Resumen
The teaching-learning of soccer for different ages has been perfected over time. With the advances in science and technology, contemporary theories of the use of the game in sports training have gained strength, especially in modern soccer. This descriptive research with a mixed approach aims to analyze small games, based on collaboration-opposition, for the teaching-learning process of soccer in children between 8 and 10 years old, at the Benfica school in Maputo. The methodology used responds to a study, based on the research methods documentary review, analytical-synthetic, scientific observation, data triangulation and statistics, as well as survey and interview techniques. The population is made up of 14 students and 3 soccer teachers/coaches. Among the most significant findings is that the fragmentation of the game responds to the development of the teaching-learning process oriented to the demands of contemporary soccer and also to the physical and social development of children. At the Benfica School in Maputo, the teaching-learning process of football for children from 8 to 10 years old is based on the reduced collaboration-opposition game, which has given positive results.

Didactic resources or teaching aids have proven to be a powerful component of the teaching-learning process to achieve student motivation and facilitate didactic procedures, collaboration between peers and meaningful learning. The objective of this work is to characterize the use of didactic resources in the Social Studies of the tenth year of the "Nueve de Octubre" school; In this sense, a descriptive investigation was developed with a quantitative approach, supported by the methods: bibliographic review, analytical-synthetic and statistical; as well as in direct observation techniques and the survey applied to a sample of 31 students. Among the main findings is the scarcity of teaching resources and the lack of interest of teachers in their preparation. It is concluded that there are limitations and shortcomings that characterize the use of didactic media in the classroom; these are not adequate, as well as the methodologies for their use; there is no full correspondence between the didactic resources and the didactic procedures used, full compliance with the objectives is not achieved, the motivation of the students and the establishment of relationships between the actors of the teaching-learning process, which does not allow learning to be achieved significant.

Resumen
The objective of this work is to evaluate a methodology for the undergraduate training of the student of the Bachelor's degree in Preschool Education that favors the integration of the contents of the dimensions (education and development of communication, aesthetics, relationship with the environment, motor skills and social -personal) of the Early Childhood curriculum in the Investigative Labor Training discipline; For its fulfillment, an evaluation investigation was developed with a qualitative approach based on the methods of documentary analysis, scientific observation, analytical-synthetic, structural systemic and expert consultation, as well as the interview technique with students, teachers, methodologists and tutors. It is concluded that there is a favorable trend in the integrative learning of students expressed in the mastery of knowledge of the disciplines of the study plan, the professional functions (counseling, teaching-methodological and scientific-investigative) and values of the profession endorsed in the model of the professional to whom the career aspires. This methodological proposal provides pedagogical tools to the faculty. It is evaluated by experts, students, teachers, methodologists and tutors as pertinent and adequate.

Resumen
For folk economy is understood as a series of beliefs and mental representations of economic topics. These beliefs constitute the framework for the Reasoning of certain economic topics. The aim of this work is to analyze the relevance of the so-called Social and Solidarity Economy. For this goal, this topic is studied carrying out a bibliographical revision based on scientific research, documentary analysis, and hermeneutics. The complete understanding of economic attitudes and, in turn, the economic behaviors go through the understanding of how individuals think in term of the cognitive science. The results point at the fact that the more we know how people reason economics, the more applications for the development of economic Psychology could be done. This fact has a direct application on active social participation and how to manage businesses. Social and Solidary Economy is the democratization of companies and enterprises in which workers are at the same time employees and stakeholders of the company. In this area, the concreteness of all economic Reasoning--that the employees of this kind of initiative must carry out on a daily basis--promotes the cognitive development of these subjects in economic aspects. Social and Solidarity Economy in Hispanic America shows that this financial system is not only sustainable but it develops cognitive development.

Resumen
The relevance of constructivism in sports training methodology has been called "comprehensive training", and is configured as a behavior oriented towards cognitive-motor learning, which starts from the idea that cognition and action are intimately associated. Based on this conception, this pre-experimental research, with a mixed approach, aims to develop a methodology for competitive soccer training in 14 and 15 year-old players in the Black Bulls club association; to fulfill the objectives, the methods of scientific observation, experiment, analysis-synthesis, modeling and statistics were applied, as well as the interview technique. To assess the feasibility of the proposed methodology, user criteria and pre-experiment were used; Wilcoxon's non-parametric rank and pair test was also used. It is concluded that this methodology applied in the soccer training process allows the development of the skills of the 14 and 15-year-old players to face the diversities and complexities that occur in the context of the final competition.

Online learning has become an alternative to face-to-face education. This article aims to analyze the essential relationships of online learning; for which a descriptive investigation was developed with a qualitative-quantitative approach, supported by the documentary review and content analysis methods. The results obtained through the theoretical systematization of the online lesson and an observation guide revealed an imbalance between the level of essentiality of the theoretical studies referred to this type of learning environment and the insufficient precision of the didactic particularities of the lessons. This factual diagnosis revealed dissatisfactions in the dynamics of the observed lessons. It is concluded that online lessons should be characterized by their interactivity, feedforward procedure, content synthesis and knowledge production. Also, the essential relationships that guarantee the relevance of these lessons are revealed.

Resumen
The present systematization study aims to analyze the state of scientific production in the teaching of foreign languages regarding the metric analysis of the dimensions: CLIL methodology, academic word list, and rubrics for the evaluation of writing skills. Therefore, the hermeneutic, documentary review and statistical methods were used. Among the main results are production peaks in the three dimensions of the study from 2018. The levels of connection between these dimensions are not visualized in the most productive authors, journals, or schools. However, it is possible to find in the terminological analysis a tendency to highlight the student as the center of all terminological articulations.

Entre los años 1997 y 2001 Ernesto Pollitt y su equipo llevaron a cabo un experimento en Pemba (Zanzíbar) para poner a prueba la efectividad de administrar hierro a escolares con la finalidad de mejorar su funcionamiento cognitivo. A la fecha existía abundante literatura que documentaba cómo la carencia de hierro afectaba la salud, el funcionamiento global del cerebro y el rendimiento académico. El objetivo final de la investigación era disminuir las altas tasas de repitencia de la isla. Durante dos años los estudiantes del grupo experimental recibieron diaria o semanalmente un suplemento oral de hierro, mientras que los del grupo control recibieron placebo. En total 900 niños participaron en el estudio. ¿El resultado? El 3 % de los que no fueron suplementados con hierro (grupo control) repitieron el año; por su parte, el 20 % de quienes lo fueron también repitieron (Pollitt, 2016).

Partiendo de la esencial naturaleza de derecho y deber que tiene la educación, y tomando en cuenta la influencia que el modelo jurí-dico-político de relaciones Iglesia-Estado tiene en la materia, este trabajo trata de ofrecer elementos que permitan resolver, en base a los principios del Derecho eclesiástico, los problemas que surgen de la convivencia de un marco regulatorio de derecho público en materia educativa que converge con la necesaria garantía de las libertades individuales.

Resumen
El presente artículo analiza el régimen jurídico de la educación universitaria privada en Uruguay, examinando la relación entre Constitución y persona humana, la libertad cultural y de enseñanza, el principio de subsidiariedad y la autonomía universitaria.
Al mismo tiempo hace un resumen de los instrumentos internacionales y leyes relativos a la enseñanza y a la educación en el país, para luego estudiar los conceptos de educación superior, terciaria y universitaria. Finalmente examina la normativa aplicable a la educación universitaria privada.
