This paper aims to publicize experiences of restorative practices such as circles andrestorative meetings in the police field. Given the phenomenon of violence and crime perpetrated byminors and young adults, a reflection of the society in which we live, a different action by the policeis urgently needed, as a measure of promotion and integral development of young people with theobjective of promoting their social and professional insertion, through restorative practices and thepromotion of resilience.

Colombia is a country that has been characterized in its history, by issues such as socio-politicalviolence and armed conflict, only formally recognized until 2010. In order to avoid committing theerrors of the past and to seek the restoration of rights and guarantees between the parties, a peaceprocess is being developed that ends with the signing of the agreement, which has not only involved thepolitical brio of the institutions but also the commitment and co-responsibility of all sectors of societyto face the challenges of the so-called post-conflict. One of the territories or areas most affected bothdirectly and indirectly by acts of violence by armed actors has been the Catatumbo region, which islocated in the Norte de Santander department, which is currently facing the need to rebuild the socialfabric and direct community participation in the formulation of policies aimed at social transformation,conflict resolution and a true culture of peace.This article, through a conceptual theoretical analysis with a qualitative descriptive approach froma documentary and socio-legal study of a cross-cutting nature, seeks to reflect on the need to buildpeace scenarios that involve the legitimacy of state institutions, governance and local governance,the intervention of policies and spaces for participation where reconciliation processes are assumedby society as mechanisms for conflict resolution, essentially adjusted to the problem of peace, such asmediation.

This a research report on a case study during the period 2019-2020 educational project of Sector 7of Primary Education of the Baja California’s State Educational System. The purpose of this study isto understand the educational digitization process in schools in seven school zones in marginal urbanareas of Tijuana. In particular, the strategies and advances in linking digital education 3.0 with thedigitization of industry 4.0 are analyzed. The strengthening of social values in this border context withthe presence of the migrant population, violence and the weakening of the social fabric in Tijuana isalso analyzed. The results presented show that it is necessary to update the initial teacher trainingmodel by incorporating new trends in educational, communication and information technologies(ICT), and adapting them to learning and knowledge (TAC) as well as empowerment and studentparticipation (TEP); This has as a positive consequence the strengthening of community values andthe inclusion of minors in conflictive situations, situations faced by educational institutions and basiceducation.

This academic article aimed to promote reflections based on an interdisciplinary dialogue betweenJohan Galtung’s theory as the main foundation to understand the nature, development andmaintenance of conflicts, and concepts of the systemic model and its cybernetic theory to understandthe relational complexity under which family systems develop. For this, the objective of reflecting onthe understanding of intra-family conflicts from the conflict theory and the systemic model was raised.The foregoing oriented under a methodology of documentary and theoretical review, which alloweda conceptual and theoretical analysis to be carried out, allowing to conclude that if in intrafamilyconflicts actions are focused on the modification of contradictions, this component being of a relationalnature, it allows to generate an understanding interdisciplinary specifically from a systemic model andcybernetic theory, since it is the latter theory that allows a successful approach to understanding howthese complex and circular relationships occur in individuals and members of a family system. Finally,the importance of communication within the conflict transformation process is recognized, consideringthat people or groups have already been in charge of building patterns that are already very wellattached to the customs and relationship dynamics, being a fundamental task not to the decrease ofpoor communication styles and increase and promote those that generate effective communication,well-being and balance.

This product of reflection arises from the revision to the theoretical framework that supports theimplementation of the research project “Implementation of Community mediation as a route ofpacification and improvement of coexistence in the population that are victims of forced displacementlinked to the ALPOSD programme”. The Hermeneutic Historical approach was used as a methodologicalguide, applying documentary analysis matrix to previously classified texts of research papers, scientificarticles and books related to mediation. It was established that Community mediation in a specificway, constitutes an alternative and main instrument of conflict resolution in an autonomous way thatcontributes to the strengthening of social relations and thus an instrument for the achievement ofharmonious coexistence within society.

Mediation has a theoretical construct that helps to clearly and precisely understand the behavior thatthis Dispute Resolutions has in daily life, however, within this work, this condition has a teleologicalfunction to that established in a colloquial way. In other words, mediation as a source of pacifyingconflicts has a first moment called professionalization, based on the ADR, which lead to conflictmanagement in order to generate a culture of peace. On the other hand, this situation would not bepossible without stopping to analyze the epistemology of mediation from three vertices, seen from theend that mediation seeks, its normalization (establish in the law) and the effectiveness of mediationtowars manage conflicts.

This article aims to reflect on the language conflict (indigenous languages-Spanish) that motivates theloss of diversity and the violation of linguistic rights in indigenous communities in Southern Mexico. Andthe contributions of peace education as an ethical-political proposal that can motivate the developmentof social skills for the reversing language shift. In other words, peace education helps to (re)thinklanguage teaching from the mainstreaming between actions and knowledge. Also, the strengthening ofintra-community and inter-speaker coexistence. The formation of habits and socio-communicationalskills for situational purposes. And the construction of interdisciplinary, intergenerational and intercommunitygroups for language teaching initiatives to reverse the displacement of linguistic diversity

El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la transformación de la arquitectura desde el COVID-19 para evidenciar hacia donde se encamina el diseño arquitectónico de las ciudades. Este escenario se enmarcó teóricamente con la arquitectura efímera. Bajo esta perspectiva, se planteó, ¿cómo serán los cambios arquitectónicos de las ciudades con esta pandemia? Este trabajo se orientó bajo el paradigma cualitativo, empleando el método hermenéutico, con un diseño documental, cuya fuente de la información fueron textos, escogiendo una muestra intencional, se utilizó la técnica: observación documental y como instrumentos de recolección de la información, matrices con la evidencia lingüística para el análisis de contenido. Entre los principales hallazgos se obtuvo que las ciudades deben ser más naturales (verdes), la creación de espacios automatizados y otros nuevos para el teletrabajo en las viviendas y en conclusión se aceleró el uso de sistemas tecnológicos en las viviendas y lo ecológico en la ciudad. ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to analyze the transformation of architecture since COVID-19 to show where the architectural design of cities is heading. This scenario was theoretically framed with ephemeral architecture. From this perspective, it was raised, how will the architectural changes of the cities with this pandemic be like? This work was oriented under the qualitative paradigm, using the hermeneutical method, with a documentary design, whose source of information was texts, choosing an intentional sample, the technique was used: documentary observation and as instruments for collecting information, matrices with linguistic evidence for content analysis. Among the main findings, it was obtained that cities should be more natural (green), the creation of automated spaces and other new ones for teleworking in homes and in conclusion the use of technological systems in homes and the ecological in the city was accelerated.
