The present article is concerned about what Hegel calls ‘method of carrying it out’ in the Introduction of the Phenomenology of Spirit. My aim is to give an explanation about how this method works in such a way that it achieves the goals that Hegel impose to himself. In particular, my purpose is to give an explanation about why the new object for each figure of consciousness is in each case a different one, and why the new object emerges from the correction of the knowledge embodied in a particular figure of consciousness. I focus my efforts in criticising the answers to those questions that I got from various authors, whith special attention to: Kenneth Westphal (1998), Robert Brandom (2019), Stephen Houlgate (2013), and Robert Pippin (1989). After I criticise those answers, I will propose a sketch of my own explanation, which resorts to an internal criterion of truth analogous to the one which Spinoza uses in his philosophy.

The present work proposes a reflexion about difficulties involved in the distinction between “doing philosophy” and “making history of philosophy”. We support the convenience of this problematic distinction, but in a way that the coexistence of the two perspectives guarantees mutual enrichment. In particular, we insist that the second perspective promotes an attitude that is more open to understanding the distinct ways in which the human being has tried to acces to the truth, and that avoids the self-sufficiency in which the first risks falling.

Resumen
"No one knows what a body can do" is one of the most invoked phrases about Spinoza; generally to talk about the indetermination of bodies or the unlimited power of them. However, that does not take into account the double attribution, one of the central points of Spinoza's philosophy; so mind and body are one and the same thing seen from different attributes of the unique substance. To explain this phrase, which never appears like that in Spinoza's works, I consider the notion of individual is crucial. My hypothesis is that this statement is inadequate if we consider the double attribution and the characterizations of the individual. I have two goals: (1) to develop the characterizations of the individual as a complex body and conatus; in order to to address how these characterizations answer the question about what a body can do; and (2) to analyze the scholium that gave rise to the phrase in the title, phrase that erroneously reverses an old error.

Resumen
The novel coronavirus outbreak has triggered a rapid response from clinicians and life sciences researchers globally. Resultant advances in research show promise not only for tackling the current pandemic but also for informing future infectious disease diagnostics. We are going through a tough time. COVID-19 or SARS CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2) causes pandemic in the whole world. Apart from quarantine some health measures are desperately needed to be taken as well. Mortality from COVID-19 is higher in some countries than the others. Many factors are playing essential role in this disparity including elderly people in population, general health, quality and accessibility of healthcare, socioeconomic status and most importantly Vitamin D status in the population. In this article we will be giving insights to the roles of Vitamin D in reducing respiratory tract infection, knowledge about influenza and COVID-19 epidemiology and how Vitamin D can reduce the risk. Vitamin D can reduce the risk via several mechanisms such as inducing cathelicidins and defisins which can lower the rate of viral replication, reducing pro inflammatory cytokines concentration which can injure the lining of the lungs leading to pneumonia and increasing the anti-inflammatory cytokines concentration. Vitamin D can lower the risk of COVID-19 outbreak in winter when the concentration of 25 Hydroxy Vitamin D or 25(OH) D will be lowest. Deficiency of vitamin D can cause acute respiratory distress syndrome, increase fatality rate in aged people when 25(OH) D concentration is lower. So it is required to take 10,000 IU/d of Vitamin D3 to raise 25(OH) D for few weeks followed by 5,000 IU/d. The concentration of 25(OH) D in the body should be higher than 40-60 ng/ml (100-150 nmole/L) to lower the risk of COVID-19.

Resumen
Objetive: this work sought to analyze how behavior therapy can help in treatment of peaple with Burnout Syndrome (SB). The is still no consensus regarding the concept of SB, but the most accepted concept in scientif Society is that Maslach and Jakson, and in Brazil , the only work from the perspective of Behavior Analysis (BA) onde the SB , even so conceptual is that of Schmitz (2015) and Schmitz and Soares (2020) . It is an disease, causad mainly by the consoladition of the Capitalist mode of prodution and more recently , with the processo of blobalization of the work. So it is important to analyze how behavior analyts, especial those dealing with behaviora, therapy with this theme. Methodology: To do so, we first sought to survey the first studies carried out by the German-born German American psychologist, H. Freundenberg (1974) and those made by Malasch and his collaborators. In this sense, the present study sought not only to conceptualize BS from the perspective of behavior analysis, but mainly how behavioral therapists can treat this disease with their patients, under a multidisciplinary aspect since, for now only CA alone and therapy behavioral treatment doesn’t handle the treatment, so there was even the suggestion of experiential techniques from Psychodrama that can increase the behavioral repertoire of the individual with BS, especially teachers. CA concepts to better understand this problem that affects thousands of professionals worldwide, with that, some CA concepts as operant and respondent, extinction, reinforcement and modeling and aversive control, based on what was developed by Skinner's Radical Behaviorism. The methodology used was a search in the main portals of the country and the world with descriptors in Portuguese, English and Spanish, and logical arguments. Results: The results obtained were satisfactory insofar as it was possible, through theoretical conceptions, to develop coping strategies using behavioral therapy and Psychodrama for the clinical improvement of the complaints brought by the complainants. Conclusions: It became evident that research on behavioral therapeutic aspects to help people with BS, requires more in-depth research, preferably experimental research that can be applied in the clinical context, as well as the possibilities of comprehensive therapeutic interventions capable of dealing with this problem, in addition, it is a research that showed the capacity of CA in the context of the study of mental health, which can be broader and encompass various diseases.

Resumen
Computerized immunization systems have the purpose of collecting data relating to immunization practices in order to produce specific data from a local sphere to facilitate the resolutions and conducts in the domain of immunization management. In Brazil, we use the Information System of the National Immunization Program, the SIPNI. The current study tends to evaluate if new technologies of mobile health tools, approved by WHO, can enhance SIPNI. It is an integrative review of literature in the databases LILACS, GOOGLE SCHOLAR, SCIELO, BDENF and MEDLINE using the descriptors: SIPNI, mobile health, mhealth, immunization. The results of this study pointed out that mobile health initiatives with public partnerships, despite the encouragement of WHO, were not found in Brazil through publications. The studies about the SIPNI theme are still very deficient. The researches found about the topic of mobile health (mhealth), with public partnerships, were all in other countries and express data of qualitative and quantitative importance, from local spheres. The research concluded that in general, there is preliminary evidence to support the use of mhealth mobile health technology to expand vaccination coverage in low- and middle-income countries and to improve the information system of the national immunization program, the SIPNI.

Resumen
Objective: Analyze the use of gamification as a strategy for improving the increase in hand hygiene by health professionals, in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology: This is an integrative review study of the bibliography, from 2010 to 2020. Data was collected through research carried out in electronic databases of the Virtual Health Library (VHL - BIREME) and Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo). Results: The selected articles highlight the importance of promoting hand hygiene as a measure in the prevention and control of healthcare-related infections, in addition to the challenges of implementing measures to maintain hand hygiene behavior by health professionals for a long time, bringing gamification as an element to boost the act of hand hygiene in a playful and fun way. In the present work we have as a panorama the current global pandemic situation, with the covid-19, which brings as measures to fight, hand hygiene, not only of health professionals but of the entire population, demonstrating its extreme importance for this theme. Conclusion: It is concluded that the pandemic brought a new look to the practice of hand hygiene, making mechanisms such as gamification more present for greater adherence and awareness of health professionals and the population in general.
