito. Mencionaremos la problemática existente en nuestro país mediante investigaciones y encuestas realizadas para ir más a fondo de este sobre el tema, haciendo énfasis en que el acoso callejero siendo un problema cultural vulnera el derecho a la integridad personal, esto conlleva a que las personas principalmente las mujeres, tratándose indistintamente de edades, sufran problemas psicológicos, ya que se sienten cohibidas por tanta violencia existente en nuestro país. La serie de delitos cometidos hacia las mujeres es tan alta que se necesita que haya normas que regulen este problema. En la actualidad, el Acoso sexual conlleva a la violencia y esto hace que las mujeres se sientan desprotegidas, teniendo temor a lo que pueda pasar en un futuro.Palabras clave:Violencia, acoso, vulnerabilidad, problema cultural. ABSTRACTIn the present project, we will identify the reality of street harassment, since it is a social problem that must be changed, taking into account that there are no rules that regulate this crime. We will mention the existing problems in our country through research and surveys conducted to go deeper into this topic, emphasizing that street harassment being a cultural problem violates the right to personal integrity, this leads to people mainly women, being regardless of age, suffer psychological problems, because they feel self-conscious about so much violence existing in our country. The series of crimes committed against women is so high that there needs to be rules that regulate this problem. Currently, sexual harassment leads to violence and this makes women feel unprotected, having fear of what may happen in the future.Keywords:Violence, harassment, vulnerability, cultural problem.

En el artículo se analiza la administración como fenómeno social de participación, a partir de las cuatro fases del ciclo directivo para favorecer la regulación e interacción de las personas, mediante su compromiso con el ejercicio permanente del diálogo y la participación en la toma de decisiones con corresponsabilidad, ajustando permanentemente la institución al contexto vigente. Se examina lo inclusivo desde dos enfoques, lo que permitió discernir los propósitos de orden global y general, así como institucional, que garantizan la inclusión. El estudio de la gestión universitaria y sus particularidades posibilitó proponer una clasificación de procesos de gestión universitaria integrada con los enfoques de una forma armónica. Se alcanza el propósito general de la propuesta de un modelo de administración inclusiva en la Universidad que parte de los principios modelares de la inclusión universitaria y se completa con las cuatro fases del ciclo de la administración ajustadas al modelo inclusivo.Palabras clave: Administración inclusiva, universidades, participación, modelo. ABSTRACTThe article analyzes the administration as a social phenomenon of participation, from the four phases of the management cycle to favor the regulation and interaction of people, through their commitment to the permanent exercise of dialogue and participation in decision-making with co-responsibility, permanently adjusting the institution to the current context. Inclusiveness is examined from two perspectives, which allowed discerning the purposes of global and general, as well as institutional, that guarantee inclusion. The study of university management and its peculiarities made it possible to propose a classification of university management processes integrated with approaches in a harmonious way. The general purpose of the proposal for an inclusive administration model at the University is reached, which starts from the model principles of university inclusion and is completed with the four phases of the administration cycle adjusted to the inclusive model.Keywords:Inclusive administration, universities, participation, model.

El presente trabajo se realizó para promocionar la lectura de textos que transmiten sensibilidad humana y mantener vivos los intereses por leer y no afectarse psíquicamente ante situaciones de cualquier índole que se proponen eliminar al ser humano por cantidades milenas. Las autoras se propusieron el objetivo de resaltar expresiones que demuestran la existencia de literatura dramática en el cuento Hora de Lluvia de José Martí e incentivar a la lectura del mencionado texto. Con este fin se siguió la metodología de selección de ideas expuestas por el autor, en las que se aprecia el dramatismo que está presente en la obra martiana y para que no se quedara para luego la lectura del mismo se incorporó en el propio trabajo el cuento en toda su integridad: La brevedad del texto lo permite.Palabras clave:Cuento, dramatismo, lectura. ABSTRACTThe present work was carried to promote the reading of texts that transmit human sensitivity and keep the interests of reading alive. and not to be affected psychically in situations of any kind that aim to eliminate the human being for thousands of amounts. The authors set themselves the objective of highlighting expressions that demonstrate the existence of dramatic literature in José Martí's story Hora de Lluvia and encouraging the reading of the aforementioned text. To this end, the methodology of selection of ideas set forth by the author was followed, in which the drama that is present in the work of Martí is appreciated, and so that it would not remain for later reading, the story was incorporated into the work itself in all its integrity: The brevity of the text allows it.Keywords:Story, drama, reading.

El objetivo de este artículo es hacer hincapié en el valor que tiene la educación musical a través del canto en edades tempranas, la importancia de la voz como vehículo de expresión y herramienta de trabajo para los docentes. Los beneficios, psicológicos, emocionales, físicos, etc., que aporta cantar en coro. El objetivo de este trabajo está dirigido a contribuir a la actualización de los conocimientos, de los docentes, sobre cómo plantear el objetivo de una investigación. Para su ejecución se revisó una bibliografía actualizada, entre ellas, revistas con publicaciones sobre el tema en cuestión, tesis de grado y resultados de investigaciones. En el procesamiento de la información se emplearon los métodos de análisis y síntesis. El documento que se presenta contiene una información actualizada sobre el algoritmo a seguir para definir el objetivo en una investigación. Es criterio general de los autores la necesidad de considerar las relaciones: problema – objeto – objetivo e hipótesis – métodos de investigación, como relaciones dialécticas para el desarrollo del proceso de investigación.Palabras clave:Investigación, problema, objeto, objetivo. ABSTRACTThe objective of this work is aimed at contributing to the updating of knowledge, of teachers, on how to set the objective of an investigation. For its execution, an updated bibliography was reviewed, among them, journals with publications on the subject in question, degree thesis and research results. In the processing of the information, the methods of analysis and synthesis were used. The document presented contains updated information on the algorithm to follow to define the objective in an investigation. La calidad del suelo es una herramienta de valoración que facilita la aplicación de prácticas de manejo que promuevan sistemas agronómicos sostenibles. El objetivo de caracterizar varios usos de suelo en función de varias propiedades físicos-químicas del suelo y estimar un índice de calidad del suelo de diversos cultivos en diferentes condiciones topográficas. El estudio se llevó a cabo en tres usos de suelo que fueron Banano, Cacao Joven y Maduro ubicados en la parroquia El Progreso perteneciente al Cantón Pasaje-El Oro, con un clima tropical mega térmico y una topografía irregular. Para lo cual se tomaron 15 muestras de suelo del estrato de (0 a 0,10 cm). Se realizó un análisis a las variables físicas y químicas del suelo. Las variables que presentaron incompatibilidades fueron puestas a un análisis de componentes principales para seleccionar el conjunto mínimo de datos (CMD) de los componentes que explicaron la mayor variabilidad y se verificó redundancia a partir de la correlación. El ICS se obtuvo del promedio de los indicadores normalizados (0 a 1), entre mayor sea el valor del ICS mejor es la calidad del suelo del uso de suelo.Palabras clave:Propiedades del suelo, fertilidad del suelo, relieve, cultivos tropicales. ABSTRACTSoil quality is a valuation tool that facilitates the application of management practices that promote sustainable agronomic systems. The objective is to characterize various land uses based on various physical-chemical properties of the soil and to estimate a soil quality index for various crops in different topographic. The study was carried out in three land uses that were Banana, Young and Ripe Cocoa located in the El Progreso belonging to the Canton of Pasaje-El Oro, with a tropical megathermal climate and an irregular topography. Fifteen soil samples were taken from the stratum (0 to 0.10 cm). An analysis of the physical and chemical variables of the soil was carried out. The variables that presented incompatibilities were put to a principal component analysis to select the minimum data set (MDS) of the components that explained the greatest variability and redundancy was verified from the correlation. The SQI was obtained from the average of the standardized indicators (0 to 1), the higher the SQI value the better the land quality of the land use.Keywords: Soil properties, soil fertility, relief, tropical crops.

En el artículo se exponen los hallazgos de la investigación “Influencia de las condiciones de educabilidad en el alumnado adolescente de Secundaria Técnica de Hidalgo, México en la creación de su proyecto de vida”. En el mismo se describe el marco metodológico y contextual de la investigación, así como las condiciones económicas, familiares y educativas que viven las adolescencias. Se desarrolló desde un enfoque cualitativo, mediante la investigación interpretativa con orientación etnográfica, fenomenológica y hermenéutica. Las técnicas para el trabajo de campo fueron la observación participante, la entrevista en profundidad, historias de vida y el diario de campo. En el proceso de análisis se hizo uso de las herramientas del programa de Atlas. Ti. para codificar y categorizar la información que hiciera más fácil entender la influencia que ejercen en las y los adolescentes las condiciones económicas, familiares y educativas al crear su proyecto de vida teniendo como principal premisa que el hombre, a pesar de los determinismos sociales, tiene la libertad de elegir lo que quiere para sí y accionar en ese sentido.Palabras clave: Adolescentes, adolescencia, proyecto de vida, economía, familia, escuela, educabilidad. ABSTRACTThe article presents the findings of the investigation “Influence of the conditions of educability in the adolescent students of the Technical High School of Hidalgo, Mexico in the creation of their life project”. It describes the methodological and contextual framework of the research, as well as the economic, family and educational conditions experienced by adolescents. It was developed from a qualitative approach, through interpretive research with an ethnographic, phenomenological and hermeneutical orientation. The techniques for field work were participant observation, in-depth interview, life stories and the field diary. In the analysis process, the tools of the Atlas program were used. You. to encode and categorize the information that would make it easier to understand the influence that economic, family and educational conditions have on adolescents when creating their life project having as main premise that man, despite social determinism, has the freedom to choose what he wants for himself and to act in that sense.Keywords: Teenagers, adolescence, life project, economy, family, school.

En la investigación se aplicó la herramienta 5S para comprobar si era posible mejorar la productividad en el área de almacén en una empresa bananera de la Región Piura. Con enfoque cuantitativo se desarrolla un diseño experimental participativo mediante el método observacional, según su temporalidad longitudinal. Usándose una población e conformada por 206 colaboradores y una muestra por 135 colaboradores, se aplicó el muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple, lo que permitió escoger al azar a dichas personas. Las técnicas empleadas fueron encuesta, observación y análisis documental con los instrumentos cuestionario, ficha de observación y guía de análisis documental respectivamente. Por otro lado, se obtuvo como resultado general que luego de aplicar las 5S, se observaron grandes cambios de acuerdo a la sumatoria realizada de las cinco dimensiones; en el pre test arrojó un total de 1.96, mientras que en el post test fue de 4.19 lo que significó que hubo un incremento de 2.23.Palabras clave: Almacén, eficacia, eficiencia, herramienta 5S y productividad. ABSTRACT In the investigation, the 5S tool was applied to check if it was possible to improve productivity in the warehouse area in a banana company in the Piura Region. With a quantitative approach, a participatory experimental design is developed using the observational method, according to its longitudinal temporality. Using a population consisting of 206 collaborators and a sample of 135 collaborators, simple random probability sampling was applied, which allowed these individuals to be chosen at random. The techniques used were survey, observation and documentary analysis with the instruments questionnaire, observation sheet and document analysis guide respectively. On the other hand, it was obtained as a general result that after applying the 5S, large changes were observed according to the summation of the five dimensions; in the pre-test it yielded a total of 1.96, while in the post-test it was 4.19, which meant that there was an increase of 2.23.Keywords:Storage, efficiency, efficiency, 5S tool and productivity.
