Organizations are a place where a culture of behavior and development of individuals (collaborators) is lived  and created. In an educational organization, situations are especially observed both by members of the  infrastructure and by the community being served. The analysis of these features allows us to know, in a  deeper way, what are the reasons for a work atmosphere and the opportunity areas that a company presents  in the correct management of human capital. This paper reports the findings of the research regarding the  work environment at the Universidad del Valle de Puebla, Plantel Tehuacán, which aims to provide an  overview of the characteristics of administrative staff and the factors (physical, mental, emotional,  professional, technological and managerial) that influence their performance. From this, it can be inferred  that, despite the permeability of these in the professional performance, there is a harmonic scenario that  favors the performance and the attention to the users of the educational service, in accordance with the  institutional vision and mission.

This study aimed to approach the behavior and expectations of micro and small enterprises (mise) in times of  pandemic of COVID-19. A qualitative study was carried out, with a phenomenological perspective, based on  the discourse of the entrepreneur who leads the mise. We worked with a non-probabilistic sample of nine  mise from different sectors and areas of origin. The collection of information was done through an interview  and questionnaire. The interview was carried out through the call, text message and video call functions of  the social network Whatsapp; and the questionnaire, of eight items, was designed with the Google Forms  tool, to facilitate its online sending. The perceived impact of the pandemic, the action of the mise with respect  to the tax authority, the decision regarding business continuity and the decisions taken in the face of the  situation were identified as categories of analysis. As a conclusion, it was found that, in the entrepreneur's  opinion, the COVID-19 pandemic and the quarantine in the country have had a negative impact on the activity of micro and small businesses, at the level of volume of work served, sales and income.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of COVID-19 on the average income contribution of  workers in the primary, secondary and tertiary sectors in the Tacna region and its effect on social polarization, as well as to establish the impact of COVID-19 on the propensity to save on a monthly basis. The type of  research was descriptive, the measurement instrument used was the questionnaire, through the application  of the survey. It was determined that the average economic income was determined that amounted to -55.6 %, -50.0 % and -85.0 % for the primary, secondary and tertiary sectors respectively, as well as the marginal  propensity to save decreased by -73.4% due to COVID-19 in the Tacna region. The decline in the average  income of workers leads to a decrease in consumption, which in turn generates economic depression that  initially leads to a recession. According to the dynamics of the flow of money that the state deploys, there is a  high probability that inflation will be triggered.

The objective of this research was to analyze the relationship between corruption and economic growth in Peru during the period 2010-2019. The methodology had a quantitative approach, basic type, non-experimental design, of relational level, sought to analyze the relationship between corruption and economic growth in Peru, 2010-2019. It was cross- sectional because it collected data over a given period; for this purpose, documentary analysis was applied, gathering information in order to relate and measure the study variables, carry out the corresponding regressions and comparisons. Finally, it was established that there is a relationship between corruption and Peru's economic growth in the 2010-2019 period. The results determined that economic growth in Peru has decreased in terms of GDP (8.5 to 4.2 %). It was found that Peru's corruption score for the period 2010-2019 averaged 2.2 to 2.8, ranking 35th in 2010, and 36th in 2019 (according to Transparency International's world ranking), showing a constant in Peru's corruption index.

What happens in the international financial markets in terms of volatility, have an impact on the results of the local stock market financial markets, as a result of the spread and transmission of larger stock market volatility to smaller markets such as the Peruvian, assertion that goes in accordance with the results obtained in the study in reference. The statistical evaluation of econometric models, suggest that the model obtained can be used for forecasting volatility expected in the very short term, very important estimates for agents involved, because these models can contribute to properly align the attitude to be adopted in certain circumstances of high volatility, for example in the input, output, refuge or permanence in the markets and also in the selection of best steps and in the structuring of the portfolio of investment with equity and additionally you can view through the correlation on which markets is can or not act and consequently the best results of profitability in the equity markets. This work comprises four well-defined sections; a brief history of the financial volatility of the last 15 years, a tight summary of the background and a dense summary of the methodology used in the process of the study, exposure of the results obtained and the declaration of the main conclusions which led us mention research, which allows writing, evidence of transmission and spread of the larger stock markets toward the Peruvian stock market volatility, as in the case of the American market to the market Peruvian stock market with the coefficient of dynamic correlation of 0.32, followed by the Spanish market and the market of China. Additionally, the coefficient of interrelation found by means of the model dcc mgarch is a very important indicator in the structure of portfolios of investment with instruments that they quote on the financial global markets.

This research paper seeks to determine the effect of the real multilateral exchange rate on Peru's Exports and Imports in the period 1991 - 2019. The data used to perform the corresponding analysis are real monthly under the Unit Root Test (Dickey Fuller) and Johansen Cointegration Test in order to identify the existence of cointegration between the variables. The results indicate that the effect of the real multilateral exchange rate on exports was 1.00 and show a negative effect compared to imports that was -1.11. Finally, among the mechanisms that can be suggested is maintaining stable macroeconomic policies and seeking to diversify Peru's foreign trade with other countries to increase exports of national goods.

The purpose was determining the effect of diversification and the efficient frontier on the investment portfolio of Lima Stock Exchange in the las 4 years. The type of research carried out is quantitative and explanatory, based on the statistical information of the quotation on the Lima Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2019. The profitability and the risk can be done through by the Excel and Excel Solver program and Eviews too. Of the 11 titles selected as sample of the Lima Stock Exchange (LSE), the expected return and volatility in the last of 4 years were calculated. The most efficient portfolio set in the market was determined. Using the theory of diversification, a contrast was obtained in the results, this is why the result of volatility is of the utmost importance for investors in the portfolio, since it contributes to the decrease in risk and the increase in profitability.

A case of mecanic obstruction of the small bowell is reported. Laparatomy disclosed: great dilatation of the small bowell due to circular stricture; the procedure was resection follow by end to end anastomosis. The histologycal study revealed tuberculosis and the presence of Corynebacterium Tuberculosis. The etiology was reassured · by typical roentgenologic changes in both lungs. The frecuency and the current status of the diagnosis of intestinal tuberculosis are discussed.

A -case of severe pancreatic mJury caused by a knock against a driving wheel, is reported upon. At operation, a tear in the gland at the junction of its head with the body, andsteatonecrotic phenomena, were found. In view of the above, pancreattectomy of the body and tail, with splenectomy, was carried out. The post -operative -course, in thelight of clinical and laboratory- findings, is dealt with.

Within the traumatic pathology of the abdomen in children, injuries of any type are rare. In general due to accidents with firearms, stab weapons and more rarely of the impalement type.
