Chronic renal failure implies the gradual loss of renal function, this can become terminal when the capacity is reduced to 10%. The purpose of this study was to analyze serum proteins and electrolyte concentration in patients with chronic renal failure. A narrative, bibliographic review of an explanatory level was carried out by searching for information in articles published in the last 10 years in databases; PubMed, Scopus, Biomed Central, Scielo, Redalyc, and Dialnet. It was evidenced that the parameters used in patients with renal disease are albumin, creatinine, urea, potassium, calcium, sodium and cystatin C, in patients with a history of acute renal failure they become factors that will have an influence on the beginning, the progress , detection and treatment of the disease to avoid reaching dialysis or transplantation. In conclusion, Chronic Kidney Disease is an emerging public health crisis that has increased during the last decade in Ecuador. Among the markers used in the evaluation of patients with renal insufficiency, albumin, creatinine, urea and cystatin C stand out in the electrolyte parameters are sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, chloride and phosphorus.

Technological advances and their impact on the education sector have led us to hear a variety of terms that a few years ago seemed distant. Thus, we are currently talking about cognitive society, virtual reality, augmented reality, immersive reality, i-learning (immersive learning), gamification, tutored metaverses, among others. These terms are part of our day to day and whether we like it or not, they are giving way to new possibilities to access the content that is published on the Internet and that is applicable to the educational field. Therefore, the present work aims to analyze the human-computer interaction and the considerations that must be taken when designing interfaces for the metaverse applied to education, for which a bibliographic review of the publications made in the various databases is carried out on the subject to identify pending issues to address and progress in the metaverse. As a result, the impact and level of acceptance that the metaverse has in various areas and its application in the educational field are shown, because these new scenarios provide us with a range of training tools to promote more active learning in the student.

This article deals with the speed control of a distributed brushless motor in 3 stages: modeling, equations and simulation. In the modeling stage: the equations that govern brushless motors (mechanically and electrically) are appreciated, in which these are united to form a complete modeling. In the equations stage: through state spaces, the operation of the speed and how this speed varies in brushless motors is mathematically modeled. In the simulation stage, using the simulink SW the required graphs were obtained and also the controls that were used are p - pi - pid, in this case the transfer function of the brushless motor was obtained using the Zielger - Nicholls method obtaining the values ki kp and kd, which are values that must be taken into account for the pid control, together by means of the block diagrams the implementation of the transfer function in open loop and closed loop p pi pid was carried out; finally by means of the scope it was possible to verify that the best speed control for brushless motors is the pid control (it stabilizes the system fast and does not have many oscillations).

Urinary tract infection is one of the most common bacterial infections in childhood and, although the prognosis is favorable in most cases, it is necessary to identify those patients at risk of permanent and progressive kidney damage. The objective of this study is to analyze the risk factors that influence recurrent urinary tract infections and their association with kidney damage in children, which is why an investigation was carried out with an analytical documentary design that is carried out in order to obtain data. and analyze possible solutions. Articles published in databases such as Pudmed, Google Scholar, Scielo, Elsevier, Redalyc, Medigraphc, Researchgate, and other refereed and indexed journals were selected. As results and conclusion of the investigation, it was possible to observe that the risk factors associated with urinary infections in infants continue to be key points for the prevention and control of said alterations, therefore the lack of hygiene, constipation and even anatomical factors are keys to understanding the process of infection and reinfection of the same consequently the spread of these apparently common and innocuous indices come to cause major serious problems such as kidney failure at such a young age.

The article shown below shows step by step how to create a digital twin using Siemens NX Software, in its Mechatronics Concept Design application, all this starting from the creation of a 3D assembly model, which has been carried out in SolidWorks software. In addition, the article tries to identify the possibilities and limitations that the same software has to obtain a digital twin and the utility that this supposes for the use and tests of a real plant. A detailed study of each of the parts that the plant has for its subsequent implementation in addition to its actual operation was carried out.

To determine the kinematic configuration of the mobile robot, the type of wheels for its movement is determined. Omnidirectional wheels on robots represent a favorable alternative to achieve mobility with a high degree of freedom. Based on the aforementioned analysis, this research addresses content on the omnidirectional mobile robot distributed in 3 stages: types of wheels, kinematic model and equations that govern the robot and the simulation of the omnidirectional robot with time that stabilizes.

The research reflects the relevance of the construction sector within the Ecuadorian economy, especially its strong influence on the country's current economic situation. Being a fundamental sector of the economy, it can be considered as an indicator of the country's situation. For this work, different national official sources are used with the objective of analyzing the contribution and relevance of the economic activity of construction and its effect on several national macroeconomic indicators. The construction sector is highly sensitive to the economy, as it is labor intensive and attracts foreign direct investment. In addition, it is important to highlight the high linkage effect it has with the input supply sectors, as well as with financial institutions. It is concluded that in Ecuador this sector is a dynamic activity of the country's productive apparatus and therefore: 1) it is important to have sufficient stability, generated through public policies; 2) solve the pent-up demand for housing; 3) generate confidence in the financial system; and 4) establish preferences for real estate investments to encourage the reactivation of this sector, as well as the economy as a whole.

O momento em que cada número de nossa Revista ganha seu formato definitivo, após vários meses de preparo cuidadoso, discussão de cada um de seus artigos e dos muitos detalhes editoriais, reveste-se de um atrativo particular, espécie de paternidade coletiva, quando, orgulhosamente, liberamos nossa produção da segurança de nossos limites em direção a um rumo próprio num mundo de infinitas possibilidades a sua frente. Quanto maior nosso empenho, maior o impacto da realização. Os números deste ano, comemorativos aos 10 anos da Revista, carregam um importante investimento da Comissão Editorial e de seus colaboradores, apoiados pela atual diretoria de nossa Sociedade. É compreensível, pois, que sua concretização seja objeto de grande contentamento. Prosseguindo no propósito de publicarmos contribuições de nossos convidados, o presente número inicia com o artigo original, “Ser uma mulher? O ponto de vista de uma psicanalista” de Danielle Quinodoz, visitante da Sociedade de 16 a 18 de outubro e que, no dia 17, apresentará, sob forma de conferência, o trabalho aqui publicado. Nesse artigo, Quinodoz revisa os pontos de vista freudiano e pós-freudiano do papel da castração e da vergonha, aborda a partir da clínica a evolução das fantasias sobre o órgão feminino inerte e sua evolução para a atividade, a questão da homossexualidade estruturante e reforça a idéia de uma definição do feminino através do positivo. O artigo seguinte, “A propósito da família na atualidade”, da autoria de José Milmaniene, nosso visitante em junho último, aborda as dificuldades das constituições familiares na atualidade, sua interação com o imaginário social e, neste contexto, seu papel gerador de patologias. Tem como tema central a tese da defecção estrutural da figura paterna, abordada com um referencial lacaniano, sugerindo que, para a manutenção da “normalidade neurótica” dos filhos, são necessárias a preservação da figura do pai e sua precedência sobre o Saber, bem como a diferenciação dos papéis maternos e paternos na estrutura familiar. Cátia Olivier Mello, de nossa Sociedade, é a autora de “Brincar e associação livre: semelhanças e diferenças no tratamento psicanalítico da criança e do adulto”, em que revisa as origens filosóficas e a evolução e modificações do conceito de associação livre, estabelecido como uma linguagem, e suas equivalências possíveis com o brincar como forma de expressão e atividade mental. Na seção de cinema e psicanálise, componentes do Curso de Formação de Psicanálise de Crianças e Adolescentes da SPPA discutem, utilizando o filme “A colcha de retalhos”, detalhes da formação da identidade na adolescência, baseandose nos conceitos de transgeracionalidade e ressignificação. Nossa seção especial traz um importante trabalho de César e Sara Botella, “Figurabilidade e Regrediência”. Esse texto, apresentado no 61e Congrès des Psychanalystes de Langue Française em janeiro de 2001, foi primeiramente publicado no Bulletin de la Société Psychanalytique de Paris e prontamente reproduzido no número especial, referente ao mesmo congresso, da Revue Française de Psychanalyse. A revista francesa, editada pela Presses Universitaires de France (PUF), de forma gentil e imediata nos autorizou sua tradução e publicação, o que muito lhe agradecemos. César e Sara Botella têm se destacado como autores criativos, minuciosos nas interrogações e investigações sobre o funcionamento psíquico e consistentes em sua argumentação. Com sólida formação freudiana, têm marcada influência de André Green e de W. Bion, entre outros pensadores psicanalíticos que podem ser melhor conhecidos na entrevista ao final deste volume. Nela, César Botella fala de sua formação e esclarece com desenvoltura diversos aspectos polêmicos de suas teorias, permitindo um maior entendimento de seus pontos de vista, objetos de crescente interesse no cenário psicanalítico internacional. No ensaio ora publicado, os autores fazem uma cuidadosa tentativa de ampliar a compreensão da vida psíquica através do estudo do “trabalho da figurabilidade” enquanto movimento de transformação de conteúdos mentais marcados pelo sexual primordial e indo além da representação. Estudam o papel da “regrediência” como potencial de transformação, como a capacidade e a qualidade que permitem alterações na dinâmica representação–percepção–alucinação. Através desses movimentos redefinem os estados primitivos da mente, o acesso ao irrepresentável e a escuta psicanalítica. Para atingir seus objetivos, abordam cada um dos conceitos em detalhes, diferenciando-os, contextualizando-os e comparando-os com os conceitos de regressão, vida onírica, rêverie, suas relações com a transferência e com o pulsional, para citar alguns exemplos dentro da amplitude da contribuição. Conforme antecipamos, a publicação dessa seção especial, representou um investimento significativo da Comissão Editorial da Revista de SPPA, com um destaque para o grupo de colegas, Alice Becker Lewkowicz, César Luis de Souza Brito, Gisha Brodacz, Luciane Falcão e Ruggero Levy que, coordenados por nosso Editor Associado de Redação, Paulo Henrique Favalli, tiveram a árdua tarefa de revisar a tradução do denso e longo texto de nossa seção especial e o fizeram com dedicação e competência. Cabe destacar também a colega Luciane Falcão, de nossa Comissão Editorial, pela cuidadosa tradução da entrevista de César Botella e pelos inúmeros contatos com esse autor, que permitiram que texto e entrevista fossem publicados. The article analyzes the performance perspectives of the Public Defender’s Office, an institution constitutionally responsible for promoting human rights at the federal level, on the subject of business and human rights. It discuss the ways in which a state institution, primarily shaped to individually and collectively defend the vulnerable people in Brazil in demands under the jurisdiction of the Federal Justice, can contribute to the protection of human rights and assistance to victims in the face of violations committed by private entities. The article is monographic, with a bibliographic review, and its based on the United Nations Guiding Principles on Human Rights and Business. As a result, it is concluded that the PDO is an important state actor for the consolidation of human rights, including in the context of violations by private entities; however, for the proper exercise of this task to be possible, the effective implementation of the institution throughout the country is essential, in accordance with the constitutional command.

En primer lugar, este artículo tiene como objetivo esbozar las iniciativas internacionales llevadas a cabo por la Defensoría Pública Federal – DPU de Brasil, dando forma a la base teórica que permitió la inclusión del acceso a la justicia y los derechos humanos en la agenda internacional. En segundo lugar, pretende evaluar el perfil y los objetivos de dichas iniciativas. Se utilizaron análisis documental y bibliográficos para explorar los temas de cooperación internacional, defensa pública, acceso a la justicia y derechos humanos. El autor realizó un análisis cualitativo y las iniciativas de cooperación internacional reportadas se llevaron a cabo durante los años 2019 a 2021. Finalmente, se presentan consideraciones finales sobre los beneficios de la cooperación y la importancia de la diplomacia de defensa pública.
