During the Great War, academics, intellectuals, diplomats, journalists, war correspondents, artists, among other social actors, played a key role in being directly or indirectly part of a propaganda process in favor of their nations and against their warlike enemies with in order to influence local public opinion. The activation of various propaganda pressures and attempts at vigilance and social discipline developed in Argentina through practices and imagery linked to representations, feelings, emotions, obligations and values that defined the disputes in antagonistic terms. This paper analyzes the vision that the French military attaches presented in their notes, correspondence and reports to the administration of the French State during that period against the alleged German-philosophical propaganda accusations that associated the French with the "trafficking in women", the "Rufianism" and female prostitution. In the analysis, sources, statistics, journalistic and literary sources were used, which until now have not been addressed together. It is hoped to contribute with this work to the academic discussions about the impact of the Great War in Argentina.

The following work is focused on knowing the militant practices of the socialists in the municipality of Morón, province of Buenos Aires, between the years 1917 - 1922. For this, a qualitative analysis of the editorials of two newspapers, of the newspaper La Vanguardia, has been carried out, official organ of the Socialist Party of Argentina, and of the newspaper El Imparcial, a local newspaper published between 1914 and 1950 ideologically identified with conservative sectors. The proposed theme is highly relevant, since from this it is possible to analyze how the socialist citizens of Morón acted and intervened in their local reality. The selected period responds to a context of great class and interclass conflict, influenced by different national and international processes, such as the Bolshevik Revolution, which configured a particular scenario of great activity by the labor movement and elites throughout the world. In the following work it is argued that the activism of the Socialist Party in Morón between 1917 - 1922 was based on the visibility of local problems and party propaganda in electoral periods, implemented through the different socialist centers of the municipality. The results show the existence of a militant practice in the Morón community that leaned towards socialism with different degrees of activity, influenced by the electoral periods, whose objectives were to weaken support for the opposition political sectors of the population.

The stories and contributions of notables who structured the educational system and the appreciations of Quichua in the provincial campaign will be the sources of consultation for this work; The linguistic registers will be taken into account that allow not only to delimit a geographical space but also to understand the actions of the provincial state in educational matters. The national censuses and the records of the school population present in the inspection reports allow us to reconstruct the slow process through which primary schooling went through during the 19th century and how the absence of certified preceptors set in motion the actions of justices of the peace since the provincial campaign.

The article presents the historiographic review from the critical analysis of discourse (ACD) that allows a novel approach to the documentary sources for history, through the case of the document resulting from the visit of a colonial official to New Spain. It is emphasized how historiography feeds on this methodological strategy by contextualizing the values or convictions contained in the document and that refer to the author's socio-historical context.

Argentina has been a country historically marked by international migration. From its profile of receiving nation, between 1882 and 1930 absorbed half of the Spanish migratory flow bound for Latin America. Turning the interior into an available space of opportunities for newcomers. One of the Cordovan receiving regions was the area surrounding the Río Cuarto - Río Tercero branch. The presence of a solid Spanish community with its epicenter in the city of Almafuerte motivated it to be baptized as small España. This previous migratory flow between the years 1910-1925 played the role of facilitator in the requirements of the Argentine migratory policy in force during the postwar period, so that a new wave of Spaniards arrived in the town, connecting this process through a migratory chain. Consequently, this second group of Spaniards migrated to Argentina between 1949 and 1962. This flow manifested a series of its own characteristics reconstructed from interviews, passports, travel tickets, epistles and private photographic records; complemented with journalistic notes and official documents located in the Municipal Archive of Río Cuarto and the General Archive of the Nation. Consequently, these Andalusians shared the place of origin and destination; Furthermore, that the migratory chain and the solidarity ties that they managed to build closely linked both migratory waves. Whereas, parental and / or friend ties provided immigrants with an environment of containment to settle and access the labor market in their new place of residence.

In recent decades, Peronism increased its presence as an object of historiographic study. Old approaches were put aside and new issues were analyzed from different perspectives. In this context, the works on the local experiences of the first Peronism took center stage. In many cases newspapers were used as indispensable sources, which in turn became an object of study themselves. There are studies on the relations between Peronism and the press at the national, provincial, large cities and some municipalities in the interior of the province of Buenos Aires, but not with respect to the parties that belong to the Greater Buenos Aires. This article contributes to studies on the press and Peronism, but in this case the local press was analyzed, more precisely the newspaper Nueva Idea, which was published in the town of Ramos Mejía in the municipality of La Matanza. Through a journey through the first ten years of the history of this newspaper source, it is intended to locate independent local newspapers as important political actors capable of influencing the decisions of municipal governments.
