With the advent of the new coronavirus, known as SARS-CoV-2, on countries it has created a daily paralysis in their activities of the population, due to the need for social isolation to slow the progress of the disease caused by the virus. The objective of this research was to identify the main weaknesses presented by the elderly, due to the isolation, imposed by the new Coronavirus. The risks of the elderly in developing more severe forms of the Coronavirus, due to comorbidity and fragility in the face of the virus infection. It is an integrative review, that is, one of the methods that seeks to analyze and synthesize in order to gather research results. The bibliographic survey was carried out on articles available on the internet, through the LILACS Latino- and SciELO databases. As a result, the risk of complications from COVID-19 increases with age, since most deaths occur in the elderly, especially those with chronic illnesses. It is concluded that, the nurse working to combat Covid-19, must promote health, care for the patient in all areas, including promoting rehabilitation in more complex cases. He is a promoter of family health. The nurse maintains direct and constant contact with the elderly patient, thus generating a responsibility, as he will advise on medications, nursing care, guidance for family members, in short, he will take care of the patient in the most different situations.

The theme of this article is the role of nurses in promoting men's health. The following problem was investigated: “how does the nurse encourage the promotion of men's health in health institutions?”. The following hypothesis was considered “the nurse is a fundamental element in the implementation of public health policies for men”. The general objective is to demonstrate the relevance of nurses in offering assistance to men. The specific objectives are: to understand the importance of nursing professionals in men's health and to describe public policies for such public. This work is important for an operator of the Law due to the fact that the understanding of the subject allows a better assistance, for science, it is relevant because it favors the improvement of the current assistance strategies; it adds to society due to the fact that better public policies favor better assistance. This is a qualitative theoretical research lasting six months.

Poly PVC (chloride and vinyl) is a material widely used in the manufacture of various packaging and frames, in the pharmaceutical industry PVC and PVC / PVDC Poli (chloride and vinyl) give life to the blister packaging that protects the tablet in several ways , its barrier inhibits the contact of the tablet with air, bacteria, moisture etc. With the industrial advance, the blister has occupied a larger segment among the types of pharmaceutical packaging. Some materials, such as PVC, are widely used in the manufacture of blisters, having low cost and good thermoformability. The pharmaceutical industry seeks to qualify third-party suppliers to meet GMP requirements and good manufacturing practices, and ensures that that material will meet all the needs of protection required by ANVISA

A new type of coronavirus appeared in the city of Wuhan in China in 2019. SARS-COV-2 is a single-stranded positive sense RNA virus, surrounded by four proteins, called Spike (S), Envelope (E), Membrane (M) and Nucleocapsid (N). The new coronavirus has been a challenge for healthcare professionals due to the lack of effective treatment against the disease. The aim of the present study was to seek information about the main therapeutic options currently employed in Covid-19 treatment. Thus, it was possible to identify that several of these drugs for the treatment of SARS-CoV-2 show promising results, but they still lack more information and studies, therefore, there is no safe and effective treatment. 

The theme of this article is the psychological aspects of the care provided to terminally ill patients. The following problem was investigated: “how does psychological assistance improve palliative care?”. The following hypothesis was considered “psychological assistance guarantees more comprehensiveness, resolution and humanization in care”. The general objective is "to understand the impact of psychological assistance in palliative care". The specific objectives are: “to understand palliative care”; "Describe the importance of the multidisciplinary team"; "Understand the importance of psychological assistance in palliative care". This work is important for an nursing professional due to the relevance of comprehensive assistance to the terminal patient; for science, it is relevant because it allows understanding the current palliative care; it adds to society because it encourages the construction of humanized care models. This is a qualitative theoretical research lasting six months.

Oral contraceptives are currently recommended for the treatment of acne. The present work aims to present an integrative research on the use of Ciproterone Acetate by women affected by acne, to demonstrate and address the importance of the effects when used as therapy and not just as contraceptive. The research is justified, considering the studies carried out and the effects of Oral Contraceptives a s an alternative treatment to Acne. In this work, the search took place using the keywords contained in the DeCS (Health Sciences Descriptors), namely: “Oral Contraceptive”; “Treatment”; “Acne”. The Boolean AND operator was used to join the descriptors. During the search for articles on the VHL pharmacy platform, using the keywords mentioned above, a total of 14 articles were found, of wich 8 were more relevant to this work. At the end of this research, it was concluded that the use of Ciproterone Acetate when used as therapy and not only as contraceptive contributes to the improvement/cure of acne.

The present commentary critically assesses the judgement delivered on 9 July 2019 by the Supreme Court on the occasion of the knowledge of a Unification of Jurisprudence Appeal. The purpose of the latter was to determine the probative value of the findings of the Labour Inspectorate reports. To this end, and after summarizing the procedural history of the case, we will set out the arguments outlined by the Court and analyze them critically, giving special relevance to the concept of legal presumption. In doing so, we aim to achieve an adequate understanding of the legal consequences of the presumption referred to in article 23 of the Organic Law on the Directorate of Labour: its probative value and the possibility of proof contrary to the requirement proportionality enshrined in article 493 of the Labour Code.

Faced with the so-called “culture of judgment” rooted in the Brazilian society, the authorities of the Executive and the Legislative Branch have undertaken an important effort to provide citizens access to auto compositive dispute resolution mechanisms, both in person as in digital form. The latest legislative reforms in Brazil allow the Public Administration to create specialized chambers to prevent and resolve conflicts through mediation. In addition, the reforms enable Notaries and Registries to offer mediation services to the community. Nevertheless, there is still much to reduce in the high level of litigation and, in order to achieve this objective, it is necessary to reinforce and socialize the importance of these mechanisms.

Con motivo de la reciente dictación de la ley N° 21.220 que “modifica el Código del Trabajo en materia de trabajo a distancia”, se incorporó un nuevo Capítulo IX al Título II del Libro I del Código del Trabajo, denominado “Del Trabajo a Distancia y Teletrabajo”, que entre los artículos 152 qúater G a O, introdujo una serie de modificaciones e innovaciones en la materia. El objetivo de este artículo es dar cuenta de las principales innovaciones de la ley, poniendo énfasis en los aspectos más problemáticos o que mayores dudas han generado en los operadores jurídicos, utilizando como marco normativo la propia ley N° 21.220 publicada el 26 de marzo de 2020, el dictamen ordinario N° 1389/007 de la Dirección del Trabajo del 26 de marzo de 2020, la Ley N° 16.744 que establece normas sobre accidentes del trabajo y enfermedades profesionales, y demás normativa aplicable.

Legal recognition of companies in Mexico is not completely clear. Several provisions include the concept but do not define it, and it is addressed by secondary sources in different areas of law. In the commercial area, it has been understood that a company is a commercial activity and has always been treated as such. However, business is the consequence of an act of individual freedom and therefore should be considered as a fundamental right, the right to freedom of business. Freedom of business has been recognized in constitutional texts of several countries in the Western world, especially after the Second World War. This has not been the case in Mexico. Express recognition of this freedom in our country would result in the strengthening of companies, entrepreneurs, market freedoms and, eventually, of democracy itself.
