Resumen
This essay, first, presents an analysis of the Norm 2014/17, which regulates consumer credit agreements regarding real estate. The Norm, in short, aims at ensuring that the Member States of the European Union have internal rules and regulations that provides for real, efficient, and a guaranteed protection for consumers, while, simultaneously, promoting the creation of a European mortgage market. Secondly, this essay discusses the legal regime established by the new law, that transposes the Norm onto the Spanish legal system.

Resumen
La escisión que separa al deseo, del temor de emprender algo, es casi tan delgada como la que separa al bien del mal. Y es que cuando por temor, no se emprende, pues ex nihilo nihil fit1. En contraste, si prevalece el deseo de emprender sobre el temor, podemos llegar a crear cosas con futuro promisorio. Después de todo, como dijo Viktor Frankl, “el deseo es el padre del pensamiento”2. Así inspirados y dado que la exigencia, como la innovación, es decir, el emprendimiento, es parte de nuestro ADN institucional, asumimos una determinación cinco años atrás y que, con esfuerzo hercúleo, no hemos dejado de honrar, no sin padecer con la retahíla de pasos, cual urdimbre, que conlleva materializar cada edición de la Review of Global Management, revista académica de la Facultad de Negocios de la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas(UPC).

Resumen
This essay presents a pragmatic reflection about the problems of firms, in Lima, as far as ethics is concerned, as they pursue their ordinary business affairs. The objective of this reflection is to raise an awareness, through three fronts, as far as the behavior of the owners of these organizations, within the social framework in which they coexist: the first front is ethics for a businessperson; the second, is the art of doing business and its organizational culture; and, finally, as a third front, the companies focused on the common good.

Long term vision development is an important feature of strategic planning. Short term vision is more related to urgent problem solving, which can devia- te the corporate management attention. Operative efficacy seeks to connect short- and long-term activities and gives sustainability to the strategy. Future profitability of companies depends on coherence between operative efficacy and strategic efficacy.

Resumen
Edward Bernays is, undoubtedly, the most significant figure in the field of propaganda, and an inescapable reference when researching or discussing this topic. This article seeks to show the most important ideas, of this extraordinary thinker, of his book "Propaganda" of 1927, in addition to analyzing them in terms facts, strategies and characters of the past, and present history, such as Brexit, Kellogg Co., UEFA, Joseph Goebbels, Purina Dog Chow, among others, with the purpose of validating the validity, impact and significance of a visionary's thought, after close to a century.

Resumen
The author explains the evolution of what a report has inside until it became into an Integrated Report, in response to the need of legitimacy of the companies. The International Integrated Report Council (IIRC), created in 2010, proposed a referential frame for identifying the information to be included in an Integrated Report in order to assess the capacity of an organization to create value and to obtain “organizational legitimacy”.

Resumen
This research review presents the results of the analysis, an explanation and an application of the concept of satisfaction for online learning in a university degree program developed for people with work experience. It is a univariable descriptive study, based on a mixed, intersubjective approach, type, carried out with data collection through surveys and virtual interviews. The Blackboard Learn platform is used, which is the actual virtual environment for learning. The information gathering instruments are applied, using the aforementioned technological means, on the 801 students of the year 2014, majoring in International Business, Marketing and Commercial management, Business Administration and Accounting. The results obtained indicate that the study variable, satisfaction with online learning, has been validated for the "University Programs for People with Work Experience" (CPEL, in Spanish), based on the application of a practical methodology for its measurement.

Resumen
This essay raises a parallel between some examples of military strategists throughout history and a selection of cases from the contemporary business world. Some elements, common to both business and military strategists, are identified and discussed, that determined the success or failure of their business firms. The origin of the strategy is found in military history, and, as it addressed, its determining role is highlighted in war, as in business management.
