The article is entitled "Misconceptions in drug administration: pharmacist conduct". Its objective is to present errors in drug administration and their implication in patient safety, in the method format, in a literature review. The theme is justified due to the fact that currently occur situations of maladministration of drugs, and in many cases, the consequences are irreversible. We seek to present the implication in patient safety when the medication is mismanaged. The data collection took place in the Lilacs, Scielo and Bireme database. A total of 50 articles were selected for succinct and careful analysis. A total of 20 articles were discarded, as they did not have the research requirements, which are articles and theses dated from January 2014. In the collection remained, an amount of 30 articles, which were considered as theoretical basis for the development of the study. scientific article. It is concluded that the pharmacist should be and be as qualified as possible, as he is treating a patient who in many cases is already debilitated in his pathological condition, and in fact, a drug intoxication would aggravate the patient's condition.

Studies and experiments in social psychology, according to the view of Acsh (1951) suggest that individuals tend to mimic the pattern of behavior in a given nucleus that has a majority reflecting on the same object. Even if they reason against the contrary, these people tend to change their opinion on the grounds of the group. This Milgram group (2009) also reflects on the authority profile present in them, in which it induces those surveyed to follow a profile of influence in the formation of their choices and answers. Nevertheless, according to a psychological political analysis, it points to an influence of groups that have in it actors who exercise a certain authority, such as religious leaders, in the figure of the church, who can persuade their followers by explaining this theory. This social conformism also reflects the desire not to show up or vulnerable the majority. Following this line of social psychology, this article will explore electoral elections through the influence of religious and local leaders in the persuasion of the electoral vote.

This article has as main theme the elaboration of a review of an academic article or a scientific article. It addresses the problem "How to prepare a review of an academic or scientific article?" Part of the hypothesis "it is possible to guide the preparation of a review of an academic or scientific article from the methodological guidelines on the preparation of book reviews". The general objective is to explain how to prepare a review of an academic or scientific article, based on the methodological guidelines of how to prepare a review of a book. Its specific objectives are: to understand how a phrasal topic can generate a synthesis; understand how a synthesis can be paraphrased to give a summary; learn how to turn a summary into a review, using explicit third-party techniques and endorsement. It is justified because the review is a very common work in the universe of higher education, being interesting to teachers, students and society. This article represents a theoretical typology research, based on a bibliographic basis, fitting the literature review article modality.

The purpose of this work is to carry out a theoretical and practical analysis of the case law on Statute Law No. 20,760, regarding the single employer declaration commonly referred to as “Multirut”. First, it addresses the reasons that led to the enactment of the Statute Law, as well as its content and legal effects. These allow us to understand the need for that regulation. Secondly, an in-depth analysis of the case law on the subject over the past five years is made in order to verify the way in which the judges have dealt with the declaration of the sole employer, how the concept of common labor management has been understood, and what type of evidence has been considered. Thirdly, and based on the same analysis, other accessory but relevant aspects are dealt with, such as who has standing to sue, who can be sued, the time at which such declaration may be requested, and the application of associated sanctions such as subterfuge, among others. Finally, some practical reflections and proposals are made to improve the practical application of this Statute Law.

This review presents a preliminary conceptual reference within a more extensive investigation about the constitutional tools for the integration of National Law and International Human Rights Law in the Latin American context. Thus, with an exploratory methodology, it establishes the initial elements of the Conventional Rule of Law, as a model for the understanding of Latin American developments connected with the new constitutionalism and the establishment of the control of conventionality in the Inter-American Human Rights System countries. Consequently, the paper will expose the mutation process suffered by the State of Law in its legal version to become the suggested model. To do so, the paper compiles comprehensive elements and developments of the doctrine that will help to understand this transformation.

This paper describes the use given by the Inter-American Court to the control of conventionality as a mechanism to define the type of public policies that the State parties must adopt to guarantee social rights protected by it. From that point on, we wonder about the current nature of the Inter-American Court, if it remains a court of cases or if it has become, by its own decision, a conventional supra-regional court.

The concepts of “secularism” and “relativism” are fundamental to an adequate understanding of the ideology that underlies today’s society. The present work tries to analyze the thought of Joseph Ratzinger-Benedict XVI on this matter, in order to understand the proposal that the German theologian, and subsequently named Pope, carries out when addressing this reality. Only from the truth and what Ratzinger calls secularism it will be possible to understand and develop conveniently the relations to be established between the Church and the State.

Nowadays Criminal Law is playing a growing role in order to protect Human Rights. The aim of this paper is to carefully consider the use of Criminal Law in Spanish legislation in order to achieve equality between men and women. This paper analyzes the Organic Law 1/2004 and the reasons behind the different value of the violence of men towards their women partners as well as the validity of discrimination in criminal law in order to achieve equality through unequal treatment.
