Resumen
The objective of the research was to analyze diabetes mellitus and COVID-19 and its repercussion on the lifestyle of the population, the study had a documentary design, of descriptive scope in which a search of different bibliographic documents of a scientific nature was carried out in the databases of Google Scholar, PubMed, SciELO, SpringerLink and ScienceDirect. Original articles were included, systematic review, the languages used were English, Spanish and Portuguese whose date of publication does not exceed the last five years, in addition to using official pages such as World Health Organization. The pathophysiological mechanisms of COVID-19 involved in diabetic patients are the increase and affinity of angiotensin-converting enzyme-II receptors with greater expression in the pancreas that will facilitate the entry of SARS-CoV-2. These patients presented lifestyles, such as poor sleep 84.7%, physical inactivity 68%, and, less frequently, smoking 0.6%. The countries with high prevalence of diabetes with COVID-19 are the United States 31.9%, followed by Mexico 35.6% and low in Ecuador with 10.4%. Finally, it was evidenced that diabetic patients with COVID-19 present negative lifestyle changes that deteriorate the immune response and increase the risk of perishing.

Resumen
In this article, the interconnection between Matlab and the KUKA Model KR 10 R900 sixx robot, which is located at the Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo, is studied and subsequently tested, through the use of a tool in the Matlab software that will solve its inverse kinematics through a kinematic method executed in a script of the same. For better handling when sending data and verifying them. KUKA Control Toolbox (KCT) is a collection of MATLAB functions for motion control of KUKA robot manipulators, running on a remote computer connected to the KUKA controller via TCP/IP. Reference is made to many methods for the communication and control of the robotic manipulator to get the control of the robot by PC, one of them is also the RoboDK interface with which it has TCP/IP communication to interact with the IP of the KUKA KR10R900 robotic manipulator.

Resumen
Diabetes mellitus is a syndrome characterized by an elevated blood glucose level, resulting in absolute impairment of insulin secretion and activity. It has a complex process of metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids and proteins that it initially produces as a consequence of a relative lack of insulin secretion. The objective of this research is to analyze the hematological alterations and risk factors that patients with diabetes mellitus may present. The methodology used was a descriptive narrative documentary design. Publications with study periods of the last 6 years were used; Articles published in databases of high scientific impact such as Pudmed and Scielo were selected. It was obtained as a result that in Ecuador and Chile the predominant risk factor is overweight and obesity; respiratory tract infections have presented a higher prevalence in Colombia of SARS-CoV-2 of 73%; In Mexico, an 80% increase in female urinary tract infections was found. Anemia was found as the predominant hematological alteration. With the study it was concluded that patients with diabetes mellitus who exceeded the seventh decade of life and who suffer from obesity and arterial hypertension presented cardiovascular risk, mostly mild risk.

Resumen
In the present research work, an automated two-body system is developed through communication between the Schneider TM221CE16T 9/7 PLC, the Delta DVP32ES2 PLC and the Wecon V-BOX Gateway, which PLCs used the Modbus communication protocol. That will help to be able to upload the data to the cloud and to be able to do a control through the platform that Wecon V-box offers us, which is V-net with the internet of things in an industrial way for the assembly of 2 Base-cap bodies and pin in an assembly system.

Resumen
Abdominal ectopic pregnancy is an extremely rare entity, which represents 1% of all ectopic pregnancies and is associated with high maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality. The maternal mortality with an abdominal ectopic pregnancy is seven to eight times greater than the risk of a tubal ectopic pregnancy and is 90 times greater than the risk of intrauterine pregnancy. We report the case of a patient with an abdominal ectopic pregnancy, which was diagnosed by abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound with 11 weeks of pregnancy. The patient was successfully treated with exploratory laparotomy and bilateral salpingectomy with complete removal of the fetus and placenta.
