Within the material and methods we can mention that it is a descriptive cross-sectional study. The cases were obtained from the chronological series of the Department of Statistics of the CDI and from the epidemiological files, taking sociodemographic, clinical and risk factor variables. The population and sample were the 59 patients diagnosed with hepatitis A. A form was prepared to collect epidemiological data, they were entered into a database designed in Excel, to obtain absolute and relative frequencies of the variables studied. The results are represented in tables and graphs.. Among the results, it is mentioned that the male sex (59.4%) and ages 15-21 years (28.8%) predominated for both sexes. The prodromal period was characterized by asthenia (100%) and pain in the right hypochondrium (96.6%). In the State period, 100% of the patients presented jaundice. The present work systematization of the family advisory experience “Educating about sexual diversity: Diverse understandings from the experience of young people from universities in Palmira and Bogota towns”.  Documents the results of the practical experience of intervention research, based on the experiences of five young university students with diverse sexual orientation, taking into account aspects of their context, the difficulties and opportunities for LGTBIQ+ population and their perception of the availability of resources that contribute to their well-being.  The research was directed to know their understanding about sexual and gender diversity; as well as their recognition of support networks, by approaching their realities in meetings of reflexive dialogue. The method applied is based on hermeneutic and critical paradigms, with emphasis on qualitative research; oriented in generating changes in the senses and meaning of human sexuality from a systemic perspective of lazyness, addressing the gender focus from diverse sexualities, and recognition of human rights. The review of the experience was carried out from two axes: sexual and gender diversity, and support networks.  As a result, transformations in the stories of the participants are noticed around social practices in each one of their context, finding a clear break with the markings of people surrounding them, in relation to religious beliefs about sexuality; reaffirmation of their identity, and capacity building for advocacy in participation spaces.

Happiness can be defined from different perspectives. In general, being happy improves people’s lives as it is an essential part of the mental health and well-being of all human beings. However, external situations, such as the pandemic that produced COVID-19, have caused many people to change their perspective on happiness. For this reason, this work had the purpose of exposing the perception of university students about the concept of happiness and psychological well-being in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. For this purpose, a qualitative methodology with a phenomenological design was chosen to analyze the lived experiences of the phenomenon called happiness. The population consisted of psychology students from the Metropolitan University of Education, Science and Technology (UMECIT), La Chorrera branch, the description of the research scenario was six volunteer participants with an age range of 17 to 25 years of both sexes. The instrument applied was elaborated and submitted to expert judgment in order to obtain adequate validation properties to obtain reliable information for the research. Among the findings is that three of the six students feel happier when they enjoy the present and can create new experiences with friends and family, while the other half prefer to work on their dreams because they feel happier fulfilling their goals. In their conclusion, it is pointed out that there is a connection between happiness and some dimensions of psychological well-being such as: interpersonal relationships, autonomy, sense of life and self-acceptance, because these dimensions can be important factors to be happy, since each one of them fulfills a function that allows the human being to feel satisfied and fulfilled with his or her life.

This study aims to determine the structural validity, internal consistency, and behavior of the scores of the Scale of Psychological Well-being (PWE). It was carried out with 270 young people between 20- and 25-years old living in Medellin, Colombia. As results, it shows the validation process of the PWE, the 50 items that make it up, through statistical consistency, from the analysis of Cronbach's Alpha, which was 0.938, demonstrating adequate consistency. An exploratory factor analysis was performed, calculating the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) index, which was 0.912. Factors with an eigenvalue greater than 1 were chosen. Subsequently, a confirmatory factorial analysis was carried out, finding ten factors with high coincidence with the four subscales of the PWE.
