 La misión de las instituciones educativas de educación superior se concibe en términos de contribución para impulsar el desarrollo regional y/o nacional a través de la formación integral de profesionales capaces de generar y aplicar conocimientos científicos y tecnológicos; para ello implementan estrategias basadas generalmente en indicadores cuantitativos –cobertura educativa, movilidad estudiantil, eficiencia terminal, seguimiento a egresados-  considerando pocas veces la opinión de los estudiantes para impulsar la mejora continua. El objetivo es medir la importancia y nivel de satisfacción que los estudiantes de posgrados inscritos en el Padrón de Excelencia del Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (CONACYT) en una universidad pública ubicada en el Sureste Mexicano, les otorgan a los servicios universitarios que reciben. El estudio es de tipo descriptivo no experimental con enfoque cuantitativo aplicándose un cuestionario validado a través del Alfa de Cronbach de 0.935 y 0.951 para las variables importancia y satisfacción, respectivamente.  Los resultados reflejan que los estudiantes le conceden mayor importancia a los servicios educativos y su nivel de satisfacción es mayor en cuanto a la organización académica, calidad administrativa y docente. Se concluye que la importancia de los servicios que reciben los estudiantes, si tiene efecto en la satisfacción del mismo.

Various conceptual approaches to understanding inclusive education have historically been formed in international and Russian law, in social and pedagogical experience and the ways of its implementation are multifaceted. Bringing legislation in conformity with international standards requires substantial reform in all areas of law, the formation of a new conceptual and categorical apparatus, classifications, a new approach to the implementation of interaction between agencies, social welfare, education, and medicine. A serious psychological and pedagogical assessment of each step of these reforms is required, taking account of the delayed results, achieving unity and understanding in society. The authors of this paper substantiate the importance and necessity of developing and implementing a program to create a model of inclusive education for children with disabilities. The authors conclude that the contemporary general education program should include the changes and conditions required for the successful implementation of inclusive education, namely, accepting the individuality of each student, the provision of the special needs of each child and appropriate systematic training of teachers, psychologists, medical and social workers

Undoubtedly, the social customs and traditions and beliefs are enumerated amongst parts of Persian culture and literature. The architects of Persian literature’s palace have taken advantage of these customs as themes and motifs for their poems and proses. These works are the full-scale mirror of their contemporary society. Certain beliefs, traditions and customs have been prevalent in certain periods. The poets or the authors have been fostered and developed in these pervasive beliefs and traditions in their periphery; they have seen them and lived with them and, willingly or unwillingly, used them in their literary works. Such types of matter have been understandable at the time of the poet by the elites and general public and everybody could readily discern them; but, these materials have been erased of the people’s minds in the course of time and for various reasons and they have sounded and looked rather odd to the later generations.The present study intends to investigate, within the research’s tolerance, the social traditions and customs reflected in the Persian prose and poetry works till 8th hegira century as topics less frequently dealt with so that the individuals interested in Persian language can be made familiar with the minutes of their thoughts and arts as well as with the national and cultural identity thereby to be assisted in resolving the difficulties and reaching a more precise understanding of the prose and poetry works.

Este trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito analizar las acciones pedagógicas aplicadas por los docentes para propiciar en sus alumnos las experiencias educativas que los conlleven a desarrollar los pilares fundamentales de la Educación Bolivariana, el estudio se ubica en el área de las ciencias humanas para lo cual se utilizó el método etnometodológico del paradigma cualitativo en una modalidad de campo aplicando entrevistas a profundidad, para analizar el discurso como  técnica de recabar la información de nueve docentes del Grupo Escolar Bolivariano “Venezuela” ubicado en Ciudad Ojeda-Venezuela, a los cuales se les realizó una pregunta abierta; también se utilizaron notas de campo, grabaciones y memorando sobre la entrevista para ser constatada por los entrevistados, corroborando la información, para alcanzar la confiabilidad y validez requerida; posteriormente en la teorización develada en los resultados, se encontró que los docentes están poco capacitados para desarrollar en los alumnos los pilares fundamentales de la educación bolivariana, por lo cual se establecieron las primeras normativas y reglas para un código de ética académica el cual propicia la participación activa de todos los involucrados en el proceso educativo de la institución.

El asma ocupacional se presenta por susceptibilidad a ciertos agentes contaminantes y pueden ser absorbidos por el organismo por ingestión o inhalación (mayoritariamente) y es objeto de atención, por parte de la comunidad internacional y la Organización Mundial de la salud, ante el incremento de casos existentes y la complicación de una detección y diagnóstico de la enfermedad por parte de los especialistas en la salud, es por ello que se torna de gran importancia el recabar y sintetizar la información que sobre el Asma Ocupacional se haya publicado.  Para el efecto se realizó una revisión sistemática exploratoria sobre las publicaciones, de los últimos 16años, realizadas en revistas científicas y buscadores especializados como Pubmed, Journal, Scielo, Google Scholar, entre otros.  Los resultados confirman la incidencia del problema, pero no únicamente por exposición a vapores irritantes o a sustancias presentes en material particulado dentro de los ambientes de trabajo, sino que es de origen multifactorial con una alta dependencia a las condiciones físicas del trabajador. 

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo validar y adaptar culturalmente el instrumento perfil de impacto de salud bucal en adultos ecuatorianos mayores a 40 años; a través de un estudio transversal y longitudinal tomando como referencia al instrumento de calidad de vida OHIP 14Mx. Se realizó en Quito, Ecuador, analizando variables socioculturales, clínicas y de autopercepción. Se tuvo una muestra de 150 personas, 68 hombres (45,3%) y 82 mujeres (54,7%); la edad promedio en hombres 59 años (±9) y mujeres 54 (±9). Se evaluó en la segunda prueba piloto la fiabilidad por dimensiones (mediana de 0,76 α de Cronbach), repetibilidad (0,99) y la estabilidad (0,99) para poder crear el OHIP 14Ec. La autopercepción de necesidad de tratamiento se pudo haber afectado ya que la totalidad de la muestra se captó en una clínica odontológica. La enfermedad periodontal (p= 0) y caries dental (p= 0,1) fueron las patologías más frecuentes. Por los resultados obtenidos del OHIP14Ec, se determina que es un instrumento confiable y repetible para su uso en adultos mayores a 40 años. Cumple las expectativas para evaluar la calidad de vida de los ecuatorianos

The Objectives Measurement of Cooperation Performance Indicators of Balance Score Card-Based (BSC) is to know the performance of certified cooperatives in Jakarta (capitol of Indonesia). Specific targets to be generated from this research are the Measurement of Cooperative Performance Indicators that can measure the performance of the Cooperative at the moment and can be used as a consideration for future decision making in a sustainable manner.  The research methodology used is descriptive, beginning with identifying and describing various aspects of cooperatives related to cooperative performance from a business side, such as marketing, operation/production, finance, human resources, legality, institutional, cooperation and so on. This research was carried out through a survey in several certified cooperatives in Jakarta that was sampled. The data were collected by using questionnaires, interviews and observation and in-depth interviews. The results of this study indicate in general from every perspective of Balance Score Card that from the perspective of the financial, certified cooperative in Jakarta, has average size of 3.223, on a scale of 1-5, while from Marketing perspective: 1.912, from the perspective of Internal Business Process: 1.765, and from a Growth and Learning perspective of: 2,370.

In this paper, it was tried to provide a comprehensive analysis of the term "artificial intelligence" and its essence definitions existing in the scientific literature. It is noted that nowadays, they developed several approaches to the interpretation of "artificial intelligence" definitions. At the same time, despite a wide range of studies on the interpretation, various areas of application, as well as the legal aspects of "artificial intelligence" concept, the unexplored horizons of this definition are quite wide. For this reason, the level of interest in the multidimensional consideration and analysis of the term "artificial intelligence" is quite high, which allows us to talk about fairly broad prospects for the development of legal approaches to its study.It is shown that the most convincing and consistent position of those scientists who are inclined to describe the concept under consideration by designating its essential properties and signs. These properties and signs of artificial intelligence include the ability to reason and control, legal understanding and legal awareness, learning and development, autonomy and decision making, etc.
