This study presents a theoretical analysis between epistemology and quantitative research and the relationship of the indicated variables, from a theoretical perspective in higher education, for which the conceptual analysis of science has been used in both terms, determining that the Theoretical study of epistemological knowledge, is scientific knowledge in the field of epistemology, in the entire field of education that includes teachers and students; They have their appreciation, as part of the gnoseology or philosophy of science; however, the latter does not correspond. Quantitative research adds the paradigms of the facts, the structure of science, the verification of the hypotheses or doing the research to change a fact; moreover, it is considered as a statistical inference of the scientific method. The study includes two different and at the same time complementary terms in scientific knowledge, whose support is in the quantitative approach of the hypothetical - deductive method, which is included in the study of science; otherwise, both study variables are directed towards the scientific structure, scientific methodology and paradigms, pedagogy as educational didactics and epistemology in its descriptive, critical and science orientation task.

The main objective of this article is to determine the influence between the variables: didactic strategies by competence in the teaching of biology in undergraduate students. According to the nature and characteristics of the research, it was strategically determined as a descriptive study, with a quantitative, quasi - experimental, ex - post - facto and explanatory approach. The sample consisted of students from semesters III to X, who are studying the different subjects of biology, in the specialty of Biology and Chemistry, according to the 2013 study plan of the Faculty of Education at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, the same that amount to 110 students. Two instruments were made, one for each study variable, with an internal consistency reliability according to the Cronbach ? Coefficient = 0.900 “excellent” value. SPSS v.25 was used for statistical treatment. The study confirmed that Didactic Strategies by Competences DO significantly influence the teaching of biology in undergraduate students of the specialty of Biology and Chemistry, Faculty of Education, at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.

This article analyzes the communicative leadership of the principal and the integration of primary school teachers of the educational institution 892 - 8187 “La Arboleda”, Santa Rosa - Ancón district. The main objective is to determine the influence between the established variables. Methodologically, the research is of quantitative type, descriptive-correlational level and quasi-experimental cross-sectional design. The population and sample of study selected corresponds to 20 teachers, not probabilistically chosen, the Shapiro-Wilk test was used to test the normality of a set of data since it is considered one of the most powerful tests for the normality test, being the most appropriate because the sample is small. The study determined that there is a stronger influence on the communicative leadership of the principal on the integration of teachers through the empathy presented by the director towards his teachers in charge.

The objective of scientific research on organizational climate and job satisfaction of the workers of the educational institution Víctor Antonio Moreno Mosquera is to determine if there is a relationship between both variables. It has a methodologically quantitative, cross-sectional and bivariate approach. the scope was descriptive correlational and the design used is non-experimental. The sample consisted of 98 workers from the Víctor Antonio Moreno Mosquera Educational Institution. To collect the data, the survey was used as a technique for both variables, the questionnaire was used as an instrument, which went through a validation and reliability process to then be applied to the teachers. The data processing was carried out with the SPSS software (version 23). Once the analysis was carried out, it was obtained that Spearman's Rho coefficient, with a result of Rho = 0.775 **, being interpreted as a relationship between the variables, with a ? = 0.00 (p <0.05), with which the null hypothesis is rejected by Therefore, the results indicate that the organizational climate is significantly related to the job satisfaction of the workers of the Víctor Antonio Moreno Mosquera Educational Institution.

Scientific research Institutional Educational Management and its Relationship with the Academic Satisfaction of Student Officers in the Peruvian Army Infantry School, 2019. The general objective is to determine the relationship between the variables Institutional Educational Management and Academic Satisfaction of Student Officers in the Peruvian Army Infantry School, 2019. It is a scientific study with a quantitative, bivariate and cross-sectional approach. With a descriptive - correlational design. The total population is 120 student officers, the sample, through a simple randomization, was made up of 92 student officers. The main result is that; There is a significant relationship between Institutional Educational Management and the Academic Satisfaction of Student Officials. Since: 0.000 <0.05, the researcher's hypothesis (H1) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. The research concludes that it is shown that there is a strong positive correlation throughout the research, between the variables analyzed and their dimensions.

In order to determine which factors contribute to the empowerment of what is ours by children in the context of Social Sciences in Basic Education, a bibliographic review study was carried out, systematized through the methods of content analysis. Among the main findings, it was determined that among these factors the literature points to interactive methodologies, the effectiveness of intercultural education, curricular relevance and teacher training. In this empowerment, interactive methodologies aimed at teaching and learning from an integrative and interdisciplinary vision, of active participation, cooperation and collaboration in the collective construction of knowledge, transversalized by intercultural knowledge and civic, patriotic and ethical values ​​promote cognitive development, procedural and attitudinal of the student as a contribution to the achievement of national identity. Likewise, the effectiveness of intercultural education, based on the recognition and overcoming of the old colonial power structures, is based on the construction of a new educational-epistemological and social reality; that demands a new type of mentality for social actors, the school being the main one in charge of carrying out this endeavor; which requires the improvement of the curriculum of Social Sciences to achieve its relevance and with it the integral development of the individual. Context in which ethical teacher training based on the principles of intercultural education, citizenship and democracy takes on a unique role as it is in charge of implementing the curriculum, methodologies and intercultural education.
