Resumen
La cultura organizacional ha marcado su lugar sobre todo en las últimas décadas, como un elemento crucial en la gestión de las organizaciones: para la implementación de un cambio, la conformación de la identidad e imagen corporativa, el desempeño organizacional, el liderazgo, la innovación, como un recurso potencialmente generador de ventaja competitiva, entre otros; el objetivo de este estudio es presentar su evolución a través de las teorías organizacionales mostrando el nacimiento, crecimiento y madurez, mediante una revisión teórico documental realizada en libros clásicos y bases de datos especializadas; los resultados muestran que la cultura ha pasado de ser un elemento secundario a tomar un papel clave para el estudio de las organizaciones. Con ello se conforma la pauta para sustentar que la cultura organizacional como fenómeno de estudio, se encuentra en su mayor auge dentro de las teorías organizacionales, dada la inseparable conexión empleados-cultura y la tendencia a explorar en los activos intangibles para potenciar el rendimiento y valor de las organizaciones, por lo que las teorías de la organización aún tienen mucho que aportar respecto a este fenómeno.

Resumen
An essay of the Soviet novelist, researcher of Mountainous Altai, Afanasy Lazarevich Koptelov, about the life and work of Robert Burns, published on the pages of the Siberian journal «Siberian Lights» in 1959 is firstly systematized and comprehended in the article. The essay, written on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the birth of Robert Burns, presents the writer’s impressions after a trip to Scotland, the birthplace of the great poet. Describing the nature of mountain landscapes, scenery of numerous lakes, forests and fields flashing outside the window that once inspired R. Burns to create amazing examples of Scottish poetry, the author of the article focuses on the unfair division of land between the citizens of one state, regrets that nothing has changed since the days when the Scottish bard himself wrote about hard farming activities and endless financial dependence on wealthy landowners. A.L. Koptelov focuses in the article on the universal recognition of the art of the Scottish poet, a fighter for freedom and justice, the rights of workers and peasants oppressed by hard work, gives information about the numerous architectural monuments and museums dedicated to the creativity of Robert Burns, in his homeland, in Scotland, the question of the genre diversity of the work of the «bard of Caledonia» is revealed, some testimonies of contemporaries about the «second life» of the works of R. Burns in Russia are given, which became possible due to the talented interpretations of S. Y. Marshak.

Resumen
La zona arqueológica de Huaycán de Pariachi del distrito ATE, fue declarada Monumento del Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación, a la fecha se conoce poco sobre el desarrollo de esta zona desde el punto de vista turístico, motivo por el cual el presente estudio tiene como objetivo: conocer el impacto de la gestión del patrimonio cultural en el desarrollo turístico de la zona. La investigación es descriptiva, con un diseño no experimental trasversal, con un muestreo no probabilístico aleatorio simple, quedando representado la muestra por 132 personas, a quienes se les aplico técnicas cualitativas y cuantitativa, se utilizó como técnica cualitativa la entrevista a profundidad semi estructurada y la técnica cuantitativa la encuesta, ambos instrumentos se validaron en contenido bajo juicio de expertos, y el cuestionario se le aplicó la confiabilidad del alfa de Cronbach, mediante el programa estadístico SPSS V23. Obteniendo como resultado un nivel de impacto bajo en la gestión del patrimonio cultural en el desarrollo turístico de la zona arqueológica de Huaycán de Pariachi. Además de un nivel de significancia bajo indicando que no hay relación entre las variables. Por lo que es necesario ejecutar mejoras en la gestión del patrimonio cultural para el desarrollo turístico.

Resumen
The article is devoted to an actual topic, practically not covered in the historical literature and devoted to the stay of the Red Army in Iran during the Second World War. A legal assessment was given of the events of August 1941 - the entry of Soviet troops into Iran. The author proves that the actions of the government of the USSR from the point of view of international law cannot be characterized as «occupation». The article gives a detailed analysis of the Iranian claims regarding the stay of the Red Army units in Iran. Claims of both a material nature and with respect to the behavior of the Red Army are covered. It was proved that the overwhelming majority of claims were unfounded, and in those rare cases when the complaints of the Iranian side were based, the Soviet military authorities conducted thorough investigations, punishing the perpetrators. The article highlights the activities of the Red Army to ensure security of supplies under lend-lease, to combat banditry and terrorism on the Trans-Iranian railway, which transported military cargo to the USSR. The question of the relationship of soldiers and officers of the Red Army with the allies on the Anti-Hitler Coalition is being raised. The conclusion is drawn that the relations of the Red Army men with the Americans were more or less friendly. Soviet-British relations were tense. Also, the article raises issues related to the daily life of the Red Army in Iran - the problems they encountered in everyday life. The main scientific result obtained by the author is that the article substantiates the need for the Red Army to stay in Iran, stresses the importance of their contribution to the victory over Nazi Germany.

Resumen
The article considers the spatial development of Russia and the United States and their geopolitical relations in the 17-20th centuries. It is noted that the movement of Russia to the east and the United States to the west occurred nearly simultaneously and led them to their territorial rapprochement on the shores of the Pacific Ocean. The spatial development issues that were resolved during this process became milestones in the formation of the geopolitical structures of our time, and are of great importance for the fate of not only both countries, but also the world. It is stated that during the entire period under review, up to the end of the 1980s, territorial relations between them were the most stable component.

Resumen
The relevance of this article is to understand the problem of employment of graduates. Currently, in a market economy in Russia there are changes in the sphere of labor and employment. There is a tightening of conditions for young professionals to enter the labor market, which allows us to talk about unemployment, which in turn exacerbates the difficult situation of the Russian economy. Especially dangerous is the high unemployment rate among graduates of higher education institutions, because they are considered the most promising group in the working population. The aim of the study is to analyze the satisfaction of University graduates with the activities of employment departments. The leading method for the study of this problem is the method of the questionnaire, which indicates the units, which are ordered in a logical sequence, that it contribute to the effective identification of the degree of students’ satisfaction with implemented activities and employment. The article analyzes the concepts of employment and employability, their essence and the existing problems of students and graduates’ employment. The experience of research in the study of work within University organizations to promote the employment of students is analyzed. The novelty and originality of the study lies in the fact that the phenomena of employment and employability of students are analyzed. The problems of graduates associated with their employment are considered: lack of professional activity experience and work experience; lack of jobs of a certain specialty; complexity of employment associated with gender and age characteristics; lack of knowledge and skills to negotiate with employers on employment; poor awareness of young people about the features of various professions and labor market forecasts, and others. It is determined that in addition to studying at the University, more than half of the respondents do not work on a permanent basis. It is shown that the most common channels of information when searching for a job for students are the Internet and appeal to relatives and friends. It is revealed that most of the students believe that the University should provide assistance in employment and as the most popular way to promote employment on the part of the University by the students is noted the organization of meetings with employers. At the same time, more than half of the respondents did not attend employability promotion events held by the University. It is analyzed that the most common reason for non-attendance was the lack of informing of students. It is revealed that among the advantages of the events conducted, students noted a large number of employers, the organization of the event and getting answers to questions. It is determined that the main drawback of the events students consider the lack of information about the necessary vacancies and the lack of vacancies for students of humanitarian specialties. It is shown that the majority of respondents believe that the structure of employment should definitely be in every University. The data Obtained in the work can be used in labor psychology, age psychology, social psychology, pedagogy, sociology, as well as for further theoretical development of this issue.

Resumen
La calidad del servicio ofrecido es un factor determinante para la satisfacción del visitante y el aumento del flujo turístico. Por ello, en los últimos tiempos, se han desarrollado modelos de medición de la calidad de los servicios, que son aplicados a diferentes áreas del sector productivo, e incluso en el sector hotelero se tienen escalas de medición de la calidad especialmente diseñadas para este tipo de servicio; no obstante, actualmente no se cuenta con un modelo de medición de la calidad validado en el sector hotelero en el Perú. El propósito de la investigación fue determinar el nivel de calidad del servicio percibida por los visitantes, en los hoteles de tres estrellas en la ciudad de Huánuco aplicando el modelo HOTELQUAL. El estudio es un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo, no experimental de corte transversal. Como resultado se reflejó la percepción de la calidad del servicio por parte de los visitantes de los hoteles tres estrellas en la ciudad de Huánuco, que evidencia un buen nivel de percepción de calidad con respecto a las instalaciones y organización, mientras que con la dimensión personal el nivel de percepción es regular.

Resumen
The present study examines the causes of the decline of American hegemony and its impact on China's regional policies in the Middle East. Discussion of the decline of American hegemony is one of the materials on which there are different views. This issue is of great importance because of its impact on international politics. The reasons for the declining US hegemony trend and its impact on China's regional policies in the Middle East have not been addressed yet. The key question that has been addressed in this regard is what are the reasons for the decline of American hegemony and its impact on China's regional policies in the Middle East? The present study is a descriptive-analytic one and uses library method to investigate the mentioned question. The results indicate that the trend toward US hegemony is declining, citing the need for multilateralism, the US financial crisis, and its impact on the country's financial and manufacturing industry and the emergence of new powers, including China. The declining trend of American hegemony has influenced China's regional policy. The decline in US influence has provided China with an opportunity to trade and energy. China's strong need for energy resources in the Middle East has made it present more actively than ever in the Middle East as it has concluded numerous oil contracts with Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Iran.

Resumen
The article presents current issues of the influence of early feudal statehood and Islam on the development of the musical culture of the Volga Bulgaria of the pre-Mongol period. The Tatar people have a long history, writing, literature, and distinctive musical culture. The musical culture of the Tatar people is a unique form of artistic thinking of the people. It reflected historical destinies, living and working conditions, dreams and innermost thoughts of the Tatar people. The music of the Tatar people has changed over various historical periods. She absorbed the layers of new eras. At the same time, the music of the Tatar people has preserved traditions, despite modifications or the creation of a new one.Tatar original musical culture as a stylistic feature had a significant impact on the development of the spiritual culture of a number of peoples of the Middle Volga and Ural regions. Without knowledge of the spiritual culture of the Kazan Tatars and their ancestors, it is impossible to fully comprehend and appreciate the cultural achievements of the modern peoples of the Volga-Ural region.

Resumen
The article studies the features of professional self-actualization of civil servants through the determinants of information security. The essence and content of professional self-actualization are determined. The main theoretical approaches of scholars to the definition of professional self-realization of a specialist are described. Thus, professional self-actualization is a socialized direction of comprehensive development of the specialist's personality, which combines professional and spiritual experience in the process of obtaining professional qualifications and self-improvement in the process of performing professional tasks and functions, which is a necessary feature for disclosure and realization of personal and professional potential.
