Resumen
This paper focuses on the importance of the guilt principle as a determining agent of subjective imputation due to fraud or imprudence. It also pays attention to the principle’s importance in its relationship with the principles of legality and human dignity, both institutes of wide spectrum and solid anchoring in the study and elaboration of the constitutional discipline nowadays. Finally, it highlights the circumstances of legal nature and the jurisprudential pronouncements that grant the guilt principle with constitutional relevance in Venezuela and Chile, even though these are not expressly enshrined in the constitutions of the aforementioned countries.

Resumen
This comment presents a critical analysis about the relevance and scope of application of contractual interpretation rules in Chilean law. To do so, it reviews a Supreme Court’s decision, which not only expresses a jurisprudential line that overlaps —at least in some part— to the traditional approach sustained by Chilean doctrine, but also leads to question the elements that allow a correct interpretation of the willingness of the parties to celebrate a complex contract.

Anxiety is a physiological response to the painful experience because both have a connection, the difficulty experienced and the anxiety to overcome it. The study aimed to analyze the characteristics of pre-competitive anxiety factors in the national team of Mozambique U16. The sample consisted of 12 athletes aged 14 - 16 years, of which 4 aged 16 and 8 aged 14 years. The instrument used was the “List of Stress and Pre-Competitive Symptoms (LSSPC) developed by Chagas (1995). The results showed moderate levels of pre-competitive anxiety in the six games played with an average sum of 56.92; In the six games played, the basketball players presented the valorization of the somatic anxiety with the following values: 59.16; 53.34; 59; 61.5; 56.17 and 55.4. The athletes valued somatic anxiety relatively in the six games with the following values: 3.71; 3.09; 3.82; 4.12;3.58 and 3.69. Resumen
The purpose of this investigation was to study the relations between physical activity/sports, self-concept, and school performance, among youngsters between 12 and 19 years of age. Comparisonswere made taking into account the recommendations made by American College of Sports Medicine/American Heart Association for physical activity. The sample consisted of 624 individuals (268 males,354 females, and two unclassified by sex). Self-concept was measured with the Self-Description Questionnaire II (SDQ-II) translated and validated for Portuguese by Gonçalves e Vasconcelos-Raposo.Academic achievement/ school performance was defined based on the number of times the individuals failed. The results showed that there are positive relationships between physical activity and several dimensions of the self-concept and negative correlations between the level of physical activity andacademic achievement.

Resumen
The year 2020 presented us with new challenges that we would never think of going through. Namely, a global epidemic due to the new CoViD-19 coronavivores that imposed social isolation on a large part of the world, if not the whole world. Being that the human being is, by nature, a social being and that his interaction with the environment and with others allows him to develop his own “me”, the social isolation imposed by the pandemic brought great challenges to society, causing the consequences not only in terms of health physical but above all at the level of mental health, including depression and anxiety. There are even studies that indicate that social isolation can increase the risk of heart disease by about 29% and the risk of stroke by around 32%. It is with your eyes set on these social challenges that there is a motivation to want to do more and better by taking advantage of technological tools.

Resumen
The main objective of this study is to understand if there is a relationship between attractiveness andocular movement, when the variable physical exercise is introduced. This study included a sample of 30university students, all female, aged between 18 and 29 years [M = 20.60 and SD = 2.69]. The presentstudy is cross-sectional, quantitative, comparative and with a quasi-experimental design, having beencarried out in a laboratorial context. The instruments used were six different images, manipulated interms of muscularity, the SMI RED250 eye-tracker, a Likert scale to assess the attractiveness and stilla sociodemographic questionnaire. Linear combinations were performed through the MANOVA testwith a 2x2 factorial design of independent variables that maximize the differences between severalconditions of the dependent variables. As main results, we verified that in both factorial designs therewas a significant effect of the independent variables on the dependent variables, except in the variableaverage number of fixations, which only had a significant effect in the second factorial design. We canstill see that the area of the body most visualized was the chest. We conclude that the love relationship, the level of body satisfaction and the practice of physical exercise are variables that influence theocular movement and that there is a female preference regarding the chest of the male body.
