Resumen
This article reports on an intervention project carried out with secondary school students with whom we worked to promote participatory processes. The project sought to give these students a voice and facilitate the collective construction of knowledge of their reality, involving them in identifying, ordering and prioritizing the problems and obstacles that affect them and prevent their development, so that they can later propose and implement alternative solutions in their community, thus promoting citizenship and resulting in democratic, autonomous and solidary processes. The project used the service-learning methodology, which provided the young people with tools that allowed them to rethink themselves as legal subjects. The project results show the importance of participation in the construction of youth citizenship.

Resumen
The delinquency rate is the percentage of the total unproductive portfolio compared to the total gross portfolio. Which we can qualify as a risk that is caused by the delay in complying with the payment. The time of said delay generates an interest in default. This article analyzed the default risk index existing in the payment of simple microcredits in financial institutions. Determining that delinquencies are a risk present in the financial system, the increase in the delinquency index is a signal that warns of a possible financial crisis, therefore a significant increase in delinquencies must be strictly evaluated, which can cause a profitability problem and liquidity, would even translate into the generation of losses and deficits in provisions. In this sense, a savings and credit cooperative that is beginning to suffer deterioration in its loan portfolio may suffer its profitability by increasing the proportion of loans with unpaid interest.

Resumen
Work conditions and environments are permanently modified, denoting changes that may induce the prevalence of risk factors associated with different factors in the work environment. In this sense, psychosocial risks constitute a constantly growing problem and banking institutions are not exempt from this trend. Therefore, the objective of this research is to analyze the psychosocial risks to which the bank workers of a cooperative in the city of Chone, Manabí Ecuador are exposed and thus determine which is the area with the highest level of psychosocial risk and identify which ones they are the main causes of stress in workers. An investigative instrument categorized into 9 items was used, according to the methodology proposed in the FPSICO 4.0 tool proposed by INSST-Spain, with a sample of 30 participants. It is concluded that, although the policies for the regulation and control of occupational risks set out the measures that must be adopted by the institutions according to the nature of their activities, nevertheless, an important sector of the organizations does not execute them and therefore, a perception of workers is presented that shows shortcomings in the care and prevention of working conditions.

Abstract
The objective of the research was to analyze the importance of the library reference service and how it affects user satisfaction, being a subject of great emphasis and interest today, since reference services constitute the search for information that is configured as an essential element within the functions of university or academic libraries. The traditional roles of reference services evolve due to the impact of New Information Technologies. This development has allowed them to store, retrieve and disseminate information. Thus, this research was descriptive, with a qualitative approach, for which a bibliographic and documentary review of the content was carried out, which were analyzed to reach a conclusion on the general and secondary topic, such as books and internet pages that allowed To explore the subject itself more thoroughly, an interview was applied to the pertinent personnel in order to know the importance of the library reference service and the satisfaction of the users, in the same way, surveys were carried out with the users to understand points key about this service. The information and reference service in a library is very relevant. For this reason, it is necessary that it has an exclusive space, specialized personnel, a good collection of reference works and good tools in both software and computer equipment, these resources will allow the user to obtain a comfortable and effective satisfaction.

Resumen
The objective of this article is to identify the impact caused by rural migration to the Chone canton. For this purpose, a bibliographic review from 2000 to the present, of scientific publications and statistics of pages and certified organizations, was used. Population movements both inside and outside a country constitute one of the issues that has received the most attention in recent times, seeking the causes that these population movements generate and knowing the impacts they cause. In Latin America, migration was due to important differentials between the levels of per capita income of the countries, especially bordering ones. At the beginning of the 20th century, Ecuador became the first country in the Andean Region to emigrate to Europe and the United States. As countries move from predominantly rural societies to increasingly urban ones, urban rural migration increases, causing internal migration to far outweigh international migration. This internal migration in the Chone ridge has direct effects on urbanization processes and has been influenced by the mechanization of agriculture, the concentration and accumulation of rural property and the low dynamism of the traditional agricultural sector. Most of the population is concentrated in areas where there is availability of basic services, education and health infrastructure; preferably with proximity or with good accessibility.

Resumen
The present study addressed the problem of psychosocial well-being of female transgender people, oriented by the objective of categorizing the psychosocial well-being of female transgender people. For this, a methodology was defined with a qualitative-quantitative approach and a descriptive type; Using an interview guide as instruments to obtain sociodemographic data and psychosocial well-being was evaluated, using the Ryff scale. The results obtained showed a sample made up of men with a choice of female gender, which qualifies them as transgender; 80% with age between 20 and 25, for 80% and 20% between 26 and 31 years. The results for each of the dimensions that make up the scale showed that the highest average score was obtained in life purpose with a mean of 4.44 and then personal growth which was 4.18; later, domain of the environment was located with 3.89; the lowest scores were reflected in autonomy with 3.68, positive relationships with 3.57, self-acceptance, 3.511. According to the results, it can be concluded that the participants present adequate psychosocial well-being with opportunities for improvement in their decision-making capacity, interpersonal relationships and self-acceptance.

Resumen
Throughout history, it has been shown that education is the foundation pillar for societies to develop optimally and competitively. The importance of the presence of an optimal educational environment lies explicitly in the possibility of overcoming the barriers of poverty, thus promoting sustainable development. On the other hand, and in the same way, it is vitally important to forge the emotional aspect at the same time as the educational aspect. In this context, emotional education is of vital importance, since, through this, resilient professionals can be created, capable of facing multiple difficulties with determination, which directly triggers the creation of social competitiveness in all aspects.

Resumen
This paper discusses “Yo me quedo en casa” (‘I am staying home’), an online service-learning experience that was developed by final-year students of the Early Childhood Education degree at the University of Cadiz. The experience was mediated by technology in times of a pandemic, a situation that has forced us to reinvent ourselves and thus has offered us the opportunity for new learning. The service-learning project was designed as a response to the social needs shown by the different families in various contexts and social networks. The students who participated in the project voiced their level of satisfaction with the experience and highlighted what they had learned throughout the project.
