Sexuality is everywhere but Sociology pays attention to it recently, especially in our country case where works in this area has been mainly theoretical based on the historical moment beliefs. This article aimed to contribute to the study of conceptions and behaviors of Spaniards towards sexuality through ex-planatory factors of it. This research aims to analyze how is our sexuality detecting underlying dimensions, in other words, make measurable the concept of sexuality on an axis of normative/ non-normative sexuality. Key findings show, in a first glance, differences regarding sex, age and religious beliefs are found.

Agenda 21 has been one of the initiatives to promote sustainable development and implementation greater acceptance internationally has had since it was launched from the Earth Summit 1992. And one of the main features of the Agenda 21 has been the call for participation of the local community. It was therefore a device with great potential for participatory governance and management but in many cases, has not been fully exploited. Despite some significant achievements, it has been a missed opportunity. Some reasons for participation have been largely a slope in the processes of Agenda 21 in local sites subject are discussed in this article.

Non-Governmental Development Organisations (NGDO) raise ethical, social, political and economic issues for debate which serve to highlight our society’s problems and contradictions. At the same time they are organisations comprised of men and women who live in real societies whose well-established cultural models, transmitted efficiently and often invisibly, strongly influence stereotypes and perception, among which is that of gender, which are difficult to change unless we learn to recognise and confront them. The study of NGDOs in Gipuzkoa focuses analysis on three aspects: their ideological positions, their structure and their organisational culture in an attempt to discover a possible gap that exists between theoretical discourse about equality and the practical reality. Our objective is to determine whether there exists a difference between learned discourse and real equality in their own organisations and actions. We analyse, from a theoretical perspective, the role of women in Development Cooperation and the normative and theoretical frameworks that govern the work carried out by these NGDOs in Gipuzkoa as well as the principal myths that are used in organisations, which could be responsible for the learned discourse in subjects relating to equality

Article reflects on the importance of PAR (IAP) methodologies within the social sciences. Locating it beyond traditional methodologies, this shows the uniqueness of this methodology from its genesis, which appears with the aim of citizen participation in the research process, through of the application of a plurality of techniques and tools that, used in combination, favor debates and situated social transformations of the subject in process. Based on its historical and territorial development, as well as its scientific variety, the article carries out an ontological and deontological analysis that ends with a brief explanation of a selection of eight articles that reflect on the possibilities of this methodology.

Decent work, as defined by the ILO, is a worthy way of working, in a context of employment generation policies, with the capacity to legally demand the rights of workers, within the framework of an institutional policy of social protection and with the recognition of a consolidated autonomous collective bargaining. To these four traditional objectives we must add the transversal objective of gender equality. Unemployment, underemployment and precarious employment, within the framework of the ideology of flexicurity, are the breeding grounds of indecent employment or precarious employment.

This systematic review aims to resolve the controversy that exists in the relationship between generativity and culture, in order to clarify the approach of generative study from a cultural perspective in future empirical research. The articles included in the review, published between 1990 and 2019, should be peer-reviewed scientific articles with explicit content about both terms. In the search, five databases were used combining multidisciplinary repositories with specialized databases, obtaining a total of thirty articles eligible for this review (n = 30). The analysis of the articles is divided into four categories that provide information about different dimensions of the relationship between both concepts: the limits of cultural generativity, cross-cultural comparisons of the structure of generativity, effects and cultural interpretations of generativity, and cultural evidences of its application and potential usefulness. In conclusion, the most psychological aspects that structure generativity are common interculturally, however, the motives, conception and interpretation of generative behavior seem to vary intensely from one type of culture to another.

With this article we intend to link and contextualize methodologically the techniques deployed in recent years in the Aula Laboratorio de Teatro Social de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Laboratory Classroom of Social Theater at the Complutense University of Madrid) and the teaching Project Innovación metodológica del teatro social para el aprendizaje de las ciencias sociales (INSOCTEA) (Methodological innovation of social theater for the learning social sciences), within the framework of Participatory Action Research (Investigaciónacción participativa, IAP) methodologies. The INTERSOC theater, as a participatory sociological tool designed for the learning and empowerment of the university community, arises from the collective choice of the subject of análisis by the students, continues with the collaborative design of the show as a form of self-knowledge and, later, it is spread as a form of claiming and social transformation. Finally, we expose the main results that have been observed by the research team in one of the common intelligence works carried out by the students of the Aula Laboratorio (Laboratory Classroom), from job insecurity and gender as scenic proposal that have been agreed and is recurrent every year as a community, but of collective creation specified in their own experiences as a specific group and that in their final return to the Forum, to the university community shows the collectivization of resistance and empowerment in relation to the situated theme.

Participatory methodologies in the university teaching field have special relevance considering the latest legislative reforms around the European Higher Education Spaces (EHEA). This article analyzes the dynamics of participation of students and university teachers from a gender perspective within the framework of a teaching innovation project, applied in various subjects and faculties of the Complutense University of Madrid (2019-20). The methodology of this initiative is based on a participatory action research (IAP) process, which has been developed in three phases: observation, self-reflections and transformation proposals. After the analysis of class dynamics, it has been shown that there are inequalities in the participation of students according to gender and from these, improvement strategies are proposed that promote a training of university teachers in equality.
