This study is focused on LGBTI adolescents who have been part of the psychological accompaniment process within the Ecuadorian Network of Psychology for LGBTI Diversity (REPsiD) attended by mental health professionals based on affirmative therapy, which is focused on working on the effects of violence in people of diversity. Six interviews consisting of 16 open-ended questions were conducted with mental health professionals, which were audio and video recorded for subsequent thematic analysis. The methodology used was qualitative. Once all the information mentioned in the interviews was analyzed, 2 figures were created where all the categories of the study are organized, firstly, figure 1 describes the effects of homophobic and transphobic violence in adolescents, synthesizing 5 categories; figure 2 is focused on comprehensive care described by 8 categories. Finally, as a conclusion, it is shown that violence in the lives of gender-diverse adolescents drastically impairs their development, thus showing the need for the use of key elements for comprehensive psychological support.

There are few studies related to tests that measure emotional dependence, therefore, this article aims to identify the instruments used to measure this variable from 2009 to 2021. The systematic mapping methodology was used, reviewing 36 quantitative articles published in Scopus, SciELO and Redalyc between January 2009 and September 2021. The findings show that Spain is the country that has published the most articles on emotional dependence, and that most of the articles are in Spanish. A total of 14 instruments measuring this variable were found, with the United States being the country where most instruments have been created; however, the Emotional Dependence Questionnaire (CDE) by Lemos and Londoño is the most used in research. It should be noted that there are only 7 articles focused on evaluating the psychometric properties, this study provides a significant contribution to the identification of the main instruments, as well as to establish a database of scientific research and collection of psychometric tests that will allow future studies.

The population of older adults is considered worldwide as one of the most vulnerable groups, since, as a consequence of aging, biological and social changes arise, and mainly in the discernment of cognitive alterations. The general objective of the present study was to estimate the cognitive status and quality of life of older adults in the city of Manta, Ecuador. The methodology used was a mixed approach, which allowed arguing systematic information with qualitative and quantitative cuts, in order to perform a triangulation with perceptions of reality and statistical data; the collection techniques applied were the interview, which was carried out through semi-structured questions, allowing systematizing the information obtained, the Mini Cognitive Examination (MEC) test was performed, which through 30 items allowed the assessment of the cognitive level of older adults in various cognitive areas. The predominant level of cognitive impairment in the elderly, which stood out in more than 50% of the participants, presented difficulties in cognitive performance, concluding pathological suspicion as the main level of impairment, which means that, by maintaining difficulty in this performance, it interferes in the quality of life of the elderly.

Mediante el presente texto, se analizará el traje de corte de la reina, María Luisa de Parma poniendo en valor la evolución de sus distintos vestidos. Se estudiará los principales sastres y modistas de la soberana, que no solo confeccionaban vestidos sino también accesorios textiles: cinturones, prendidos, bandas, bolsas, entre otros objetos. La dependencia del Real Guardarropa es el escenario principal, donde la esposa de Carlos IV recibe sus encargos de tejidos traídos de distintos países extranjeros, como eran París y Buenos Aires. Además, es el sitio principal para atender las necesidades diarias del vestir de la familia real. En este estudio se examinará el papel de los principales sastres y modistas de María Luisa que se encargarán de la confección de la apariencia de la reina. Junto a los creadores nacionales de la moda, se encuentran los extranjeros, elegidos por la exclusividad de sus mercancías o por ser los profesionales más destacados a escala internacional. A través de los inventarios y las facturas conservadas en el Archivo General de Palacio en Madrid conocemos que las labores y creaciones de esta serie de artífices, ya no se desarrollan en el anonimato, sino que su trabajo comienza a valorarse como una creación que revela una gran inventiva y conocimientos de geometría, corte y confección.

This contribution focuses on the artist Miguel Ourvantzoff (Saint Petersburg, 1897–Madrid, 1980) and, specifically, on the study and assessment of his graphic production, preserved in the Biblioteca Nacional de España, Madrid. As the son of a member of the government of Tsar Nicholas II, he had to go into exile following the Bolshevik revolution. During this exile, and prompted by his spirit of adventure, he travelled to several European —Paris and Berlin— and South American cities —Buenos Aires and Cuzco, among others—. He settled in Madrid in 1951, where he continued to cultivate the art of drawing and illustration. Most of his works from his time in Madrid are kept in the Biblioteca Nacional de España. The series Apuntes madrileños (1964-1968), which was published by Gráficas Amara in twenty albums, is of particular interest. Ourvantzoff illustrated other albums on a variety of subjects: landscapes, monuments and castles in Spain and courtly literatura and other literary works. He also drew for books such as Los 60 Museos de Madrid (1962) and 60 castillos de Castilla La Nueva y Extremadura (1965). This Russian artist produced an abundant and masterful graphic work —practically unknown— in which he managed to put his divining pencil in a well of emotion. En el año 1915, João José Ferreira Rego, acaudalado empresario enriquecido en Brasil, encomienda a Ernesto Korrodi un extravagante palacete en el pueblo de Palmeira (Braga) en honor a su mujer Francisca Peixoto Rego -conocida por el sobrenombre de Dona Chica-. Se trata de una obra de madurez, en la que el arquitecto suizo conjuga sus conocimientos teóricos de corte medieval con las nuevas corrientes artísticas procedentes de Europa. El Palácio de Dona Chica -actualmente en estado ruinoso- constituirá uno de los ejemplos más interesante y megalómanos de la arquitectura finisecular portuguesa.

A hyper-realistic journey into the abyss of contemporary Mexican society, which Luis Buñuel would inaugurate with the premiere of The Forgotten in 1950, where poverty, evil and a disturbing, very naturalistic strangeness intermingled. In this intervention, a selection of uncomfortable and transgressive films by Amat Escalante and Carlos Reygadas will be analyzed, in which pathological realism predominates, through narratives close to the bitter and implausible. Feature films that exhibit repressed desires, violence, impunity, and corruption. Blemishes and obsessions that current Mexico unfortunately suffers, in which both authors express themselves in a portentous and critical way towards these plagues. Finally, productions that evoke a poetic and incisive look at the various problems of the North American country.

En este trabajo exponemos el estudio de seis grupos que, tras el pertinente examen de sus rasgos técnicos, estilísticos e iconográficos, proponemos su atribución al escultor sevillano Cristóbal Ramos Tello (1725-1799) y su taller. Estas se conservan en el monasterio de Nuestra Señora de Consolación de Triana (Sevilla), el de San Agustín de Valdepeñas, el de San Leandro de Sevilla, el de Santa María de Gracia de Jerez de la Frontera y en una colección particular, tras haber sido recientemente subastada en Lisboa. Destaca la iconografía del patriarca portando al Niño Jesús, especialmente desarrollado durante la Contrarreforma Católica, debido a la difusión de un nuevo modelo de espiritualidad más humanizada, así como la de su tránsito y la del Belén, de origen franciscano. El análisis del medio que rodea a estas imágenes revelan los rasgos que remiten claramente a sintagmas tradicionales barrocos, así como a la producción del artista propuesto.

In the 17th and 18th centuries the number of people on the move was high. The paths were full of individuals moving in search of a better life, opportunities for work, treatment of illness or business. However, many roamed the roads after committing crimes in their homelands. In this way, they escaped the punishments to which they would be subjected. The flight and the inconsistency to which these men and women were subjected, seeing themselves forced to create facade lives to be welcomed within the communities where they wanted to establish themselves, led them, after a few years, to seek to regularize their condition. It is in this last case that we tried to focus our attention. We intend to analyze the pilgrimage as a form of absolution not only divine, but also social. Through the act of pilgrimage, men and women became able to abandon the margins of society.  The double dimension of the pilgrimage that placed the pilgrim, until then was often connoted as a vagabond, in grace with God and with men, will be our object of study. We will try to understand the importance that pilgrimage continued to have, in the modern period, within a deeply religious society.

Análisis formal de una obra inédita de La Roldana descubierta en Córdoba que representa la iconografía mariana de Nuestra Señora de Belén, cuyo núcleo devocional se encuentra en el complejo ermitaño del mismo nombre situado en la sierra cordobesa. Esta pieza se une al catálogo mariano de pequeño formato esculpido en barro que la autora sevillana realiza durante su vida artística, siendo en este caso una reinterpretación tridimensional de un icono de importante calado en la religiosidad popular andaluza. En este escrito se rea- lizará un análisis formal y comparativo de la pieza, con el fin de corroborar, a través de las similitudes morfológicas y compositivas de la imagen, que efectivamente nos encontramos ante una obra procedente del quehacer de Luisa Roldán.
