Scientific research we have done is basic causal correlational experimental variables of the study are twofold: Teacher performance assessment and learning in thE area of?? mathematics. the population consisted of 506 students and 16 professors’ the sample by 233 students and 8 teachers. The research design is transactional, correlational, causal. bivariate cross. For data collection produced two structured questionnaires as measurement and consists of two aspects: On the teacher evaluation will take into account the following: Responsibility teaching, planning, assessment and teaching resource. As area learning mathematics take into account the following indicators: Number, relationships and operations, geometry and measurement as well as statistics. The study proposes the following. There is a relationship between the teacher performance assessment with learning area Mathematics students of the V cycle Basic Education of School District No. 3071 Stone Bridge hypothesis: By applying the formula of Spearman Rho with a significance level of 95% found that the correlation coefficient Spearman's rho = 0.686 and 0.000 p_ value is therefore establish that it has a good correlation level, we see that there is a relationship direct significance level less than 0.05 we can add that to apply linear regression found that the variable teacher performance assessment dependent influence on the learning of mathematics by 41.4% as it has an R squared of 0.414 for this reason we reject the Null hypothesis and accept the alternative.

The research that has been carried out is quantitative, transversal, bivariate, basic. We use a non-experimental causal correlational design. Where the factors of study the two factors institutional atmosphere and instructor execution in "the primary level of the Network N ° 11 of the district of Villa María del Triunfo, Lima region 2016." The population is made up of 12 I.E of the primary level of 500 teachers and the sample constituted by 150 teachers from 8 educational institutions. In the data collection, two questionnaires were designed: the variable of institutional atmosphere variable instructing execution. The instruments come to fulfill the qualities of reliability and validity. The study has as a research hypothesis that there is a "significant relationship between the institutional climate and the teaching performance at the primary level of Network N ° 11 of the district of Villa María del Triunfo, Lima Region 2016". The results reject the null hypothesis and accept the alternative hypothesis, as observed in the statistics of the study groups, with a level of significance of 5%, there being statistical evidence to affirm that the performance of teaching is related to the institutional climate , since Spearman's Rho correlation results in 0.850, which is considered "very good". Therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected and the "significant relationship between the institutional climate and the performance of teaching at the primary level of Network No. 11 of the district of Villa María del Triunfo, Lima 2016 region" is rejected.

This article is the summary of an investigation that aims to establish whether there is a relationship between the contingency leadership of the principal and the academic performance of the students of the I cycle of the Professional School of Primary Education in the Faculty of Education of the National Hermilio University Valdizán in the city of Huánuco in 2017. The type of research is descriptive correlational, cross-sectional. The study is framed by teachers, administrative staff and students of the I cycle of the Professional School of Primary Education in the Faculty of Education of the National University Hermilio Valdizán in the city of Huánuco. As an instrument, the questionnaire questionnaire and the data collection sheet (academic records) were used. The validity of the instruments was made through expert judgment. Among the most important conclusions it can be pointed out that there is a direct and significant relationship between the contingency leadership of the principal and the academic performance of the students of the I cycle of the Professional School of Primary Education in the Faculty of Education of the National University Hermilio Valdizán in the city of Huánuco in 2017.

La investigación científica que hemos realizado es básica, correlacional no experimental, los factores de estudio son dos: la acreditación y la calidad del servicio educativo. The population was made up of 30 teachers, 7 Administrative Personnel and 168 ISTP students: “Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre” of Barranca and the sample is 30 teachers, 7 administrative personnel and 151 students respectively. The research design is translational, correlational, causal. bivariate, transversal. For the data collection, five structured questionnaires were prepared as measurements and refer to the following aspects: teacher's opinion on the principal, teacher's opinion on the quality of the educational service, student's opinion on the director, student's opinion on quality of the educational service and opinion of the administrative staff on the quality of the educational service Four variables are considered in the accreditation variable: strategic management of the principal, teacher performance, institutional support, student opinion and opinion of the administrative staff. Regarding the variable quality of educational service, two dimensions are considered: service satisfaction and service efficiency According to the statistical results obtained, accreditation is related to the quality of the educational service through Rho de Spearman, the level of significance being 95% lower than 0.05, with a correlation of 0.748 which is GOOD. Therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, as follows: The accreditation is related to the quality of the educational service of the I.E.S.T.P “Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre” of Barranca Region Lima Provinces - Year 2013.

The scientific research that has been carried out is applied, of experimental design, which had as objective to demonstrate that the application of a training program, influences significantly improving the level of transformational leadership in the students of the third year of high school of the Héroes del 41 school. the city of Machala Province of Gold. The design of the research is experimental longitudinal cut. For the data collection a test was made to evaluate the transformational leadership level of the students, the population consisted of 48 students, who formed two groups with 24 students and the experimental group with 24 students; the instrument went through a process of validity and reliability before being applied. As for the program, six sessions were designed, which were developed in a time of two hours in which the students interacted, the pretest was applied first, and then the program was applied and the posttest was applied. The results obtained show first that the application of a training program influences significantly improving the level of transformational leadership in the students of the third year of high school at the Héroes del 41 school in the city of Machala Provincia del Oro, when it is obtained that in the post-test the value of p = 0.000 <0.05.

The objective of the research was: to determine the relationship between the management of pedagogical supervision and the teaching performance of the secondary level of I.E No. 3089 "Los Angeles", UGEL Ventanilla. Callao Region - 2017, and its purpose was to find knowledge regarding the implications in the conduct of educational management. The study was developed in the quantitative approach in the hypothetical deductive method, with the type of basic study of non-experimental cross-sectional design. For data collection, two validated instruments were applied at the discretion of judges and determining their statistical reliability by means of a pilot test and Cronbach's alpha coefficient in an intentional sample of 36 teachers. From the analysis procedures performed, a coefficient of r Spearman =, 712 with a p = .000 value was found, which indicates that the variables have a highly significant linear relationship indicating that pedagogical supervision is positively related to teacher performance, inferring that The better management of pedagogical supervision, the higher the level of teaching performance of the secondary level of EI N ° 3089 "Los Angeles", UGEL Ventanilla. This article is the synthesis of the research that was aimed at; To determine the relationship between the culture of mobility and the sensitivity in the use of the bicycle in II.EE students. emblematic of the UGEL 03 in Lima immersed in the educational project 'Al cole en bici' in 2017. The design used in the research; it was descriptive correlational; This scientific study is classified as a cross-sectional investigation. The population was made up of students from UGEL 03 educational institutions, where 120 students were selected as samples to which the research instruments were applied; These instruments were two studies with a gradient of 5, 24 and 12 items respectively; the reliability of these instruments was ensured by means of the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.902, 0.726 respectively); The validity of the instruments was made through expert judgment. For the statistical analysis, select the SPSS 24 statistical software.  The results can confirm that there is a low relationship between the level of the mobility culture and the level of sensitivity in the use of the bicycle, showing the variation in the use of the bicycle. it implies a minor change in the cycling culture, showing an impact of the relatively average project of the "Al cole en bici" project. It is established that there is a direct relationship between the culture of mobility and sensitivity in the use of the bicycle in II.EE students. emblematic of the UGEL 03 in Lima immersed in the educational project "Al cole en bici" in 2017.

To reach the quality of education, we must consider that, the most important thing is customer satisfaction, with the lowest possible cost, that the quality process begins with the detection of problems and limitations by the managers of the campuses since quality management is based on the continuous development of comprehensive plans, not on the execution of simple isolated or specific actions. Investigate the objective: Determine the relationship between strategic planning and the quality of educational service in students of the Faculty of Psychology of the Federico Villarreal University. The work sample consisted of 168 students to whom two questionnaires were applied to measure the variables strategic planning and quality of the educational service, instruments that passed through the validity of expert judgment and reliability through a pilot sample. The results were analyzed using the Excel spreadsheet and the SPSS statistical program. At the descriptive level, statistical tables and ranges have been used to determine the predominant levels of the variables; At the inferential level, the parametric statistics, Pearson's r, were used at a significance level of 0.05. The results found show that strategic planning is directly, moderately and significantly related to the quality of educational service in students. student subjects of the study sample. Likewise, the strategic planning is shown to correlate significantly with all dimensions of the quality of the educational service.

This article determines the scope of the impact of dance practice on stress, which was developed in 2017 by undergraduate students of the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. The type of research is based on the quasi-experiment, for which 200 students were tested in each experimental group and control group before and after. The results showed that the control group had significant development The experimental group (experimental group) and the group without the aforementioned experiment (control group). For the study, a survey was designed to identify the variation between the study groups. It is concluded that there is a direct and significant relationship between the variables: "dance practice" and "academic stress" in the students of the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, presenting a coefficient of significance of 0.05.
