The objective of this article is to make a chronicle of the history and the future of the Metropolitan Planning Institute (IMP), of the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima (MML), as a permanent organism for planning the local, urban and territorial development of the Province of Lima, since its created in 1991, thanks to the management of young technicians; until 2021, when 30 years have passed since its creation, and when it would have to face the challenge of formulating a new Sustainable Urban Development Plan for the Lima Callao Megalopolis with Vision to 2050. This should be the propitious occasion for the relaunching of the institutional image and the role of the IMP in the conduct, orientation, and regulation of the planning of sustainable urban development of the Lima Callao Megalopolis with a view to the twelfth anniversary of the independence of Peru, to the fi ftieth anniversary of the Spanish foundation of Lima, and the second fi ftieth anniversary of the 21st Century. This research was developed to investigate how literary discourse rightly contributes to the knowledge of reality and allows the readers to develop their ideas about the context surrounding them or the production of artistic texts. It established the confi guration of culture and interculturality, the artistic contributions of the poetry of the Generation of 50 in the process of Peruvian reality from the perspective of literature through a critical and refl exive reading of theoretical texts, critical texts (metatexts), and artistic texts (the poetry of the Generation of 50). In this way, we see that literature becomes a means of artistic expression to display the author's intercultural competence and the interpretative capacity of the reader. Leishmaniosis is a disease caused by a protozoon of the Leishmania genus, transmitted by Phlebotominae insects' bite. Leishmania infantum Nicolle, 1908 (syn. L. chagasi) is the etiologic agent of visceral leishmaniasis in Argentina, and the phlebotomine Lutzomyia longipalpis (Lutz & Neiva, 1912) is the main vector. The objective of this work was to evaluate an experimental laboratory designed to determine the effectiveness of active principles in juvenile stages of Lu. longipalpis -used in this case- is an insect growth regulator as the active principle, the pyriproxyfen. The work was carried out at the Municipal Institute of Vector Surveillance and Control of Posadas, province of Misiones, Argentina. For this work, we impregnated paper filter with acteona: silicone solution (1:1) just for the control group, and the treated groups were impregnated with acetone: silicone solution (1:1) and pyriproxyfen in 5 mg·m2 concentration (Treated Group A) and 50 mg·m2 (Treated Group B). We placed the filter paper (control or treated) 10 second instar larvae of Lu. longipalpis, which were fed by breeding food. All the pots got to an advanced stage of larva III, especially the control pots, while for the treated pots getting to the same state took longer. It was observed that the design requires modifications, since the larvae were placed under the filter papers without being able to reach the top again; hence they were attacked by fungi. The exaggerated use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), especially in adolescents, generates low self-esteem and greater socializing diffi culty. On the other hand, drug use can also alter people's mental health, causing a decrease in memory and cognitive abilities. With this background, the present study set out to establish the prevalence of the problematic use of ICTs, consumption of psychoactive substances, and the impact on Ecuadorian adolescents' mental health by means of sociodemographic variables; in addition, their social support and psychological characteristics. The research design was non-experimental, cross-sectional, exploratory, descriptive, and qualitative-quantitative. The sample was n = 198 students (men and women) between 14 and 17 years old. Validated surveys were carried out for data collection, which measured sociodemographic variables, use of ICTs, experiences related to cell phones, problematic use of the internet, internet games, drug use, social support, and mental health indicators. As a result, it was determined that 53 % of students were male, belonging to the urban sector (71.33 %), where the use of ICTs was widely disseminated, and itsmain use was to carry out school work (68.87 %), leaving social networks in the background. Continuing, 43.33 % of technological devices are operated by users between the ages of 10 to 14. The majority of responses in the applied tests indicated that the students do not present problematic psychological characteristics (68.43 %). Finally, social support was more marked in the private establishment, and regarding the consumption of psychoactive substances, it was possible to show that 90 % of adolescents do not consume psychotropic substances. However, 40 % affirm that they consume alcohol 1 or 2 times a month. The prevalence of gastrointestinal parasites (PGI) in domestic cats (Felis silvestris catus Schreber, 1775) for Havana, Cuba, was determined to reduce pets' public health risks. The prevalence value was calculated from the reports in “José Luis Callejas” Veterinary Clinic from Centro Habana municipality from 2014 to 2016 of assisted cats in that clinic from 2016 to 2018. 49.1 % of the investigated cats were positive for PGI. The prevalence of PGI in a domestic cat from 2014 to 2018 was 3.0 and 0.23 %, according to the feline population that attend the clinic (examine rate). The prevalence of PGI was also according to the official amount of domestic cats from 2014 to 2018 in Havana city by the Cuban Veterinary Authority. Entamoeba sp., Isospora sp., Ancylostoma sp., Toxocara sp., Dipylidium caninum (Linnaeus, 1758) Leuckart, 1863 and Trichuris felis (Diesing, 1851) Diaz-Ungria, 1963 were the PGI genus identified in domestic cats. All of them are zoonotic genus except Isospora sp. The most affected municipality by PGI in F. silvestris catus were Centro Habana and Plaza of the Revolution (14 % each one), Cerro (13 %), 10 de Octubre (10 %). Playa and La Lisa have 9 % each one too. The paper concludes that the parasitic zoonoses problem is poorly attended in Cuba. It is very important in F. silvestris catus species because they have a higher preference as a pet. That is why the attention and management of zoonotic parasite in cat required the collaborative, multisectoral and multidisciplinary relationship that the conceptual One Health frame proposed. The oceans provide us vital resources; however, in their current state are collapsing. Species are going quickly on their way to extinction, and marine habitats are being destroyed. For this reason, Marine Protected Areas (MPA) started as an alternative to avoid the overexploitation of marine resources to get sustainable use. Peru was not exempt from this trend; in 1975, the fi rst Protected Natural Area (NPA) included a coastal marine ecosystem. Subsequently, the situation changed positively with the creation of The National Reserve System of Island, Islets, and Punta Guaneras in 2009 and the National Reserve San Fernando in 2011. However, the pathway for protecting our coastal marine ecosystem is just beginning; it is important to highlight that “unfortunately there are a few areas with studies or restricted access” that do not represent our system of protected natural areas such as the Tropical Pacifi c Sea. It is concluded that although there is a concern for the marine environment, and the level of protection is getting higher, these efforts are not enough if you consider that Peru is among the ten countries with the most megadiversity in the world and the Peruvian sea is one of the richest of the planet. One of the most practical and fastest ways to spread messages with humorous content is through the cell phone with the WhatsApp application. Among the most common messages sent are memes, a sarcastic and ironic form of humor from reality. These messages have gone viral during the coronavirus pandemic as a way to face adversity with humor. In this sense, this work aims to describe the memes about the coronavirus that were spread through the cell phone during the days of social confi nement in Peru from March 16th to June 30th, 2020. It was found that people's creative capacity has no limits to express their opinions on the problems that arise. It can be concluded that in the face of the adversity of this disease, one of the ways to deal with it is through humor, to make the problems that arose on a day-to-day basis more bearable.
