The worldwide necessity of development from current generations, without any harm to the coming generations, is a matter of great importance, which the United Nations and the different national governments consider carefully. In this context, foreign affairs ministries have a highly social responsibility towards the accomplishment of sustainable development objectives, the achievement of building safer and more resilient human settlements, the reduction of the economic inequality among countries, the reduction of poverty and the construction of a more inclusive and equitable society. The objective of this paper is to identify value-based indicators of the contribution from Ecuadorian Foreign Affairs Ministry and Human Mobility (MREMH) to the sustainable development, as well as the proposal of an integral index. The tools used in this analysis were the work with experts, the Kendall´s method and the Fuller´s triangle. 23 value-based indicators were identified and were integrally assessed through the index of Integral Contribution to Sustainability (Icis). This article aims to present the construction of a quality management system with the application of ISO 9001:2015, in the Maria Auxiliadora Educational Unit in Manta (UEMA). The data collection techniques used were surveys and interviews directed to members of the educational community. The research starts from the analysis of the context, having as main findings that parents and students are satisfied with the services of the institution, however, according to the data, the quality management requires improvement, there are difficulties in communication and involvement of customers in the decisions of the institution; on the other hand, teachers and administrative staff who are directly related to these processes, agree with the implementation of a system that ensures educational quality. Likewise, difficulties were evident in the phases of the administrative process such as: planning, organization and communication, which motivated the implementation of the design of a management system with ISO 9001:2015 in order to improve the effectiveness of the processes; strengthen institutional growth, educational excellence and be at the forefront of education in the country. Covid-19, considered a public health emergency at the planetary level due to the damage it generates in the population, is undoubtedly today an immanent factor in the deterioration of mental health. This article aims to determine the incidence of Covid-19 on the mental health of the residents of the Ciudadela el Florón # 5 of the Portoviejo canton. The methodology corresponds to a descriptive cross-sectional field design, supported by the deductive-inductive method. The data obtained through the analysis of the categories considered in the SF-36 test are quantitative in nature. For the study, a representative sample of 274 inhabitants between the ages of 20 and 49 years was taken who were selected by non-probabilistic snowball sampling and answered the questionnaire through the google form platform. Among the most relevant results are health limitations for the development of normal activities, presence of physical discomfort and emotional problems. These data were contrasted with other investigations in this field, which allowed determining that Covid-19 has caused physical and emotional problems in the population under study, which has damaged their relationships in the family and social context. as well as the state of mental health. This work aims to identify opportunities for improvement in the university relationship with society, to develop a greater number of university outreach and outreach activities. The objective of this research was to identify opportunities for improvement that arise in the university-society link in Ecuador. A systematic bibliographic review of different approaches to linkage or extension was carried out, using the Desk Research methodology, the criteria frequently used for the assessment of this important mission of Higher Education Institutions were considered, evaluating experiences of Latin American and regional universities. In this study it was possible to determine that the elements that in pedagogical, psychological, and cultural terms are incidents in the connection of the university with society. Being some of the elements determined; the budgetary allocation for this fundamental mission of the universities, the absence of clearly defined policies regarding the activities that make up this link in each faculty, the lack of continuity in the implemented projects, which prevent their internalization and obtaining of the expected fruits in this relationship. A set of changes is proposed, among which it is proposed: to strengthen consulting services to public and private entities, to make a greater bond with graduates with a defined periodicity, to promote continuity education through workshops using virtuality for students, society, and teachers, in addition to expanding pre-professional internship activities to different public and private entities. The following research aims to determine the influence that the quarantine has had due to the pandemic of the current year, 2020, on the population. Being responsible the new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19), focusing on social change (isolation and social distancing), which was taken as a preventive measure for the spread or contagion of the virus, this leads us to quarantine and how it has affected people's mental health. The study will be carried out with the population of the community “Ángel Pedro Giler”, corresponding to the province of Manabí, one of the most affected in Ecuador by numbers of infections and deaths. The mental state of the people will be oriented to the anxiety levels of the chosen population. Carrying out surveys and applying anxiety tests (Dass-21 and BECK) to be able to measure the level of anxiety on the people of the presented study. Keywords: Anxiety, quarantine, pandemic.

The practice of psychology, either as a scientific discipline or as a public service, is based on two main foundations: the first is composed of a set of knowledge and skills that have been acquired through psychological research and practice; the second is made up of the ethics applied in the development of that set of knowledge and skills, and the actions carried out when these are applied to respond to the demands for the provision of services to users. (General Council of Colleges of Psychologists of Spain, 2009). The duties and rights of the psychologist profession are not only built from professional independence and autonomy, but they are also governed by deontological principles that are: respect for human rights and dignity of people, scientific professional commitment, competence, responsibility social and integrity, which are oriented to the establishment of rules on professional conduct, in the face of specific situations. (Colleges of Psychologists of the Province of Chubut, 2001). Emphasis is placed on various areas such as their image, penalties, professional intervention from different facets, such as: research, education, promotion, prevention, and psychological care. This reflects the diversity of criteria regarding the actions of the psychologist in each country and their position in the face of ethical dilemmas. This study focused on analyzing the portfolio of services provided by the National Police since it is one that enables human talent, leading all those community processes and developing preventive, operational and strategic actions made up of a series of strengths for the benefit of the community, Each of the services has its advantages, since they are pilot programs to be increased to the extent that citizens have a high receptivity, allowing the application of a methodology to determine the police service model, carrying out each stage in practice according to reality. For each sector, for the effectiveness of the improvement, the adoption of ISO 9001 standards was carried out; 2015 since these consist of organizing a quality system or procedures, reorganizing the institution accepting quality regulations and above all planning an improvement strategy that represents how an institution creates and delivers value to citizens constituting their work and contributing to improvement of the quality of services according to citizen requirements, therefore this study has the feasibility in time, economic and human talent required to achieve the stated objectives. The general purpose of this research work was to analyze the Crucita parish as a tourist destination and its prospects for business growth in the Portoviejo canton after the 16A earthquake. Through a non-experimental, qualitative and quantitative methodology, information related to natural disasters in tourist destinations was analyzed, as well as relevant information on Crucita obtained from the database of the Ministry of Tourism and the Internal Revenue Service. The results of the research allowed to obtain an overview of the businesses according to the productive activity, which affect the establishment of lines of intervention for the development of projects that contribute to the strengthening and progress of Crucita as a tourist destination. English is an indisputable tool in the globalized world, whose use is predisposed in a myriad of scenarios, which affects their lifelong learning for the economic improvement of companies and their internalization. In this way, the main requirement in personal hiring, the handling of the language in a fluid and technical way. With these premises, the purpose of the present investigation. This descriptive research has become the documentary and bibliographic information method, base documents are used by the different repositories of the University of the Armed Forces, the Technical University of Manabí and the different articles published on the Internet, including they have endorsed the relevance in the incorporation of the English language in all the university careers. In the end you can see that the learning of the English language is relevant to be used in different situations of companies such as large negotiations and internationalization, its use and all activities are more productive, which affects business success. The present study aims to determine the competitive strategies applicable to tourist accommodation in the Crucita parish in a sector in decline. The methodology was descriptive, and the information was collected through the review of statistical data from the Manabí catastro of the Internal Revenue Service, where it was found that the Crucita parish has 33 accommodation records, 15 of these records have remained in the sector for over 15 years. Based on this, the study population is made up of the owners and / or administrators who work in these 15 accommodation records. By means of the survey technique and the application of the instrument, the information and data that allowed to know the causes of the research problem were obtained. The instrument was a structured interview of mixed questions, and those with a closed option were dichotomous, allowing the competitive environment of the Crucita tourism sector to be determined. The results indicated that the situation of demand and exit barriers were considered an inhospitable environment and that the rivalry factor in 71% of opinions is due to weak and fragmented customers.
