Resumen
Purpose: To compare the cost/benefit of illegal crops versus legal crops, which is the result of voluntary eradication in the municipality of Hacarí, North Santander. Method: The research was based on the positivist paradigm, quantitative methodology, and correlational approach. The population under study was limited to those in charge of the municipality's community action boards and farmers who addressed the voluntary substitution of coca crops. The data collection technique applied was a survey through the application of a survey questionnaire. Results: It was found that there is no information on hectares, crop rotations, and investments in inputs. It was also determined that the number of hectares sown with coca grew and that the farmers who substituted the crops did not receive any help from the government. Additionally, it became clear that there is still undue pressure, with the additional problem that substitution has been voluntary and costly. Discussions: Despite the existence of state programs, there is still little credibility in the solution to the problem, input costs are increasingly high, and the social neglect of the region and pressure from illegal forces are evident. Conclusions: Illegal crops generate more wages per hectare than legal crops and are more profitable over time. The trails of the research process undertaken have produced hopeful answers where it is technically proven that there is an agricultural potential that has not yet been fully exploited, which is of legal use and is more attractive than the crops of illegal use.

Resumen
Objective: to propose an intelligent mechanism of anticipation of the sensory adaptation of the consumer that notices the risk of credit card cancellation by virtue of the observable changes in the outgoing variables reported by the financial superintendency in Colombia, and the relationship between participation and relative share of the banks in the industry, to stimulate the differential threshold in the market of perfect competition of credit cards and intervene on the product's life cycle. Method: complexity paradigm incorporating aspects of primary and secondary research, abnormal data matrix and non-parametric statistics. Results: it was found that there is an explanatory model to simulate the cancellation behavior of cancelled cards in Colombia on the participation and relative share of each bank in the industry. Conclusions: the monitoring of public information variables on credit cards warns of changes in the industry and risks of increasing the bank's write-off portfolio. The use of artificial intelligence to develop anticipatory mechanisms based on historical information is fundamental to "feel and respond" to market changes and risks with the use of the product.

Resumen
Objective: to analyze in the department of Sucre the level of financial inclusion indices of the different products of the financial system such as savings, credit and insurance, studying in turn the factors that influence this level through the technique of downsizing. Method: exploratory, descriptive and cross sectional study, in which 541 surveys were carried out throughout the department of Sucre. With the information obtained, a database was constructed and the main variables of the study were calculated. Results: it was found that although the selected inclusion indicators are correlated, their variability is largely explained by a single factor. Discussions: there is still great exclusion of the population, especially in rural areas and in regions with economic backwardness such as the department of Sucre. Conclusions: in the department of Sucre there is very little access and use of each of the financial products, with remittances being the least used and insurance the most used, which denotes a low migration of Sucre´s population.
