El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar los mayores impactos causados por la industria del banano tales como la afectación a los ecosistemas naturales por el aumento constante de las zonas de cultivo que afectan la diversidad propiciando la erosión genética de muchas especies endémicas, cuyos habitad son destruidos al momento de establecer monocultivos de banano, junto con la utilización indiscriminada de agroquímicos. Para desarrollar este estudio se realizó una investigación bibliográfica a partir del análisis de artículos científicos, análisis de datos y metadatos de organismos internacionales y gubernamentales referentes a zonas de vegetación afectadas por la industria del banano. Los resultados de estos análisis nos permiten concluir que la industria bananera ha presentado una demanda de su producción en aumento exponencial en los mercados internacionales hasta los actuales momentos, justificado por la calidad de la fruta que se obtiene gracias a las condiciones ecogeográficas favorables que presentan las zonas bananeras en Ecuador, especialmente la zona sur comprendida por los cantones Machala, Pasaje, El Guabo, Sta. Rosa y Arenillas en la Provincia de El Oro.Palabras clave:Industria bananera, agricultura sostenible, diversidad genética, explotación agrícola, conservación germoplasma. ABSTRACTThe objective of this research was to analyze the major impacts caused by the banana industry, such as the damage to natural ecosystems due to the constant increase in cultivation areas that affect diversity, leading to the genetic erosion of many endemic species, whose habitats are destroyed. at the time of establishing monoculture banana plantations, along with the indiscriminate use of agrochemicals. To carry out this study, a bibliographic investigation was carried out based on the analysis of scientific articles, analysis of data and metadata from international and governmental organizations referring to vegetation areas affected by the banana industry. The results of these analyzes allow us to conclude that the banana industry has presented an exponentially increasing demand for its production in international markets up to the present time, justified by the quality of the fruit obtained thanks to the favorable ecogeographic conditions presented by the banana zones in Ecuador, especially the southern zone comprised by the Machala, Pasaje, El Guabo, Sta. En este artículo se realiza un análisis de los procesos estratégicos en función a la satisfacción laboral del área administrativa, financiera y operativa de la Asociación Agraria Bananera Fincas de El Oro en la que se va a utilizar las dimensiones: la naturaleza y contenido del trabajo, trabajo en grupo, estimulación y esfuerzo individual, condiciones de trabajo, condiciones de bienestar, las cuales se denominaron indicadores esta investigación que fue descriptivo de tipo transversal, la cual se realizó en un momento único dado con la presencia o ausencia de la variable de resultado que se desee estudiar y sin ser alterada o reemplazadas esto se realizó mediante una encuesta a los trabajadores de los distintos departamentos y se concluyó que existe un compromiso por parte del personal a la empresa ya que ellos están consciente que los resultados obtenidos por su trabajo tanto individual como grupal pueden influir de manera significativa a la empresa y para ello se debe implementar una norma que permita orientar, coordinar, simplificar y unificar los criterios para estandarizar las normas de los servicios ofrecidos con calidad y seguridad.Palabras claves:Procesos estratégicos, satisfacción laboral, dimensiones. ABSTRACTIn this article we make an analysis of the strategic processes based on the job satisfaction of the administrative, financial and operational area of the Agrarian Banana Association Fincas de El Oro in which we are going to use the dimensions: the nature and content of the work, group work, individual stimulation and effort, working conditions, welfare conditions, which were called indicators in this research that was descriptive of a transversal type, which was carried out at a single moment with the presence or absence of the result variable to be studied and without being altered or replaced. This was done through a survey of the workers of the different departments and it was concluded that there is a commitment on the part of the personnel to the company since they are aware that the results obtained by their work, both individually and in groups, can significantly influence the company and for this reason a norm must be implemented that allows the orientation, coordination, simplification and unification of the criteria to standardize the norms of the services offered with quality and safety.Keywords:Strategic processes, job satisfaction, dimensions.

La habilidad de escribir en un idioma extranjero, es de vital importancia en este mundo globalizado, la comunicación escrita juega un papel fundamental en la sociedad; así como en el ámbito educativo. Más aun, cuando las nuevas regulaciones universitarias demandan a los estudiantes obtener el nivel B1 para poder graduarse. El objetivo del presente estudio fue explorar la efectividad de los diarios como herramienta para fomentar el desarrollo de la habilidad de escritura en los estudiantes del primer semestre de la universidad de Guayaquil, y aportar algo de luz que permita mejorar los procesos de enseñanza aprendizaje. Como soporte de esta investigación, se tomó una posición epistemológica basada en el enfoque constructivista y una metodología cuali-cuantitativa fue utilizada para la recolección y análisis de datos. Se realizó un pre y una post prueba de escritura, lo cual permitió comparar la efectividad de los diarios, cuyos resultados mostraron que la aplicación de los diarios como recurso pedagógico, ayudaron a mejorar el nivel de los estudiantes para escribir y que son una herramienta efectiva dentro del aula.Palabras clave: Habilidad de escritura, diario, estrategia. ABSTRACT The ability to write in a foreign language is of a pivotal importance in this globalized world. Written communication plays a fundamental role in society as well as in the educational field. And even more, when new university regulations will sue students to approve the B1 level before graduating. The objective of this study was to explore the effectiveness of the journals as a tool to promote the development of writing skills on the first semester students of the University of Guayaquil, and to shed some light on the teaching and learning processes. To support this research, an epistemological position based on the constructivist approach was taken and a qualitative-quantitative methodology was used for data collection and analysis. In addition, a pre- and post-writing test was conducted, which allowed to compare the effectiveness of the journals. The results showed that the application of the journals as a pedagogical resource, helped to improve the level of students to write and that they are an effective tool within the classroom.Keywords: Writing skills, journal, strategy.

El objetivo de esta investigación es caracterizar la problemática medio ambiental en las bananeras de la Provincia de El Oro. El escenario donde se desarrolló la investigación es en las bananeras de la Provincia de El Oro, clasificadas en orgánicas y convencionales. Se han utilizados métodos teóricos como en analítico sintético y el inductivo deductivo y en la empírea la entrevista estructurada y la encuesta. Los resultados fundamentales están en la homogeneidad que existe entre las edades de los trabajadores por sexo, así como la similitud en la dimensión asociada a los saberes educativos del medio ambiente y las diferencias en las que pertenecen a la dimensión de los afectos nocivos a la salud. En las bananeras convencionales los desechos plásticos, en un alto por ciento, son arrojados a los basureros. Se puede concluir que se ha caracterizado a las bananeras de la Provincia de El Oro, en relación con la cultura ambientalistas que ellas poseen, teniendo en cuenta la clasificación realizadas de ellas.Palabras clave:Medio ambiente, humanidad, bananeras, contaminación. ABSTRACTThe objective of this investigation is to characterize the environmental problems in the banana plantations of the Province of El Oro. The setting where the investigation was carried out is in the banana plantations of the Province of El Oro, classified as organic and conventional. Theoretical methods such as synthetic analytic and deductive inductive and empirical structured interview and survey have been used. The fundamental results are in the homogeneity that exists between the ages of the workers by sex, as well the similarities in the dimension associated with educational knowledge of the environment and the differences in those that belong to the dimension of harmful effects to the health. In conventional banana plants, plastic waste, in a high percent, is thrown in the garbage dumps. It can be concluded that the banana plantations of the Province of El Oro have been characterized in relation to the environmentalist culture that they possess, taking into account the classification made of them.Keywords:Environment, humanity, banana plants, pollution.

Los asilos para ancianos de la Ciudad de Quito constituyen casas hogar para los ancianos de la provincia de Pichincha, los mismos brindan servicio de cuidados hospitalarios, alimentación, medicina y vestimenta. Estos asilos buscan un soporte informático de calidad, con el afán de modernizar los procesos de Administración. Para poder brindar este soporte se creó una aplicación informática desarrollada a partir de tecnologías libres que maneje control de empleados, ancianos, artículos (ropa, medicina, alimentos), menús de comida, pedidos de artículos y entregas. Para la elección de la metodología de desarrollo del sistema se realizó una investigación con las metodologías más importantes, extrayendo las características de cada una de ellas, y la óptima para el proyecto fue la metodología XP obteniendo los resultados esperados.Palabras clave:Actividades gerontológicas, asilos para ancianos, base de datos, aplicación Web. ABSTRACTThe asylums for the elderly of the City of Quito constitute homes for the elderly of the province of Pichincha, they provide hospital care, food, medicine and clothing. These asylums seek quality computer support, with the aim of modernizing the Administration processes. In order to provide this support, a computer application developed from free technologies was created to handle control of employees, the elderly, items (clothing, medicine, food), food menus, ordering of items and deliveries. For the choice of the system development methodology, an investigation was carried out with the most important methodologies, extracting the characteristics of each one of them, and the optimal one for the project was the XP methodology obtaining the expected results.Keywords:Gerontological activities, nursing homes, database, Web application.

To upgrade the reading habits in early childhood education boys and girls is the key to their future education, the reading is an instrument for developing a critical thinking. One of the tools to improve the reading ability development is music, as it supports the strengthening of memory, attention, and linguistic analysis. Analyzing the music influence as a motivational tool for children's reading in preschool-age of the San Pablo Parish Portoviejo City is important because it can become a generalized model within other early childhood education centers. This is a mixed type investigation, it was carried out in two initial education centers of the San Pablo parish in Portoviejo City, one of the centers has a space for musical stimulation and the other does not have a musical space, a triangulation was carried out qualitative, quantitative and bibliographic analysis, 6 semi-structured interviews were applied to teachers from each initial education center, 30 surveys were applied to mothers of the children who attend each center, and documentary analysis techniques were implemented. As a result, in the initial education center where there is a space for musical stimulation, the development of reading is slightly greater than the center where there is no musical stimulation, which establishes the need to deepen the studies, to determine the influence of music in all educational stages. Characterizing the role of the information manager in the Archive of the Instituto de Fomento al Talento Humano of the canton Portoviejo, Ecuador, motivates this research, the methodology used is descriptive, with a bibliographic approach to the theoretical assumptions about the role played by the manager information, documentary analysis and synthesis; Observation sheet and structured interview were applied as methods to collect data. The results show that the participating institution in this study does not have the support of an archival professional and that the processes that are developed in the archives of the Institute for the Promotion of Human Talent are basic; In the interview carried out, it is possible to detect the need expressed by the managers to have a professional in the area who with technical-scientific knowledge performs the corresponding archival processes, as a conclusion it can be indicated that the contribution of an information manager is required for the document management process and file organization, due to the fact that it is academically trained to carry out an efficient work considering that file documents keep the memory and trajectory of each institution. The objective of the research is to identify the depressive symptoms and level of resilience, which are mediated by the gender construction.  For the development of the research, a descriptive, quantitative-qualitative approach methodology is applied; where the population and sample used are the transgender women who make up the Trans Feminine Organization of Portoviejo. The data established in the research are obtained through the use of instruments, such as a semi-structured interview of the "ad-hoc" type; in addition, the Beck Depression Inventory BDI-II is applied, while the Resilience Scale SV-RES is used to identify the level of resilience. The main result obtained reflects that female transgender people have a low level of depression, based on the gender construction, which is the subject of their own intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships. Among the various types of novelty, we can distinguish the so-called social innovation. Social innovation plays a key role in the search and implementation of new solutions that meet social needs. In a company, they can be external or internal. Internal innovation can have a multiplier effect on innovation, create a good work environment, and create opportunities for other types of innovation, be they products or services. The concept of social economy appeared around the millennium. It is the intersection of development and employment policies, the market, the public sector and the civil sector. It provides a third alternative for the development of capitalism, which can effectively solve economic and social problems. In the last two decades, the concept of social economy has continued to develop and its approach has constantly changed. Therefore, its original meaning described a non-profit, cooperative and social enterprise, but it maintained an economic form that followed the capitalist line. model.
