The means of expert evidence was previously little known or publicly spread, however, with the technological advances and new trends and fields in which personal, commercial and legal relationships develop, have led to the strengthening of its usage and it has been incorporated as the rest of the evidence as a more conclusive, precise and effective means of proof and thus it can bring light on the elements that the judges may not know or it may help to obtain an appreciation closer to the object of the opinion, although the court has the faculty to depart from the criterion stated in the expert opinion, as long as a point of view can be correctly substantiated. In present times, the legal expert within the Accusatory Criminal System is an essential means of proof for the adequate substantiation of the arguments of the litigants and the correct resolution by the Judge.

Violence is a fact in which force is used and power manifests. Domestic violence, is a practice or exercise of both force and power that occurs between members of the same family, in which a person is the one who exerts force or aggregates, and another or other people are the ones who are attacked. As these facts occur within the family, that is why it is said to be domestic or domestic violence. In the Republic of Panama, the family is protected by the State, through a whole special jurisdiction, which develops several rules and even constitutional norms that seek to provide greater protection to the main cell of society.

The Superintendency of the Stock Market of Panama within the attributions granted by the Single Text of Decree Law 1 of 1999 has as its objective the regulation, supervision and control of the activities of the stock market that are developed in the Republic of Panama. Among the functions indicated, the Superintendency is empowered to impose sanctions on regulated persons who fail to comply with the content of the law through the development of a sanctioning administrativeprocedure. Notwithstanding the foregoing, said procedure allows in certain situations to reach exceptional means of terminating the process. Situation that we will explain below.

In that sense it is necessary, that citizens can raise awareness, that the first public administration controller is himself. In the same order of ideas, we must take into account that, public contracts in Panama have been constantly questioned, due to corruption scandals, which have had an international impact, and which makes it necessary for governments to modify current regulations. in this matter. The changes to be made must have an exhaustive study of the needs of the market, coupled with the principle of transparency, which we must demand so much compliance.

La pandemia por coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) originada en Wuhan, China, se ha extendido a todo el mundo, ocasionando una crisis para la salud pública a nivel mundial. Las medidas de control de infecciones son necesarias para evitar que el virus se propague aún más, y para ayudar a controlar la situación epidémica. Debido a las características de los entornos dentales, el riesgo de infección cruzada puede ser alto, tanto en pacientes como en odontólogos. Dada la necesidad de una búsqueda de medios de control para las infecciones por COVID-19, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica de artículos publicados relacionados con la efectividad de los enjuagues bucales, como profilácticos en la actividad virucida, para reducir la cantidad de microorganismos diseminados por medio de aerosol generado a través de procedimientos dentales; a su vez disminuir la transmisión de la infección. El propósito de esta revisión fue recopilar la información existente en los últimos años sobre los criterios para el uso de enjuagues bucales en la práctica dental, que puede coadyuvar en la necesidad de prevención de los odontólogos a nivel mundial.

A la fecha, se han descrito varios procedimientos para lograr conservar el reborde alveolar después de la extracción dental. La técnica Socket Shield se introdujo en el año 2010, y consiste en conservar una porción vestibular de la raíz del diente e instalar un implante dental inmediato. El objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar la literatura científica actualizada para evidenciar las características de la técnica de Socket Shield. Para tal fin, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica en las bases de datos PubMed y Wiley, con los siguientes términos de búsqueda: Socket Shield and immediate implant placement ("2014/10/02" [PDat]: "2019/12/30" [PDat]). Se incluyeron artículos relacionados con la técnica de Socket Shield para colocar implantes inmediatos; solo se citaron artículos en inglés y con cinco años de antigüedad para contar con información actualizada. Se describieron los antecedentes, el procedimiento, las ventajas y desventajas, así como la tasa de éxito de esta técnica. Concluyendo en que es una alternativa mínimamente invasiva que ofrece ciertos beneficios, permitiendo una mayor eficacia en los procesos de remodelación y reabsorción ósea mediante el mantenimiento de una porción de la raíz, durante la extracción del diente. Sin embargo, es necesario contar con una mayor cantidad de evidencia científica, que soporte el real beneficio de esta técnica.
