The main objective of this work was to know the labour reinsertion and factors that explain this process. The study was performed in Taniche Oaxaca, a rural community with a high migration intensity index and with return migration records. It’s a descriptive and cross-sectional study, with qualitative methodology. Migrants who returned to Taniche during the period 2015 to 2017 were considered. The results of this research show that returned migrants are reinserted into precarious work, thus reproducing the same conditions that motivated their emigration.

In the case of Mexico internal forced displacement has emerged as one of the reasons for migration. It obeys to different phenomena of social character or natural origin. Nevertheless, the serious crisis of public security and generalized violence that has been lived in the country has been added to its causes. There are different actors involved and constitutes a serious violation to human rights. It has been little recognized by the authority and remains insuficiently quantified. For that reason, the link between internal forced displacement and criminal incidence is explored. Data from National Survey of Victimization and Perception of Public Safety (ENVIPE) are used. The focus is to provide elements of discussion to address this social phenomenon in the framework of governance.

In this article features of the cultural capital of children who attend basic education, from the United States accompanied by their relatives, who arrive in San Simeón Xipetzingo and San Francisco Tetlanohcan, Tlaxcala, are disclosed. Cultural capital includes the family inculcation of migrant children, the use of free time, extra class activities and their application in school subjects and the social mobility of parents, as part of social and cultural heritage. The teacher's role is also important, since his experience shows some understanding towards the returned migrant child, in a school context where he puts into practice his cultural capital in a state incorporated in the cultural capital in an institutionalized state; that is, the school. The main findings show that migrant children move their cultural capitals from their homes to school.
