Resumen
Objective: To understand the meaning of undergraduate nursing students taking a course based
on complementary practices. Methodology: Descriptive qualitative research based on
Krippendorff's thematic content analysis. A self-report questionnaire conducted with 80
nursing students who participated in the optional course "Complementary Health Care",
between 2014 and 2018, where they asked: "What did it mean for you to participate in a course
based on therapies? Complementary?”. The researchers' transcribed narratives were subjected
to inductive qualitative content analysis, revealing the categories after their saturation. Results:
The meanings that the students attribute to their participation in the course are: Expand my
knowledge about complementary therapies, Become aware of our life, Be an instance of
personal growth, Consider the incorporation of complementary therapies in nursing and Value
the comprehensiveness of medicines. Conclusions: The course allowed students to become
aware of their self-care and transform the experience into an instance of personal growth.
Besides, students consider it necessary to learn about complementary therapies in
undergraduate and thus, acquire tools that allow them to integrate both medicines to care for
the person and the community.

Resumen
It is not difficult to verify the centrality that the protection of the health and safety of riders has assumed at national level and almost entirely in foreign legal systems, starting from the organization of the claims movements aimed at contesting the inadequate working conditions set by the platforms operating in the sector of food delivery. At the end of a bumpy path, first marked by the elaboration of regional legislative proposals, models of co-determination of the working rules by territorial bargaining (such as the Bologna Charter) or of self-determination of guarantees by the companies in the sector (the Charter of Values signed in Milan), the A. reports the approval of Law no. n. 128/2019 which converted (with modifications) the original regulatory framework introduced by Legislative Decree n. 101/2019 (containing measures to protect the workplace and resolve corporate crises). Among the preventive guarantees in favor of self-employed workers who, using specific means of transport, deliver goods in the urban context conveyed by digital platforms, the essay intends to focus on the provision contained in art. 47 septies, Legislative Decree no. 81/2015 which attributes to the platform the respect, with charges and expenses at its own, of the Legislative Decree no. 8172008. By accessing an alternative reading to that which leads the contribution of the novum essentially to the provisions of art. 21, Legislative Decree no. 81/2008, a more guaranteed interpretation is preferred which appears more consistent with the ratio legis of Law no. n. 128/2019 and, as far as we know, in line with some recent European guidelines expressed in the field of prevention / precaution of professional risks. The latter exegesis appears recently endorsed by the jurisprudence of the work in the context of precautionary procedures initiated, during the health emergency by SARS - VOC 2, by riders who have carried out activities without receiving suitable protective devices individual.

Resumen
The Author reflects on the European Framework Agreement on the digitalisation of work. The Agreement identifies a win-win strategy that involves the company, the workers and their representatives, developing around four thematic areas: vocational training, the right to disconnect, artificial intelligence and the effects of technological control on the worker. While there is an appreciable attempt to manage the digital transition in a responsible manner, the low visibility given to gender issues and other crucial topics weaken the Agreement. The analysis is carried out by comparing the Framework Agreement with the Etuc action plan for the period 2019-2023, with the guidelines of the European Institutions, anche with the best concerted practices, in the domestic systems, within the collective bargaining.

Resumen
The study proposes a path of reflection on some issues of interpretation that arise from the entry into force, in Spanish law, of the Real Decree-Law 22 September 2020, n. 28, through which the new discipline – “post pandemic” and not emergency related – of remote working was introduced. More specifically, the strategic role of collective bargaining in the regulation of the institution in question is taken into account as a privileged opportunity to reflect on the tension between intermediation and disintermediation in labour regulation

Resumen
The critical reality surrounding the current world, caused by the pandemic caused by COVID-19 (coronavirus), has forced all levels of education to transfer learning environments to virtuality. This coercive need to suddenly open various pedagogical requirements that substantially influence the development of the classes and all the elements that surround the basic cell of the teaching-learning process, among the most affected elements, are educational resources. The objective of this article is to evaluate the factors that intervene in the use of the virtual library of the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador, Santo Domingo headquarters (PUCESD) by the School of Education Sciences. The methodological composition of the present manuscript has a mixed approach, given that a statistical analysis of the variables is carried out and it establishes theoretical guidelines, a concurrent triangulation design and is descriptive. To collect the data, the survey technique was used. The main results of the research show that 72% (36 subjects) of the respondents do not always use the virtual library due to the lack of access outside the university. Likewise, 42% (21 subjects) mention that the virtual library search tools are almost always not comfortable enough, therefore, avoid their use. In addition, 38% (19 subjects) almost always do not enter the virtual library because it is not easily accessible. Coming to the conclusion that the low percentage of students who use the virtual library is caused by the scarcity that exists regarding the knowledge of using the platform.

Resumen
The discussion about the relationship between the learning of mathematics and the pedagogical resource used, in Ecuador, in addition to the problems related to the learning of this science, is the overcrowding of high school students, which has led to a search for alternatives as the use of cooperative learning, for this reason the present investigation was developed whose objective was to determine the acceptance of the use of cooperative learning in mathematics as a pedagogical resource in classrooms with excessive students. Methodologically it was quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional. We worked with a census sample of 206 students in the tenth year of Basic General Education, to whom a questionnaire was applied. As a result, it was obtained that the acceptance of the use of cooperative learning in mathematics as a pedagogical resource is high. Concluding that these students have a high disposition to learn mathematics cooperatively.
