Este artículo resulta, de una investigación realizada desde la actual condición tecnológica en la que se lleva a cabo la virtualidad en la universidad; para que los estudiantes y los profesores, puedan tener oportunidades de interacción. El objetivo es: conducir el proceso formativo de los estudiantes/profesores que estimule el desarrollo de competencias digitales y el fomento de una cultura universitaria desde esta modalidad de aprendizaje. Se decide trabajar con dos unidades de análisis, estudiantes y profesores. En la ponencia se genera como resultado una estrategia de implementación del aprendizaje en línea, que se estructura por tres dimensiones con sus etapas correspondientes, que permite la precisión de acciones, organiza, orienta y evalúa la práctica educativa para que aprendan haciendo profesores y estudiantes. La estrategia fue sometida al criterio de 10 expertos. En el caso de la formación de profesores, es necesario que vivencien este proceso como parte de su desarrollo profesional. El logro de las competencias digitales implica un cambio de pensamiento; que en la universidad adquiere una connotación particular, pues sus profesores, ya poseen un conocimiento básico de la virtualidad.Palabras clave: competencias digitales, aprendizaje en línea, estrategia, dimensiones, profesores. ABSTRACTThis article results from an investigation carried out from the current technological condition in which virtuality is carried out in the university; so that students and teachers can have opportunities for interaction. The objective is: to lead the training process of the students / teachers that stimulates the development of digital competences and the promotion of a university culture from this learning modality. It was decided to work with two analysis units, students and teachers. In the presentation, an online learning implementation strategy is generated as a result, which is structured by three dimensions with their corresponding stages, which allows the precision of actions, organizes, guides and evaluates the educational practice so that they learn by doing teachers and students. The strategy was submitted to the criteria of 10 experts. In the case of teacher training, they need to experience this process as part of their professional development. Achieving digital skills involves a change of thinking; that in the university it acquires a particular connotation, because its professors already have a basic knowledge of virtuality.Keywords:digital skills, online learning, strategy, dimensions, teachers.

La presente investigación se realizó en la Granja experimental Santa Inés de la Facultad de Ciencias Agropecuarias en la Universidad Técnica de Machala, con el objetivo de evaluar el efecto de la interacción del nitrógeno con el potasio sobre la intensidad de la clorofila en el cultivo de banano. En la variable IC los tratamientos que llevaron nitrógeno (200, 400 y 600 kg ha-1) se observaron diferencias estadísticas a la dosis 0 kg ha-1, distinto comportamiento se observó en los tratamientos que llevaron dosis de K, en donde todas las variables IC y AF no evidenciaron diferenciación estadística entre las dosis 0, 350,700 y 1050 kg ha-1 de K2O. En la evaluación de la variable AF los tratamientos que llevaron nitrógeno se diferenciaron estadísticamente a la dosis 0 kg ha-1, por otra parte, los tratamientos con dosis de 0, 350, 700 y 1050 kg ha-1 de K2O, no evidenció diferenciación estadística. Estos datos fueron corroborados mediante una prueba F, donde los tratamientos que llevaron nitrógeno se diferenciaron estadísticamente, no así, las dosis de K y la interacción NK para IC y AF, sin embargo, el AF del mes de mayo si tuvo interacción estadística del K y su interacción. Palabras clave: Clorofila, área foliar, tratamientos, interacción. ABSTRACTThis research was carried out at the Experimental Farm Santa Inés of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences at the Technical University of Machala, with the aim of evaluating the effect of nitrogen interaction with potassium on the intensity of chlorophyll in banana cultivation. In the IC variable the treatments that carried nitrogen (200, 400 and 600 kg ha-1) were observed statistical differences at dose 0 kg ha-1 were observed, different behavior was observed in treatments carrying K doses, where all THE CI and AF variables showed no statistical differentiation between doses 0, 350,700 and 1050 kg ha-1 of K2O. In the evaluation of the AF variable the treatments that carried nitrogen were statistically differentiated at the dose 0 kg ha-1, on the other hand, treatments with doses of 0, 350, 700 and 1050 kg ha-1 of K2O, did not show statistical differentiation. These data were corroborated by an F-test, where treatments that carried nitrogen differed statistically, not so, the K doses and NK interaction for IC and AF, however, the May AF if it had statistical interaction of K and its interaction. El liderazgo como elemento esencial de la responsabilidad social que contribuye al proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, permite develar la relación entre gestión de la calidad y perfil deseable en las unidades educativas matovellanas. El presente estudio se contextualiza en el contexto educativo articulado por los factores sociales, culturales, tecnológicos, pedagógicos y educativos. Se sustentará en las relaciones y los conexos que develan las nuevas significaciones que se redefinen y que se reconceptualizan con relación a los estándares y el perfil del deseable del educador matovellano. El estudio tiene como motivación principal el nivel experiencial de las investigadoras, en cuanto a los requerimientos esenciales que desde los recursos humanos precisa un líder para llevar de forma certera el proceso de administración de las instituciones educativas de tanta relevancia y proyección social, es decir, las instituciones educativas matovellanas del régimen costa del Ecuador.Palabras clave:Liderazgo, gestión de la calidad, perfil deseable, proceso de enseñanza. ABSTRACTLeadership as an essential element of the social responsibility that contributes to the teaching-learning process, allows unveiling the relationship between quality management and a desirable profile in the educational units of matovellana. This study contextualizes the educational context articulated by social, cultural, technological, pedagogical and educational factors. It will be based on the relationships and the related ones that reveal the new meanings that are redefined and reconceptualized in relation to the standards and the profile of the desirable of the matovellano educator. The main motivation of the study is the experiential level of the researchers, in terms of the essential requirements that from human resources a leader needs to carry out in an accurate way the process of administration of educational institutions of such relevance and social projection of the educational institutions of matovellano of the Ecuadorian coastal regime.Keywords:Leadership, quality management, desirable profile, teaching process.

El propósito del artículo es dar a conocer el uso de los recursos didácticos empleados por los docentes para promover el interés de los estudiantes por las matemáticas. El objetivo radicó en determinar si se emplean recursos didácticos para la enseñanza de las matemáticas. La investigación fue de corte cualitativo-cuantitativa, para lo cual se emplearon métodos teóricos como el de análisis y síntesis, histórico lógico, al igual que para el estudio de campo se aplicó un cuestionario estructurado por 4 dimensiones, distribuidas en 12 ítems que se aplicó a 28 estudiantes y 1 docente; entre los resultados alcanzados se encuentran el poco empleo de recursos didácticos en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. Se concluye que existe predominio de enseñanza tradicional centrada en el docente, poca participación del estudiante en la aplicación de los ejercicios y por ende pérdida de interés de los estudiantes por las matemáticas.Palabras clave:Recursos didácticos, destrezas, motivación, interés y matemáticas. ABSTRACTThe purpose of the article is to publicize the use of teaching resources used by teachers to promote students' interest in mathematics. The objective was to determine if didactic resources are used for the teaching of mathematics. The research was qualitative and quantitative, for which theoretical methods such as analysis and synthesis were used, logical historical, as well as for the field study a questionnaire structured by 4 dimensions was applied, distributed in 12 items that was applied to 28 students and 1 teacher; Among the results achieved are the low use of teaching resources in the teaching-learning process. It is concluded that there is a predominance of traditional teaching centered on the teacher, little participation of the student in the application of the exercises and therefore loss of interest of the students in mathematics.Keywords:Teaching resources, skills, motivation, interest and mathematics.

El progreso del avance científico-técnico constituye uno de los factores más influyentes en la sociedad contemporánea, su uso adecuado tributa al desarrollo de los sistemas de aprendizaje acordes con las necesidades educativas de los educandos pues la educación, por su propia esencia constituye un proceso social. En este contexto, es ineludible proyectos que integren la lengua inglesa como instrumento de comunicación, así como, el uso adecuado de las tecnologías como acceso y procesamiento de la información. In this context, inescapable projects integrate the English language as an instrument of communication, as well as the appropriate use of technologies such as access and information processing. La situación extrema con la pandemia de la Covid-19, ha planteado grandes retos y por consiguientes nuevas prácticas y aprendizajes para las universidades, que conlleve a la continuidad en la formación de los profesionales, al desarrollo de la investigación e innovación y al vínculo permanente con la sociedad, en condiciones de aislamiento social, según las particularidades del contexto, en el presente y con visión de un futuro todavía incierto. Los autores de este trabajo reflexionan en lo anteriormente declarado, desde la experiencia, el estudio de fuentes de información y el desarrollo de nuevas prácticas en condiciones de trabajo integrado y de intercambios entre universidades.Palabras clave:Gestión universitaria, procesos sustantivos universitarios, Covid-19, concepción humanista. ABSTRACTThe extreme situation with the Covid-19 pandemic has posed great challenges and consequently new practices and learning for universities, leading to continuity in the training of professionals, the development of research and innovation and a permanent link with society, in conditions of social isolation, according to the particularities of the context, in the present and with a vision of a future still uncertain. The purpose of this article is to analyze the elements present in the National Education Plan (PNE) 2014-2024 related to the National Special Education Policy (PNEE 2008) from the empirical analysis carried out in a basic education school, in Riacho Fundo I) in the Inclusive Education Perspective, trying to verify how the educational institution in question has served the public that demands specialized educational assistance. The article addresses, from a documental, bibliographic and empirical point of view, the theme related to the implementation of goal 4 of the PNE 2014-2024 and the PNEE, asking the following question: What is the reality of the school routine that is under the influence of the Policy National Special Education in the Perspective of Inclusive Education (2008) and PNE (2014-2024) goal 4? The itinerary for the resolution of the question goes through the analysis of the legislation related to a case study of a specific school reality. The results show that the school community was not prepared in advance to assist people with disabilities, does not have an adequate infrastructure for serving the Special Education public and points to a group of Education professionals who did not receive continuing training from the State Department of Education of the Federal District as they should, but who are developing the work based on their own efforts.

Among the most used integrative therapies, reiki stands out, which is an oriental therapy characterized by the laying on of hands on individuals at specific points in order to restore physical, mental and spiritual balance. Objective: This study aims to compile recent data regarding the benefits of complementary integrative therapies, with a focus on reiki through a literature review. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review based on the search and selection of articles in the databases of the BDENF, LILACS and SciELO platforms, based on the keywords established, in the period from 2015 to 2019. Results: Group in the following categories: the nurse's view regarding the use of complementary integrative therapies; the nurse's role in reiki; and the effect of reiki as a complementary treatment. Conclusion: It reinforces the importance of the nursing professional having these care tools to treat symptoms of diseases, and the best opportunity to offer them to the population within health institutions, resulting in an improvement in the quality of life. A greater number of trained professionals is needed, institutions that contain such practices in their academic curriculum and a greater possibility of conducting research in this area to prove the effectiveness of these practices.

Objective: To analyze the clinical profile of patients co-infected with TB-HIV, in order to establish promotion, prevention and treatment strategies aimed at this population, adapting them to the environment in which they live. Methods: This is an integrative literature review, from 2016 to 2020, through electronic data collection at the Virtual Health Library (VHL - BIREME), Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo) and PubMed, in addition to Manuals Ministry of Health. Results: 14 scientific articles were selected, these addressed subjects that were later separated and organized by category, where the knowledge published through them about the proposed theme was consolidated, syntactically linking them in order to obtain a set of information and conclusions from the authors selected. Conclusion: The development of TB / HIV co-infection is influenced by the social, cultural and economic conditions in which people live.

This article deals with the development and results of a research carried out in a Psychosocial Cohabitation Center of the Municipality of Santo Antonio do Descoberto. The objective of this study was to analyze the perception of the transdisciplinary team of the Living Life Cohabitation Center and to understand how professionals see the service in which they are inserted considering the Psychiatric Reform, the aspects that facilitate and make difficult this action. For this purpose, a quantitative approach was adopted through an objective questionnaire with 35 employees of the institution, the results obtained indicate that the perception of the transdisciplinary team on psychiatric reform is divided among the categories, considering that only 47% of the professionals studied are knowledgeable about the process of psychiatric reform, and mostly comprised nurses and nursing technicians. It was concluded that 53% of the workers presented difficulties in the knowledge of the law, 10.216 / 01 that governs the process of psychiatric reform, however practice the assistance of those surveyed to the patient with mental disorder, is consistent with the principles of psychiatric reform, being notorious the humanization in care, the medical centrality, and the inclusion of family members in the therapist process. It is pointed out here that the institution explores but theoretical investment on psychiatric reform, further qualifying its transdisciplinary team.
