Resumen
Los nativos digitales, jóvenes expuestos a las tecnologías de la comunicación e información desde su nacimiento, se vienen integrando a las universidades y encuentran a inmigrantes digitales asumiendo el rol de docentes. Se analizan enfoques diversos respecto a las diferencias que existen entre nativos e inmigrantes digitales, para responder si los estudiantes deben adaptarse a la forma educar de los inmigrantes digitales, o sus educadores deben adquirir las habilidades de los nativos digitales para poder interactuar con ellos. La investigación es cualitativa, se aplica la teoría fundamentada para realizar el análisis de contenido del artículo “Nativos Digitales, Inmigrantes Digitales” de Marc Prensky (2001) y la evolución de la posición del autor, 16 años después, evidenciada en la relación enriquecedora entre ambas generaciones expuesta en la entrevista “La Educación para el Futuro” (2017) brindada en la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC). Este análisis sugiere que la convergencia entre estudiantes y docentes debe generar soluciones creativas a problemas reales haciendo buen uso de la tecnología. La educación de nativos digitales será viable si existe un intercambio entre las habilidades de ambas generaciones, destacando la necesidad que exista una actitud alta y positiva respecto a aprender una de la otra. La convergencia entre nativos digitales e inmigrantes digitales en las universidades peruanas es una realidad cada vez más próxima a pesar de la brecha digital; las universidades deben centrarse en formular estrategias y herramientas innovadoras que faciliten a sus docentes la tarea de educar a nativos digitales.

Resumen
The Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act of 2010 prescribe local content requirements to promote the patronage of Nigerian products and services by operators in the oil and gas industry. Local content requirements however appear to violate obligations under the World Trade Organization’s (WTO) General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) (1994) of which Nigeria is a member. This article examines provisions of the Act and Nigeria’s obligations under the GATT with a view to determining whether the provisions of the Act are in violation of GATT obligations, and whether those violations are covered by any of the exemptions under the GATT. The article finds that sections 10(1) (a), 11(1), 12 and 13 of the Act, which favor the use of local products and materials for projects in the oil and gas industry, contravene the national treatment obligations under Article III of GATT. The article also finds section 53 of the Act to be in violation of the obligation to ensure the general elimination of quantitative restrictions under Article XI:1 of GATT. However, the article suggests that GATT exemptions justify Nigeria’s application of local content measures in the industry. Nigeria can rely on Article XVIII of GATT to apply local content measures for the purpose of promoting economic development and improving living standards in the country. Besides, Nigeria can rely on Articles XII: 1/2 and XIX:1 of GATT to apply local content measures that restrict fabricated/welded metal products imports in order to prevent a serious decline in monetary reserves and also safeguard domestic producers of similar products from “serious injury” that may arise from the increased imports of such products.

Resumen
Grief corresponds to the emotional response to the immutable loss of someone or something that is highly appreciated, being a unique and individual experience. The way the health team deals with this event and with the bereaved family can impact the way they experience bereavement. The objective of this work is to understand, based on recent literature, the influence that nursing professionals have and what behaviors are adopted to face the grief in the companion / family. Method: The present study is an integrative review of recent literature. The search for the articles was carried out in the LILACS, BDENF databases and in the virtual library SCIELO. After the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included, 27 scientific articles were selected that were related to the research objective. Results: The complete reading of the articles, as well as the division of these into subgroups, according to the main theme of the work, made it possible to understand these themes and discuss three lines that answer the research objective, these being The problems of the health team in assistance to the family and the patient; Communication as a way of humanizing care; and The importance of health professionals for the bereaved family. Conclusion: Although it is very important to introduce the subject in the academy, it is something that the professional, too, learns to deal with the accumulation of experience. However, the basis for doing this must begin during graduation. Nursing conduct should not be one of the reasons that contribute negatively to the family's grieving process.

The objectification of the female body is a concept that has gained increasing visibility in discussions about chauvinism, being a concept that refers to the trivialization of the image of women, so that the appearance is put in evidence at the expense of all the attributes that define them as human beings, leading to the imposition of standards on how they should look and act. This study addresses different conceptions about the female body and the subjectivity of women from the perspective of patriarchy, seeks to discuss the influence of patriarchal culture in relation to gender roles and relationships of dominator and dominated, and discusses how this information crosses women’s body health and health mental. This study sought to identify and characterize female objectification through feminist literature and to investigate the effects of objectification on the body self-perception of women who developed eating disorders, shedding light on the contribution of Gestalt-therapy in the female emancipation process. Considering that many women do not see themselves as beautiful, it is important to highlight the contribution of this study to Psychology, concerning to the possibility of this science provides to women perception of new ways of existing, freeing them from the psychological suffering that power relations and dominance can cause. It is worth highlighting the importance of other professionals, not only in the health areas, being aware of the dangers of imposing beauty standards, in order to contribute to healthy and positive interventions with women.

This article deals with a study of the International Student Assessment Program - translation of the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA), with the general objective of analyzing the relevance of combining the results of external assessments compared to social indicators for the effective improvement of quality of education. Specifically, to identify the intrinsic connections between student performance averages and social inequalities; verify how the quality of education constitutes a substantially different reality between countries and regions; to identify in the results an unequal social reality is evident; to examine whether Brazilian education should be improved in order to achieve uniform and quality education throughout Brazil. As a method, we opted for the use of exploratory and bibliographic research, characterized as qualitative explanatory. The elements with links in the production of knowledge of the investigated theme were extracted. A substantial statistical analysis was carried out in a quantitative way. In some of the analyzed results, there was evidence that tangent to the development of extra-school practices in the teaching and learning processes; in the 2018 edition of the applications of the tests the data were stratified by Brazilian regions; the reading domain was interpreted in some units of the Brazilian federation. In conclusion, it is essential to listen to regional voices, to dialogue with administrations, teachers, students, actors involved in the school community, civil society, to collect local data on socioeconomic aspects, to propose the implementation of projects and the implementation of programs for the purpose and offer quality education for all.

Introduction: Autistic Spectrum Disorder - ASD is a deficit in behavioral neurodevelopment, directly and indirectly affecting social interaction and limiting the individual's actions. Objective: To assess the degree of knowledge of nursing students about Autism Spectrum Disorder. Materials and methods: it is an integrative literature review in the virtual databases: Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SCIELO) and Google Scholar, government sites, Results: 8 were selected articles published between 2010 and 2020, it was identified that the prevalence of cases of ASD has been increasing, due to the implementation of new diagnostic research tools. There is a great deficit in the nursing gadget about the theory and practice of this knowledge. Conclusion: the student's knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder at graduation will be decisive in the resolutive applicability of a better prognosis and effectiveness in therapeutic treatment. It is suggested to approach the TEA in nursing graduation in more detail both in theory and in practice, because, with the increase in the prevalence of the disorder, the future professional should have more security in his actions contributing to a quality of care.

Resumen
This article deals with a study on inclusive education implemented between theory and pedagogical praxis, widely discussed among educators, researchers and renowned scholars in the field of education. The objective was to identify the differences of the expression “unrestricted inclusive” education in the school context. Specifically, in this case, to analyze how the pedagogical practices are carried out in the school daily life by the professionals who interact with students with special educational needs. As a method, we opted to carry out a case study characterized as a descriptive research in the qualitative approach. Throughout the study, legislation that guided the development of pedagogical practices in the educational environment was revisited. In the results, it was verified in the researched school, that the physical infrastructures are inadequate to fulfill the specialized educational assistance; and professionals who work in the school unit need continued training in this type of special education teaching. It was concluded that in this school space, improvements must be made to receive special students; the pedagogical practices developed lack resources to work with specific activities of students' disabilities, and there are limitations in pedagogical planning. In future implications, it is suggested the creation of healthy, welcoming, safe and inclusive environments, above all, where learning for all is given.

Il presente elaborato rappresenta la relazione conclusiva sul corso “Le interazioni fra diritto globale e locale”, offerto dal Programma di Dottorato di ricerca in Scienze Giuridiche dall’Università degli Studi di Udine e dall’Università degli Studi di Trieste. È analizzato il concetto del blocco di costituzionalità e il trans-costituzionalismo nel sistema di protezione dei diritti umani. Dall’analisi dei meccanismi di apertura materiali previsti nelle costituzioni di Colombia, Perù, Bolivia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Argentina e Brasile, si esamina il rango che i trattati e le convenzioni internazionali sui diritti umani hanno in ogni paese, per poi esaminare come i trattati internazionali sui diritti umani vengano accolti in questi paesi, e il conseguente rapporto che hanno con i loro sistemi giuridici nazionali.
