This work provides an analysis of the political-social-philosophical and methodological determinants that support the process of prevention of child and adolescent violence in the context of Cuban education, in order to contribute to its improvement and to make said problem visible. The research carried out assumes the qualitative methodology through the use of theoretical research methods such as: analysis-synthesis (which allowed us to delve into the theoretical references of the prevention process and orientation), and the systemic-structural one. From the analysis of the results, it is highlighted that, although the need to re-dimension the process of prevention of child and adolescent violence, taking into account the diversity, the causes and conditions that generate it and the need to promote personalized attention from the theoretical foundations and practical that argue the prevention of the various manifestations of violence.

This research arises from the need to solve the deficiencies in the management of the information generated from the strategic and key processes of the integrated management system (SIG) of the ECOING no.12 of Cienfuegos. Due to the importance of these processes for the fulfillment of the strategic objectives of the company, the idea of developing a business process management (BPM) solution arises, since it presents process management in its work. Given the aforementioned problem, the objective of this work was to study methodologies for the analysis, design and implementation of these processes using BPM technology. The proposed methodology merges the best techniques of "Business Process Management: Rapid Analysis & Design" (BPM: RAD) and "Polymita", resulting in a concrete and practical methodology for the implementation of the strategic and key processes of said company.

Abstract The present investigation had as objective to evaluate the effect of the temperature and time of hydrolysis with NaOH in obtaining soluble peptides from the flour of seeds of Lupinus mutabilis, creole variety. The flour was previously deluphuptized, defatted and partially hydrolyzed with α-amylase (57º C, 208 min, pH: 5.5 and 0.01 g enzyme / kg substrate). The response surface method was used and a Rotable Central Compound Design (DCCR) was used, for two factors: Temperature and time. The initial characterization of the tarless meal showed a high content of protein (43.53 ± 0.04 g /100 g), lipids (25.41 ± 0.03 g /100 g) and ash (1.40 ± 0.07 g/100 g). The alkaline hydrolysis with NaOH was performed at pH 10, 1/25 flour: solvent ratio, time between 10 to 90 minutes and temperature between 25 ° C - 50 ° C. The quantification of the peptides was carried out by the Lowry method. The results obtained indicated that the highest concentration of soluble peptides was 7,204 mg / ml, which presented treatment at 46.3°C for 78 minutes. The mathematical model that allows predicting the concentration of soluble peptides is: Y = -7.8711 + 0.5574*X1 - 0.0084*X12 - 0.0008*X22 + 0.0032*X1*X2.; where Y is the concentration of soluble peptides in mg / mL, X1 the temperature (° C) and X2: time (minutes). Statistical analysis showed that there is a high significance value of the independent variables (time and temperature) with respect to the response variable (soluble peptides) (p <0.05).

We investigated the environmental identity, attitude and behaviour of water conservation in inhabitants of a high Andean community in Peru (N=211) in order to determine the relationships between them. We applied the environmental identity scale and the questionnaire on water conservation attitudes and behaviour and proceeded to measure their correlations. A direct relationship was found between environmental identity, attitude and water conservation behaviour. The most significant correlation is between identity and behaviour, while the correlations between identity and attitude, attitude and behaviour, are moderate. On the other hand, the dimensions of environmental identity show significant positive correlations with attitude, while behaviour shows significant correlations with self-identification, positive emotions and the relevance of identity and ideology. Our findings indicate that environmental identity has a relationship with water conservation attitude. It was observed that, identity and/or connection with nature motivates people to protect and act in favour of it. Finally, the implications of pro-environmental behaviour on environmental identity and attitude to water conservation are discussed.

The objective of this review was to identify the links between Climate Change, Vulnerability, Social Conflicts and Human Displacement in the Andes. The different factors that influence the vulnerability of people and communities are analyzed, such as the diversity of the impacts of climate change, the retreat of glaciers, the loss of biological diversity, health, agricultural production and scenarios with the presence of water scarcity. Adaptive behaviors are observed in the inhabitants of Andean communities, but they are not sufficient, because in many occasions people are forced to migrate to other cities. Five ways of responding to climate risks or hazards are suggested: 1) reduction and control of global warming, 2) adaptation to conditions resulting from climate change, 3) resistance, 4) mitigation, and 5) involuntary displacement. Finally, it concludes by stating that there is an intricate link between global warming, climate change, vulnerability and social conflicts, and that migration is a product of climate change.

Abstract This article introduces the concept of glacier justice as a new way to analyze, understand, and respond to ice loss and climate change in Peru, the Andes, and internationally. Glacier justice explores complex societal dynamics, multiple storylines, and diverse interactions across communities and with glaciers, water, hazards, and climate -- rather than simply lamenting lost ice or documenting its decline. The concept is built on work in both environmental justice and the environmental humanities to expose systematic forms of inequality and injustices, and to let communities drive research questions and directions. The article focuses on three main approaches to help advance glacier justice: (1) community-led research as opposed to community participation; (2) the incorporation of diverse forms of knowledge; and (3) a deeper analysis and understanding of vulnerability to avoid deterministic and linear ideas that center on technoscientific expertise.

Objective: to analyze the differences in the profile of attitudes of rehabilitation nurses towards death before and after the first critical period of the COVID-19 pandemic. Method: quantitative, comparative study, before and after the critical period. Data collection took place through a self-administered questionnaire, in two phases, a first with 102 participants and a second with 100, all specialists in rehabilitation nursing. Results: although with some changes in the scores, the profile of attitudes of rehabilitation nurses towards death before and after the critical period, remained the same. In addition to the slight increase in the fear score, acceptance as an approximation was the one that registered the greatest increase. Regarding avoidance, neutrality and escape, the scores were slightly lower. Conclusion: despite the feelings experienced by rehabilitation nurses, attitudes towards death continue to show concern in responding to the needs of the people they care for, particularly in the final phase of life.
