Cryptocurrency is a modern phenomenon of the digital economy, which is gradually becoming part of the business processes of companies of various profiles and economic sectors. The presence of unsettled issues at the legislative level of jurisdictions, as well as the ambiguity of approaches to the classification and assessment of cryptocurrency in financial reporting, gives rise to discussions of both practical and scientific nature. For trade organizations, the need to resolve this issue is evident, since already now businesses are considering the possibility of accepting payment for goods with some types of cryptocurrencies, as well as using cryptocurrencies to pay for the resources the company needs.

Art critics and artists conduct an intensive search in defining the tasks of artistic creation. Culture is undergoing a major shift in the field of modern art towards social interaction. What achievements have been made in the field of social art, as defined in the aesthetics of the interactions of "? How does critical thought develop in contemporary foreign art? What are the requirements of the art practices of critics Miwon Kwon, Maria Lind, Claire Bishop? In order to answer these questions, the authors examine the works of social artists, as well as the writings of critics, in which an alternative to the views of N. Bourriaud is expressed.

The article reveals that there is a trend in the current conditions of globalization and economic development of the world. This tendency determines the development of integration processes between the leading countries of the world. It is pointed out that significant changes are taking place in the higher education systems of European countries. It is proved that each of the educational processes that take place in the educational institution is aimed at achieving a certain kind of result. This result aims to provide quality educational services for all applicants. The main points of view of the scientists concerning studying the experience of management of higher education institutions in Great Britain and France are considered.

Observance of economic rights is the basis of stable economic development of the country. The state is obliged to create appropriate conditions for self-realization. Each state must properly evaluate the work of a person and guarantee decent living conditions. The purpose of the scientific article is to establish the level of economic human rights in Eastern Europe, the factors influencing the implementation of economic human rights, to establish a causal link between economic development and the level of economic human rights in certain countries, to introduce compliance issues, to insert the issue of observance of these rights and development of ways to improve the conditions of observance of economic human rights.

The article is devoted to the actual problem of the variety of means of nomination for men and women in the structure of the lively folk genre of the ditty. The focus is on the nominations of a person as a significant set of ideas about a language personality within Russian national culture. Units of the nomination of the masculine and feminine are the most frequent ones in the structure of the ditty genre, compared to other folklore genres and literary language. Gender reflects a person's mental perception of man and woman, male and female. The work focuses on the nominates representing the man in terms of psychology, ethics, morals, social ties.

Children are the main value of the country, they need care and special attention. The government is obliged to ensure the implementation of children's rights to upbringing, education and development. The family education of children is the priority form. However, there is a problem of orphanage and social orphanage, children left without parental care. There are various forms of placement for orphans. The family form of the placement, foster families, are priority in the world.

El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar la variable Work Engagement en profesionales de la salud del primer nivel de atención de los Distritos 24D01 y 24D02, pertenecientes a la Provincia de Santa Elena. En Salud Ocupacional, es importante contribuir con investigaciones de nivel científico en el país, con una visión que no se centre solo en las falencias como los estudios de Burnout, por el contrario, ver a la Salud de una forma positiva, en la cual se pueda evaluar las fortalezas del personal. El estudio tiene un diseño transversal de alcance descriptivo, participaron 177 profesionales de salud. Resultados: El Engagement en los profesionales encuestados corresponde a un nivel alto con respecto a la categorización de las dimensiones Engagement; con un coeficiente de confiabilidad Alfa de Cronbach 0,802. Conclusión: Existe Engagement en la muestra en estudio, estos profesionales a pesar del desgaste emocional que experimentan, el incremento de la demanda asistencial y las múltiples actividades que deben llevar a cabo, continúan trabajando con energía e inspiración, entienden su profesión como algo significativo, satisfacen su vocación con el vínculo afectivo que han desarrollado con sus pacientes.

El objetivo de este estudio es analizar el factor de riesgo psicosocial del personal administrativo de una Institución de Educación Superior, cuya muestra fue tomada en una universidad pública de la provincia de Manabí, en Ecuador. Para ello, se aplicó el cuestionario de evaluación de riesgo psicosociales del Ministerio de Trabajo, que establece ocho dimensiones de riesgos, que permitieron medir el riesgo psicosocial al que está expuesto el personal, evidenciando en los resultados que existe un bajo riesgo en algunos indicadores. Sin embargo, se determinó que es necesario prevenir y actuar sobre aspectos relacionados al acoso laboral, margen de acción y control de los empleados, y las condiciones de trabajo, dimensiones que obtuvieron un resultado de riesgo medio y alto. Para ello se deja planteado al liderazgo transformacional, como una alternativa de enfoque para superar los riesgos psicosociales detectados. Consideramos que este estudio contribuye al análisis del manejo del talento humano de una universidad, para mejorar sus condiciones laborales de uno de los estamentos más invisibilizados de la educación superior: el personal administrativo.

13 years ago, on December 22, 2006, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov signed the first government decree regulating the introduction of digital TV in Russia (TASS October 14, 2019). The article summarizes the authors’ long-term research on the country’s transition to digital broadcasting. Historical parallels are drawn with similar events from the history of television development. It is found out how this will affect different segments of the population. Possible ways of realization of digital signal reception for viewers are presented. Two possible ways of distributing terrestrial television content are briefly described. It is concluded that cable operators are monopolists of television broadcasting in apartment buildings.  The results of the study of cable operators in Russia are presented. In contrast to the majority of “winning” headlines in the media the hypothesis that cable TV networks will continue to broadcast in the same format on analog TV sets was confirmed. The authors conclude that the high urbanization of the Russian population has saved most of the country’s viewers from the severe shocks associated with the transition to digital television. A comparison of the television audience of the urban population and suburban residents is given. It points to the problems of pensioners and the poor caused by the digitization of TV.  The problems of possible destruction of the socio-cultural space of Russia due to the reduction or liquidation of local TV companies were highlighted. It is emphasized that it is the rural population that most contributes to the preservation of cultural traditions and moral foundations. It is emphasized that regional and municipal television is the main way of information influence on the local electorate. The analysis of pages of all subjects of the Federation of the official website of the STRC for broadcasting in digital format of local television is carried out. The dynamics of the emergence of new regional stations on the air was indirectly measured.  In conclusion, measures are proposed to unite the population of the country through the programs of regional companies

En la sociedad actual es incomprensible que el marketing trate de eludir los estudios semióticos, teniendo en cuenta que este fenómeno, se encuentra inmerso en significados culturales que le aportan sentido a su existencia y a la relación con objetos y contextos que le rodean. Dentro de las estrategias del marketing, se encuentra el desarrollo de producto; proceso que incluye: generación de ideas; test de concepto y producto; desarrollo del producto; marketing de prueba y comercialización. Esta fase es esencial para desarrollar estudios de significación; sin embargo, las empresas generalmente omiten la aplicación de estudios de significados por sus costos, o porque la praxis mercadológica desconoce el aporte semiótico en su ámbito. En tal sentido, el objetivo de este estudio fue analizar la importancia de la implementación de estudios semióticos en el marketing, específicamente en el desarrollo de productos. Para esto se desarrolló un estudio cualitativo basado en la revisión teórica de la literatura consultada sobre la temática. Los principales resultados obtenidos muestran que en efecto a nivel de la teoría hay un reconocimiento del aporte de los estudios semióticos en el campo del marketing, pero que esto se tiene muy poco en cuenta al momento de la práctica.
