Resumen
The planetary health emergency, caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, has led all governments to question whether they are really prepared for a peremptory situation of such magnitude. One of the many areas affected is education. Specifically in Ecuador, the change in classrooms was a pressing challenge for all direct and indirect actors, especially students and teachers. The new work performance, characterized by the change in classrooms, leads to the physical and mental wear and tear of teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to answer the following questions: Are there consequences in the mental health of workers? How to avoid strong emotional impacts? Does the change of classrooms increase the probability of suffering work stress in teachers? To answer these questions, a quantitative study with a correlational perspective was carried out. The research took a sample of 20 teachers of basic general education from four educational entities in the parish of Abdón Calderón in the canton of Portoviejo. Two test batteries were applied: Hock's psychosomatic problems questionnaire and Warr's job satisfaction scale. It was shown that 90% of the selected sample suffers from labor stress at different levels. In addition, evaluation variables such as age, sex, marital status and number of children were considered, proving that they contribute to the presence of stress in teachers of basic general education.

Resumen
Operators whose main task is to help or assist others in unpleasant moments are exposed to some consequences that would be closely related to the emotions and personal resources that you have to cope with stressful situations. Although it is true, working in the emergency service predisposes you to suffer some kind of psychological discomfort, considering that relating directly to emergencies leads to develop feelings of empathy and compassion that play an important role since not being regulated could trigger a decrease in response, emotional and psychological well-being in the operators, thus being able to develop Compassion Fatigue Syndrome. This research through an extensive and deep bibliographic review aims to characterize the Compassion Fatigue Syndrome, in addition to measuring the levels of this to the operators of the ECU 911 through the application of ProQOL test identifying the associated symptoms exploring the psychological impact that generates the syndrome in the areas of work, family and social. The results obtained describe that the operators that work receiving the emergencies in the ECU 911 present a high level with 52.1% of compassion fatigue.

Resumen
Psychology, unlike other professions, does not have a unified criterion of intervention but a multiplicity of approaches that guide professional performance. The role of ethical principles in the professional practice of the psychologist is an activity that places him in situations in which he is involved in decision-making, in the face of circumstances in which his professional behavior and the consequences of this are questioned. (Alfaro, 2012). Based on this, organizations have been formed to regulate the actions of mental health professionals, such is the case of the centennial American Psychological Association (APA), which already in 1938 created its Scientific and Professional Ethics Committee (Pope & Vetter, 2016). Based on the foundation of the ethical approaches and each principle, this research aims to identify similarities and ethical differences of the psychological approaches of greater incidence, and to relate the deontological principles of each psychological approach with the ethical principles proposed by the APA.

Resumen
Currently, the prevailing approaches to human rights are based on social constructivist theories and take an interdisciplinary approach to the subject, drawing on philosophy, history, political science and law, as well as sub-disciplines and specialties such as cultural sociology. and the sociology of law. Sociologists who study human rights analyze the conditions in which rights claims are made, the actors who make them, the institutions that implement rights claims and the modes of their legal codification, and the results of struggles for rights. rights and the social effects that rights have. In that sense, human rights and social justice tend to be perceived as separate concepts in the contemporary paradigm, with social justice being a more egalitarian set of standards and human rights serving as basic protections against the frequent risks that states impose on citizens. general interests of those who are subject to them. In this sense, this review considers the historical conditions that have allowed significant advances in human rights and social indifference.
