Resumen
The objective of this work was to determine the effect of different dose combinations of Agrozoil and Delphinium varieties on morpho-physiological variables. At 28 days after planting, a greater height was reached with 7 ml.L-1 of Agrozoil in the Astolat and Summer Skies varieties, while the greater diameter of the stem was achieved in Summer Skies and Guinevere with 7 ml.L-1 of Agrozoil. Guinevere with 7 ml.L-1 of Agrozoil reached the highest height and diameter of the stem at 58 days while Summer Skies with that dose achieved the highest height and diameter of the stem at 86 days. At 91 days after the transplant, the greatest height and diameter of the stem was achieved with 7 ml.L-1 of Agrozoil in the Summer Skies variety, while when 5 and 7 ml.L-1 of Agrozoil were added in the Astolat and Galahart varieties, the number of leaves increased. Finally, the highest leaf area and number of flowers per plant was reached in the Summer Skies variety with 7 ml.L-1 of Agrozoil, while the highest height of the inflorescence was achieved with the combinations: Summerskie + 7 ml.L-1 of Agrozoil and Guinevere and 7 ml.L-1 of Agrozoil. Based on the results of this work, it was concluded that there were favorable effects of different doses of the Agrozoil product (mixture of ozonated oils) on the morpho-physiological response of different varieties of Delphinium.

Resumen
Pharyngitis is an infection that produces irritation or infection of the pharynx, it can be caused by viruses or bacteria, therefore it is manifested that within acute infections there is a prevalence of respiratory disease (acute pharyngitis) of 29% incidence in Latin America, factors such as pollution, cement and exposure to cigarette smoke predispose minors to acquire acute pharyngitis, since they affect the function of the cilia, causing bronchial and alveolar inflammation. The objective of this research was to analyze the prevalence of acute pharyngitis associated with environmental factors in Latin American populations. This study is descriptive of a documentary type, for the collection of information technological tools, the Internet, were used, taking into account original scientific articles and bibliographical articles with academic prestige on the subject raised. Within our results we emphasize that the deterioration of environmental conditions contributes significantly to disease processes, because it exposes the urban population to diseases, identified and known risks, including others that their treatment requires further evaluation. It was concluded that the majority of pharyngitis have a viral origin that is associated with the common cold produced by rhinoviruses, coronaviruses, or influenza viruses.

Resumen
Hydrocephalus and chorioretinitis are disorders manifested in patients with congenital toxoplasmosis that occur after the vertical acquisition of Toxoplasma gondii during gestation, and their frequency varies depending on the geographical area. For this reason, the present documentary study was proposed with the objective of analyzing the prevalence of hydrocephalus, chorioretinitis and their risk factors in newborns with congenital Toxoplasmosis, based on the analysis of different scientific sources using Boolean search engines, it was determined that hydrocephalus and chorioretinitis are frequently manifested in newborns, being so that chorioretinitis has a high prevalence rate, The study concluded that toxoplasmosis is a parasitic infection that triggers pathologies in newborns where chorioretinitis occurs in 100% of cases and hydrocephalus in 76.2% of cases, The South American countries have a prevalence of toxoplasmosis infection in women of gestational age with an average of 42%, ranging up to 93%.

Resumen
The purpose of this research was to create a model to implement a note control system that allows the digitization of Public Higher Technological Institutes of Ecuador free of charge to automate the information in an agile way. The research-action methodology was used based on four phases: Planning, where the need to create a model arose due to the evident lack of a grade control system in the institutes because of its high cost in the Action and Observation phase, the plan was implemented a MySQL database was created, and the web page was designed, using the programming languages PHP and CSS. Finally, in the Reflection phase, the files created were uploaded to a web server to verify their operation and conclude the implementation of the note control system model properly fulfills its function and can be presented to the Higher Technological Institutes. Public Technological Institutes of Ecuador.

Resumen
The global suffering of non-transmissible diseases, such as obesity and pathologies associated with it, are compromising a higher prevalence in the population, without ignoring the current situation in Ecuador; the National Health and Nutrition Survey (ESANUT) for the year 2018 publishes as results: "the combined prevalence of overweight and obesity in adults from 19 to 59 years old was 64.68%, being higher in women (67.62%) than in men (61.37%)” (Ministry of Public Health; National Institute of Statistics and Censuses, 2018). Because of this and the pathologies that are triggered secondarily, with special emphasis on the metabolic syndrome, a surgical therapeutic option has taken the lead with a diverse of bariatric surgery techniques that aim to eradicate the pathologies described; however, like any surgical procedure, it implies possible complications.

Resumen
Bioethics is called to carry out a comprehensive exercise, which allows it to identify elements of health around the dynamics of medical practice and public health. It is also important that it be positioned from the theoretical, conceptual and empirical understanding of the human right to health, without losing sight of the fact that its starting point is social realities, and it must take into account that in the meantime the field of health policy, within the framework of the individual (clinical-medical) or collective (community public health) sphere. This research has a documentary study design with a descriptive, bibliographical nature, by collecting information in original scientific articles, published in relation to the study variables. The primary objective of this study was to determine the application of bioethics in public health within the last five years, respectively. Concluding that, it is evident that there are gaps in the disciplines, but it is also important to recognize that starting from the existing power relations and the management of democracy it is possible to find a convergent path.
